Went here highly recommended by my mom. I received a dyer no vent but was told it doesnt come with it after purchase had me buy a vent from them and learned it was to a gas dryer. So my dryer smoked my entire house caused a fire now my washer is leaking. Sadly going back to someone who sold me a product that shouldnt have walked out the store is why I cant conduct business with this shop.Pt.. 2 Because I am unable to reply. Your response is rude. You failed to simply read my reply. Get out your feelings, and just do better. My thirty day is up so how convenient that my set started to give me problems, secondly I brought a stove from you in the past. I gave an honest review, places like yours is hit and miss and I got the miss result with this set. You sound more upset than I do and you are not out any money. I just know I have to purchase another set sooner than later. My goal wasnt to keep these for a long time, I at least wanted to get through a year.

Ive visited this store twice now and both times I found exactly what I was looking for, and, for a reasonable price. I will be back!!! Theres so many things to choose from, new and used. Either way, you wont be disappointed. The staff are very friendly and offer to help with loading your items if necessary. I love this place ❤️

I have spent over 1,000 in this store in a matter of 3 or 4 days I liked that I didn’t have to wait along time for my furniture items BUT MY BIGGEST Problem Was That they were over 30 min late they also do not help in getting items into the home, and when I called to tell them that I had an issue with getting my items in the home correctly the lady who I’m guessing is the owner started to give me Explanations on how they weren’t late and then the driver called My phone basically to say the same like I don’t have cameras and then proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t be doing any more drop offs to my home because I told them I had a problem. For these reason I wouldn’t recommend this place only because helping me was the last thing they wanted they would rather make excuses for their actions and I’m very disappointed. Will not be ordering again all they had to do was express their apologies instead they were rude and unprofessional

I tell everyone about Stop N Shop. My friend washer started leaking and he needs another washer. He was going to wait until Monday, I told him Stop N Shop is open on Sunday. Hes just waiting until they open to purchase a washer.

Its not what it used to be. Im starting to notice its more junk high priced furniture table & chairs and unfriendly women especially the younger female. There is nice young male that works there some of the time and hes a awesome guy.

Oh my gosh. This place is amazing! It is a thrift store that contains absolutely anything and everything you need for your home. Prices are ridiculously reasonable and they deliver for a small fee. Quick service. Sales. Competent workers who seem to enjoy what they do! Um, take my money!

Purchased washer and dryer set from here and got it delivered just fine, but had some issues with the washer. The service guy came out within a day of me requesting it and fixed it. Great service and very affordable appliances.

The customer service at the store is way beyond what I ever would have expected. I bought a refrigerator used and had a few issues with it. They absolutely honor their in-house warranty. They quickly sent a repair man out first and then they happily replaced it with a similar model and came out to pick up the old unit. I would recommend them to anyone!

Best place to buy used appliances! Pick the one you want, pay and they deliver. No worries. They will hook up appliance and take away old one. Extremely reasonable prices in store with a nominal delivery and hook up fee.

Bought washer and dryer from them with WARRANTY. Dryer smells like it’s burning and Washer has been having problems they are stalling to send a service worker out. I called a week and a half ago. Now my washer is sitting with dirty water in it since Saturday . The lady that answers the phone is snotty. I almost grabbed my purse and went in to the store to see her personally. She eventually put “Ally” on the phone. “Ally” sounds like she will get to the problem but by the time they come out I will probably need a new washer. You guys who gave them 5 stars, I’m convinced you know them personally or you are “Them”. Good luck on your purchases/Warranty. I would not recommend. Customer Service goes a long way. Only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn’t give them no stars.UPDATE: as I was typing this, the service people called. I’ll update later

I purchased refrige. and stove three months ago, no problems with appliances, people were very FRIENDLY and helpful. They even offer to fix washer that I did not purchase from all I had to do is bring it in. Great people.

The customer service at this store is excellent! We had a small issue with a washer we purchased from them and they knew the problem as soon as we called. They send a tech out the very next day and had it resolved in 10 minutes. The 30 day warranty covered the issue with no additional cost to us. They thoroughly clean all of their appliances prior to placing them for sale. I cant say enough great things about the company. I highly recommend them if youre looking for used appliances or anything really. They have more than just appliances. Check them out!

Most of the items in this “thrift store” are items that can be purchased brand new at your local department store. The bedroom furniture prices are decent, but other than that don’t waste your time.

They have old and used item. You can some unusual item. Check them out. Ooh they have 90 day layway on new item. No credit check.

Purchased stove for 245$ asked for delivery and. Was told delivery was only with purchase of 300 or more. Delivery was 45. Which brang my total to 300 and when i looked at account they say i paid 50 and owe 310 so basically 360 for a stove. Something about a lease and all i wanted was a stove and for it to be delivered smh bad

Nice people but i spent almost a grand at 1 time and my washer worked fir a week they sent some1 to fix it and it worked just long enough for my warranty ti expire and its doing the same thing again grrrrhhhh
