The lobby is closed, seemingly permanently. Calls are answered by an automated voice acknowledging “Reliable Parts” but there doesn’t seem to be a call queue or any interaction beyond the prerecorded initial greeting.

I was on hold for 45 minutes nobody ever picked up at the call center so I showed up at a location and they told me I cannot do it unless I call in and order the part was on hold for 45 minutes so what do they do I say fine I just wont buy from you they say okay have a nice day so great service cant buy anything at location so never show up at the location unless you have an order to already pick up. All because of this stupid covet their front office is closed

This place had the part in stock that we needed to fix our refrigerator - saved us some serious money by being able to get the part ourselves locally from Reliable Parts and do the repair ourselves! Also looks like they had a lot of Weber grill accessories as well, will keep them in mind in the future for that in addition to my appliance part needs.

I think they had the part I needed, but would only allow buying over the phone prior to verifying part due to curbside pick up only and could not return if incorrect. Not helpful.

I called and was told which location had the part. Upon arrival, they informed me that I had to call a different number, place the order and pay for it online, and then return for the part. It just would have been better to know that ahead of time.

Its amazing this store, the people are awesome thank you. Customer service is very reliable and fast especially with the circumstances.

Drove from brownsburg only to find the parts counter at this store is closed. Thanks for nothing!! If I could put a 0 I ccx would.

Discovered this place via my cousin. And let me tell you both times i asked for a part and both times they had the part. I was honored also by them giving me a veteran discount. So I got nothing but good words for this company. I recommend your business.

Lady at desk made me drive all the way back home for appliance number and when I came back they didn’t have it I will never come here anymore. They put no effort in trying to find the part(Drip-pan for oven) or trying to find similar part waste of gas in time

I wish I could give zero Starsafter a phone call talking to a guy that said he had the exhaust fan that I needed at the store I drive to the store and realize that theyre closedthe flyer on the door said hours from 8:30 to 5 is about 10:30 no one inside I called the number back to figure out what was going on they told me that someone should be coming to open the store in a little bit how are you going to tell someone to drive to an empty place from now on Ill just save gas money and have Amazon ship it to me
