Mike and Kathy were nice, professional and did their job well. Mike repaired 3 nicks on 3 pieces of wood furniture and they look like new. Kathy fixed some cracks and nicks on our leather couch that our movers caused. She also did a wonderful job. Plus, they were very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to call them again should the need arise.

I had my ottoman repaired from here and Justen did a fantastic job and its fix like its brand new. The quality of their work is spectacular. The price was very reasonable and he is very honest upfront about the pricing and being able to fix it. I will definitely be using them again and referring them to other individuals.

Justen repaired the base of our corner cabinet after water damage. It was a difficult job and he did great work - exceeding our expectations!

We called Furniture Medic after causing a nickel-sized acetone stain to our kitchen table. Our kitchen table is a VERY hard to match antique gold, and going into the appraisal, Furniture Medic was very cautious about getting our hopes up. Justen, the General Manager, came out with Kathy and affirmed that he likely couldnt get it looking perfect, but he would try to see what he could do. Justen and Kathy spent approximately 40 minutes at our house trying to match the finish. While the spot in question doesnt look perfect, it is a GREAT improvement from where we started, and from certain angles you cannot tell there was damage.Justen didnt even charge us for the touch up since he said the work wasnt up to his normal standard. I would definitely trust them to do a thorough job!

Justen did a beautiful job restoring our antique settee. He did a meticulous job staining the wood and the new upholstery looks fabulous!

Justin at Furniture Medic-Indianapolis did an INCREDIBLE job of cleaning/deodorizing/restoration of our SOOT-COVERED, SMOKE-FILLED, HEAT DAMAGED furniture including 2 antique twin-bed bedroom suites, large heirloom table, dining room hutch, side table, antique rocking chair and bench, and heirloom couch after house fire. We had been sure that each item was protected and very well cared for before the fire and we were heartbroken to see what the soot and heat had done to these sentimental items that hadnt burned but still appeared ruined.Justin could not have been more accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, nice, understanding and thorough! He took us into the warehouse attached to their office to see our furniture and discuss what could/should be done with each item that they had picked up after the fire. He was upfront about expectations and offered his honest opinion on each piece re: what was worth trying to restore. We chose to have him attempt to restore all the items and ALL OF THEM EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS! There was no odor left in any of the wood and some looked even BETTER than before the fire! (And the upholstery specialist he contracted our couch out to after the wood portions were restored was VERY TALENTED! We provided the material we found that was identical to what had been on the cushions and flat back, and our antique couch was completely restored to its previous beauty!). Justin and his team carefully delivered all the pieces to our house on our schedule in 2 batches as they were completed.This company was recommended to us by a fire-damage specialist and by a neighbor who had used them after their fire. Justins work and knowledge is outstanding and we are SO THANKFUL to him and Furniture Medic!

I purchased a very beautiful and pricey end table made from the roots of a teak tree. I was disappointed when it arrived with damage to the top. After repair you cannot even tell there was ever damage, and there is much wood grain visible. Im not even sure how they did it. Reasonably priced.

This was the best money ever spent. We had unexpected damage to a crucial piece of furniture right before a big event They took care of it the next day, on-site, reasonably and you cant even tell it ever happened. They happened to have a cancellation in their schedule, so lucked out there, but very accommodating. Soooo appreciative. What more could I ask for, Thanks Again!!!

I called Furniture Medic and they were out within a week to give us an estimate. Prices were very fair and quality of their work unparalleled. Furniture items they refinished ranged from a garage sale find table to a 70 year old chair my parents had received for a wedding present! Very professional. Would go with this company again in a heartbeat!

My daughters childhood rocking chair was falling apart. I thought she would throw it away, but she said no, it was also her Sons rocking chair, so I called Furniture Medic.
