I read other reviews and decided to use this florist for the first time. Woman who took my order was friendly and helpful. For example she told me what flowers they had that could be used for a same day delivery. Delivery was made within a couple of hours. Flowers are pretty and fresh. I will definitely use them again!

My daughter loved her balloons for her 21st birthday. The Flower and Balloon Gallery did a great job and I we are very satisfied.

Incredibly impressed by Flower Gallery! I live in California but I wanted to send my Grandma a bouquet of flowers and they were so speedy with my delivery (same day!) and the price point was on par with other quotes. I was able to order online while busy at work, and they sent me an email confirmation on delivery with a photo! The arrangement was classy, and perfect. Highly recommend.

Not from the area, but was creating a pirate themed display. Had in mind that I needed a sea creature to set off the display. Googled such and decided on an octopus created from balloons based on what was posted on the Flower Gallery website. Denise was amazingly helpful. She explained each balloon I would need and not only mailed these out to me at a minimal cost, but she took the time to write out and enclose directions, along with a diagram of how to create and connect each part of the octopus, including curling of arms. Denise also enclosed extra balloons just in case. I love this place. Will definitely use in the future. Kathleen

Delivered when I requested, and this balloon octopus is adorable!She loved it!

First to say. i ordered a small bouquet of two roses, the option to add a remark/card and i upped for the balloon to go with it. 1st off...easy to order. the website i thought was basically user friendly. i received my confirmations, both, the order confirmation and delivery confirmation via e-mail. when i got home my fiance first thanked me, then showed me that the one rose was broke/snapped at the stem about 3-4 inches down from the rose itself upon arrival.(bummer) after checking that out, i asked her...where is the balloon? she said there was no balloon.(bummer) then......i asked her did you like the card it came with? she said there was no card. hard to believe for my first time ordering here i got 3 issues with my order. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. just a heads up. will post again with what/if any resolution has been taken.
