I found this place almost two years ago. And I’m so thankful that I did. My washer and dryer have both broke down about four times each in that past two years. The gentleman that work there are always kind and happy to help. All I ever have to do is call and explain my issue and they usual narrow it down to a couple issues for me to check. And their always right! lol. I came in this week for a kid switch that went out on my washer and they guy explained how to fix. I went to hardware to get the spade connectors I needed and sure enough it was a ten min fix! It took longer to strip the wires then to hook everything back up lol. Thanks guys keep up you’re awesome work and customer service!!!

AMAZING LITTLE HIDDEN GEM! This store has it all.. parts, friendly faces, and top notch customer service. I recently had a dryer break down, and i came in looking for what i thought i needed.. and i chatted with the gentlemen working and turns out they knew exactly my issue and ordered me the part right then and there.. they called me when it arrived and they even helped me troubleshoot when i got home.. HANDS DOWN BEST SERVICE! They also offer a military discount which is amazing. I saved over 500.00 since i was able to install it myself! THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Needed a defrost timer for a 1995 KitchenAid refrigerator. All Appliance Parts Inc was able to assist me and had a universal replacement part in stock. Upon arrival the guys were very knowledgeable. With the part not being original, they took the time to educate me on how the installation would be slightly different. Friendly staff, helpful phone support when I called to see if it was in stock (it was set aside for me in will call), and it was an easy in and out transaction with good customer service. Definitely recommend.

Spoke with Jason today to see if they had a drain pump available for my washing machine. Long story short, Jason recommend checking our drain pump knowing that it was only 2 years old. He saved us $300 from paying a service tech who just told us we needed a new drain pump! If companies could be more transparent and honest with customers like this company, then they would receive great reviews and returning customers. Ive always had several washers that didnt spin and drain the water! Never knew that you can repair the washer for less than buying a new one. Jason & Terry helped me from start to finish to get my washer to spin. After the trips I took to get the parts and travel back home was way worth it!!!! It spins and drains!!! Over all with the parts and gas money would be around $40 and you cant get a new washer for that price! They both work with you and will definitely figure out what is wrong with your machine! I will always go both to their shop to get help!!! Jason & Terry, you are great people!!!!!!

Had or have a Frididaire upright freezer problem. I took 2 parts with me that I had googled as a possible problem and they convinced me those werent the problem. So I went home and reinstalled them and turned back on with no turning on. So I took out the control (on/off) temperature thingy and took to them. Terry tested it and said he was sure that it was no good. So I bought one and installed it and voila freezer appears to be working. Will know more tomorrow for sure. But even if not, I know that this part was bad. They also suggested I buy a thermometer for the freezer but they didnt carry it so they told me where I could buy one. And I did and well see what it says in the morning.I started there with 1 letter missing out of the model number so I caused them some confusion as to what I could need. Luckily after I called my wife and she quit screaming at me i convinced her to look for the correct model number. After that, everything was fine and dandy.I wish they were closer to where I live. There is another parts place Ive used for a good number of years and theyre good also. And theyre closer. But if I need a part and for someone to test it, this is where Id go. N//E side of Indy! Great shop and super service. Helped me piece together the parts I needed to install my ice maker properly. Hopefully wont need to visit often, but i wont go anywhere else for parts when I need them! Good prices also.

The gents here are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and know their work inside and out. I brought in a fuse that I thought needed to be replaced. Before they sold me a replacement, they tested mine, found out it was working fine, and gave me super helpful advice to boot. They are easily the best choice in Indy!

They will only sell you what you need. My ice maker quit working. Took it to their store, and instead of selling me an entirely new unit, they spent 10 minutes testing the components of my broken one to find the part not working. Instead of paying $120 for a new ice maker, I paid $40 to replace the defective part, which they also installed for me. Have purchased several appliance parts from them over the past five years; never a bad experience. Absolutely worth your time to go see them.

Absolutely, hands down, the only appliance part store I will ever give my business to! Not only were they the only part store with what I needed in stock (Whirlpool evaporator motor). They might have possibly been patient while we made a 70 mile trip to pick it up ☺️ When they should have been closing up for the day. So appreciative of the extra mile they went to help us out! You should definitely give them a shout if you ever need a part for any appliance.

Called about a certain part for a dryer and the man took the initiative to give me some pointers and other information of things to check for. Very helpful. They seem like very honest, down to earth people.

If you want to be a good customer for these guys, accept their advice! They know EVERYTHING about their products. They listen and understand almost immediately what you need, do not second guess them because there is nothing they know better. If you need a part they will find it. If you are attempting the repair yourself, they will show you how, heck you may learn stuff about you washer and dryer you never knew before.The great guys that run this place have the hearts of teachers and go out of their way to train their customers on what parts to purchase and even how to repair their appliances; cheaply.I feel that there are companies that can learn a lot from their business model and ideals. As long as they do not change this formula I will be a customer for life.

Can’t thank the guys there enough. Came in with pulley/belt off my washer that had started to strip out and was making noise. Stupid me, forgot to get model and serial number off of my washer, but these guys were able to cross reference new part from old one. Saved me a trip back home. New pulley came as a complete sprocket/clutch/pulley kit. Installed it and washer is quiet as a mouse again. Great customer service!! Don’t forget to grab your serial/model number when you give them a visit. 😉

These guys were really great! They talked with me several times to help me figure out what was wrong with my washing machine. I even went into the store ready to buy some parts I thought I needed, and they talked me out of buying anything until I ruled out some other options. They helped me figure it out, and they seemed perfectly content that I didn’t even need to buy anything.They will not try to sell you something you don’t need.They were so helpful, that I didn’t feel right leaving empty handed, so I bought a water filter that I needed to replace.Definitely knowledgeable and trustworthy!

I used All Appliance back in the 1990s to fix a fridge. I need another fridge part and these folks are the only ones I would consider calling. They are so professional and friendly. I received the same quality of service I received years ago. If you need ANY parts call these folks. You cant go wrong!

The turn to start knob on my stackable dryer broke off. I called Frigidaire, the knob was no longer available. I called at least 10 places and no one could find a knob. Then Sullivans said to call All Appliance Repair.Terry answered phone and patiently listened to my tale of woe, then he put me on hold for a minute, came back and said, yes, I can it. Wow! I have low-end Frigidaire oven that had gone through 2 control boards (bake element wouldnt come on) and a third that was having the same issue. I called around to see if anybody had the part, and when I talked with All Appliance Parts, they asked I few questions about my board and told me that Frigidaire has a particular problem with these boards soldering, and if I wanted to bring it in, they could check it and quickly fix.Nobody else had told me these boards have issues, so I decided before I bought ANOTHER board I would take it to them.Sure enough, the soldering around the bake element pin on the board was just gone. Probably 30 minutes later (I went early in the morning when they werent busy), and $30, the board was fixed!I cant attest to anything else, but just that they had a clue what was wrong and offered an inexpensive fix (which I probably could have done myself), that gives them multiple thumbs up and 5 stars from me.

I highly recommend this location. The two staff there know exactly what theyre talking about. They actually will take the time out to literally show you how to repair any Appliance they sell parts for. They even constantly double check with each other to make sure they both agree to the parts chosen and the repair method for the task. I have been going to this location over 12 years.

Terry saved me about $300 today by helping me solve an issue with our washer. Before you drop big bucks on a service call, do your research then check with APP. The solution might be a lot simpler than you thought. These guys are awesome.

The staff was great. Only problem, charged me $60 for a tension pulley and belt for a dryer. Looked it up once I got home and shouldnt have been anymore than $30 total. Do your price research before going.

I had a drier that would not heat. I took in my dryer timer in. Showed me the issue. He repaired my part. I took it home, and installed the timer. Ran several loads in the dryer. Now the dryer would not stop running for over 5hrs.took it back in. The guy told me I was giving him false info, and I didnt know what I was talking about. Told me it is my dryer vent and nothing is wrong with my timer. He told me to take the part back home, remove the vent and run clothes again.Part still didnt work. Refused to assist me.He stated he never had this problem in 20 years.I will never go back.I went and brought the timer from online.

Excellent service! I took a part in that I thought caused our Maytag washer to quit working and needed to be replaced. Jason tested it and said it was still good and not the problem. If I could choose zero stars I would!!We called to see if a part was in stock. The staff member asked which parts I told him what they were. He then proceeded to tell me that those 2 parts cannot go out at the time same time. I told him we have already had 2 specialists come out to our home to diagnose it. He then asks So you want the one part on the heating element and the one part on the blower house? I told him both parts are on the blower house. He said very rudely ok Im not going to argue with you but I know for a fact that they are not both on the blower house and can not go out at the same time I myself have taken the dryer apart so I know exactly where they are located. Just because Im a female doesnt mean Im clueless! By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!
