I bought my Honda Fury there today. I love my bike! Sales people were great pop was great and the lady in finance was awesome as well. They had all my stuff together from getting pre-approved on Friday. It was no hassles all smiles plus youre dealing with the oldest Honda shop in America so that speaks for itself. Overall it was a great experience and I intend to always go back

My entire experience at Dryer Honda Can-Am was enjoyable. Everyone I dealt with was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They all helped me to get the UTV that I really wanted no matter what the circumstances were. Jackson went above and beyond to explain everything with great patience. Missy made the usually painful paperwork experience a pleasure. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

I was in today to purchase and talk through several upgrade options for my can-am spyder. I’m a teacher, so I’m going to grade each department based on my experience. Sales team gets an A: every salesperson I spoke with is courteous and knowledgeable, takes time to answer all questions and presented options I didn’t even think about. Based on my previous purchase experience, Finance gets an A: paperwork went smoothly as expected. Service department gets an A: talked through multiple services that I was requested, gave a prompt quote and got me scheduled for service as quickly as they could. Apologized for being backed up creating a delay in getting me in.So why only three stars? Parts department just off the sales floor gets an F grade for their sub par service mentality. While I got a quote for the parts I requested easily enough, they were unwilling to reach out to the service department to find out what it would cost to have my part installed. I was told to walk over to the service department in a separate building to find out. I asked why they could not call and ask and was told that the service department is too busy to answer the phone. Three young men sitting at the desk either playing on the phone or on the computer and not one of them to actually assist a customer spending $1400 on parts and service. It is really quite shameful behavior that doesn’t reflect well on the business. If there were some other dealer in the area that serviced spyders, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Collin is great and finance lady is the best. Very friendly and straight up no hassle negotiations. Ive bought 3 bikes from them. Last one I bought must have not been run through the shop. It was filthy. Previous owner must have left it outside and didnt treat it right. I have already spend hours cleaning it. All and all I would totally use this place again. Its a matter of inventory for me. If you buy used, ask if its been ran through and detailed. Who wants to ride off with a filthy bike. All and all it was a good deal though and I could sell it for a profit.

The fiancé and I just came here for motorcycle helmets, which I ended up getting one and he didnt. The place seemed bigger from the pics we saw on Google, its pretty small though and they dont have much of a variety to choose from when it comes to accessories. They do have a nice inventory of can-ams, when you walk in all of their bikes are in the front part of the store, then you go to the back, which is pretty much its own little store and thats where you will find your helmets, gloves, bike covers, attire etc. They are decently priced, I thought their helmets were actually cheaper than the Walmart helmets, the one I got ended up being only $160 after taxes, so I thought that was pretty cool. There was one associate that was extremely helpful, kind of seemed as if he was in charge of that store back there. I would definitely check it out if you have been looking for someplace to get your bike extras, but dont have your hopes up.

Can’t leave a review for Honda financing so heres this. Don’t finance through them. I Bought a bike and my SS was entered incorrectly in the system so It caused a plethora of problems, obviously. They got it resolved an assured me their would be no late charges SO I make a payment. They declined my payment and It was never sent back to my bank account but also not posted on the account either so it’s now telling me I owe double. I can’t get through to talk to anyone and everyone I do talk to assures me it’s fixed when it’s clearly not. I honestly wish I could just return the bike and get my money back. It’s been more stress than it’s worth.

Have been to this dealership many times over the years and never seen the sales floor so empty, it’s Honda dealer with no Honda’s, they want you to pay 1st then wait a couple weeks for your machine to be assembled then they call you for pick up, they charge multiple fees above the cost of the machine that already has a mark up included in the list price, doc fees, freight fees, assembly fees, all totaling an additional $1200 over the list price. What a racket they have going on. They give there buddies deals but not folks that walk in asking about deals.

I was looking to purchase a 2019 Can-Am Maverick Trail 1000 DPS in Camo that had no more then a couple miles on it. Josh in Sales was my go to guy, his friendly professional persistence tracked just such a unit down for Me. I know it wasnt easy for him, but that didnt deter him from achieving the acquisition of this unit . I was quite picky with my wants and needs, while he maintained a very friendly attitude, which I appreciate greatly. None of this could have happened had it not been for another Dreyer employee, that being Missy in Finance, she found and setup financing (which another Can-Am dealer could not come up with). Missys professional and super nice and friendly attitude was wonderful, here again I was a bit of a pain for her being picky with what I wanted, she just took it in stride and catered to all my wants. Missy is the nicest finance person I have ever met. Thank you so mush Missy! Marshall in Parts is also another employee that deserves praise, his prompt can do attitude organized my requested accessories in record time(when he says he will call you back he does). One last thing I spoke with Mike Dreyer, very nice gentleman eager to make sure I was happy with my service there. Its very nice to see the first Honda dealership in the U.S. still thriving, and serving the Indiana area. I recommend Dreyer Honda Can-Am to anyone looking at Street bikes, Dirt bikes, ATV s or Side by Sides. Thank you Dreyer Honda Can-Am !

So went next door to Suzuki can-am am the guy was like do you have a valve stem diameter I said yes 5mm he said oh okay he looked up a part number for a 450r which takes a 5mm valve seal and gave me a part number to take back over to Honda which I paid 15$ for two. What a rip Honda get better customer service people. How come the guy next door was so helpful and Honda was not?

Review №37

So this may be lenthly. Im not happy with my experience with Dreyer Honda. A few months ago i had bought a used 2001 honda shadow vt750. When it was dropped off it was days before i could ride it because the battery was completely shot. It was a very good price but dreyer also failed to relay to their sales staff that they did not have a title or any documentation for it. After a few months i called to find out what was going on and got a call back from Mike Dreyer telling me they never had a title and they where waiting on it. All the meanwhile i have been unable to ride the shadow i had purchased because the paper plate had expired. Mike Dreyer had made a few offers to rectify the situation none of which where good. They offered either printing a new plate or letting me use a dealer plate, both of these options are not legal. Mike then told me they would change the dates on my sale to make sure nothing would come of it. This seems so wrong to me on many levels. Then i was offered that i could trade the bike in for something different. The problem here is they expected me to pay them an additional $1000 + tax for the other bike. I had offered them $500 to make the situation more fair for both parties but they wouldnt budge off the $1000 difference even though this entire situation was caused by their neglegence on both selling the bike without a title and then not getting on getting the title for 2 full months. When it all came to an end i did want to end it and have a legal bike that i can ride and not worry on if they can get the title or not. I did pay the $1000 for the other bike but i will not be returning to this for any future bikes. They refused to atone for their own mistakes and wanted to put the burden on me as the customer. As someone that works in sales I know you never want to lose money, but when I or a coworker makes a mistake we do what we can to make the customers interaction worth them coming back and leaving happy. The most Dreyer was willing to do was remove me having to pay the tax on the $1000 upcharge. This seems like a bait and switch type situation to me but I will leave it up to public criticism.---------------------- update ----------------------Response to comment 7/16/2020I purchased the 2001 shadow on 5/7/2020. It wasnt till i started pressuring dreyer on 7/9/2020, over 2 months after purchase that it seems they found out that there was a lien on the title that wasnt cleared till 6/24/2020. Which only shows to me that dreyer hadnt tried to get the title for the entire 2 months since this was news to them. Indiana law clearly states that timely manner means i should have the title within 31 days. Considering all of this, the motorcycle should never have been sold in the first place. Then to claim dreyer offered me $2000 is completely false, that was never an offer that was made. I was however offered a check for $1800 so that i could walk out and back in to buy the bike back in an effort to make it a new sale to extend the time dreyer had. I question how lawful that is. Yes there was an offer for a even trade for a 2000 honda shadow sabre 1100. However i couldnt stand this bike up without going on my toes, it was too tall for me to ride. Bringing the bike back would just bite me in the back side because of the $1000 in financing fees i have from the loan. So taking $2800 when im paying $3800 just doesnt make sense. I originally went in there with $3500 cash so i could have taken a different option had i known they didnt have a title to this one. It shouldnt fall on my shoulders to fix the mistakes dreyer made. Yet to be fair between both parties because i agree that the 2011 is a better bike i offered to pay an additional $500 however i shouldnt be obligated to pay even a cent to fix their potential illegal activity.

I struggled and let the trainers know I had a problem. Im not sure if they didnt have a different bike for me to use, but in the end I was unable to execute the required test to pass on the V twin, as most of the others had smaller singles. As I did learn valuable knowledge, Im disappointed that my experience was more difficult than was necessary.
