Love their jewelry and the staff is wonderful
I had ordered my weddings bands from here back in March. I understand that they closed due to COVID-19 however, they never called me when they reopened to tell me I can come pick them up. I saw they were open at 10am online and I show up to the store at around 10:30. I was on my way to work and figured I’d pick them up on the way. I stood outside the half closed door that says “we’re reopening March 30 due to virus” on the front for about 10 minutes before someone noticed me and yelled to the other employees for someone to help me. She half walked to the door and asked me what I needed then proceeded with “we open at 11.” And walked away before I could even say anything back. You couldn’t just take the rest of the payment and hand me my stuff I ordered months ago? Online it says you’re open at 10, the sign on your door is outdated. It seems like these workers are just lazy and don’t have their stuff together. I’ll be cancelling my order and buying my rings elsewhere.
Staff pressured me into applying for a Kays credit card. Kays has had my white gold diamond ring more than I have since I purchased it. It has been replated several times. One diamond was replaced with a low quality diamond with imperfections.
Great store to shop in! The store employees are always so nice to deal with. They are very knowledgeable about the products being sold. I wont buy my good jewelry anywhere else!
My husband and I have been purchasing almost all of our jewelry from Kay’s at the Indiana mall since 2001. We have never had a bad experience during any of our purchases. The staff has always been very helpful, patient, and pleasant to work with. They also have a nice variety of jewelry to choose from. Love the Indiana mall Kay’s store!
If you are looking for a fine jewelry you should go to Kays. If they do not have the jewelry that you are looking for they will be able to special order it for you.
The ladies are so friendly until you make the purchase, then they treat you like a hobo. They will not honor the warranty ether. Do not go to this location go to Johnstown........crooks!

When my husband and I go to the Indiana store, ALL the associates are very nice, friendly and helpful, but we always try to wait for Denise. We love her!

When I need anything done with jewelry I always go to Denise at Kay Jewelers at Indiana Mall. She is remarkably knowledgeable and has been a jeweler for years. I would recommend her of this particular store to anyone.
Absolutely horrible store! The women are ALWAYS rude and disrespectful. They harass you so hard core to just apply for a kay card. They get pissy if you dont. Even when you do, they are still rude. I took my watch in to be looked at after just a couple weeks after purchase. They got defensive and aggressive because they thought I was insinuating them to be at fault. So I sent it out to get repaired and returned by time of graduation (tomorrow) they never called to say its in. I called them to see if its in. She said yes it is. When I asked why I wasnt notified that it was in her response was it doesnt matter, its here. Come get it theres many more occasions other than this I can mention. If you want quality customer service compared to this. Go steal the jewelry you want from a gang member, even they will be more happy to assist you than this store!!
Wasted my time and money here.I will shop elsewhere.Corporate makes all the big calls, managements there to say no.Google research reveals how bad their customer satisfaction level is. Read about it yourself. Its a few key punches away.
Most the employees are grumpy and they just try to force things upon you that you dislike or are way overpriced. They give you different information depending on who you talk to. I refuse to buy from there anymore and I will be taking all my business to Lorellis.
