If I could give more stars I definitely would!!! The staff is amazing and the cinnamon rolls are to die for!! I absolutely love this place!! I got the cinnamon rolls for my first time for my mom and dad because they both were diagnosed with terminal cancer and was losing so much weight and they are addicted to these rolls and they are gaining their weight back!!! Thanks to Cinnaholic!!!

Vegan and Gluten free. Best find ever! They are also the winners from Shark Tank. This location has superb customer service. The Team member provided detailed information about their products and suggested several items to try for first time visitors. Kudos! I will be returning soon.

The cinnabuns are very yummy, I just wasnt very thrilled about the cookies. The cookies from the outside look done, but within they are doughy. They do have a cookie dough option, but I just wanted the cookie today. I imagine going home to bake them a little more wont hurt.

Delicious and healthy fruits. You decide which combination of fruits you wants. Acai, peanut, honey, granola and differents kinds of fruits. I recommend this place.

Wonderful cinnamon buns with many different types of frosting and toppings.I love the maple with double pecans and Carmel drizzle. YUM!I gave 4 stars because of the hours. Most people want a hot cinnamon bun for breakfast or brunch with a hot coffee.Opening at noon is late for this type of business. If you start even from 10 AM to 7 PM then your business is there for all 3 meal times, giving more business to you.When I have to wait until noon before you open I take my business elsewhere. What about opening another shop in Waverly or Wesley chapel?

“As seen on Shark Tank...” this little wonder is tucked quietly in the sleepy town of Indian Trail. Both of which are screaming to be enjoyed and frequented.Cinnaholic is a truly unique place that offers a build your own cinnamon bun that is actually, drum roll please, vegan. I’m not a vegan, I have no desire to be a vegan but this place makes me reconsider.When you walk in there is a gigantic menu board where you order the classic roll, choose from an array of icing and even more toppings to “top it all off”. If you’re not sure or not the adventurous type, they have recommendations hanging around the shop or stick with the ‘ol Classic.

The cinnamon rolls were soft and moist. The cream cheese frosting sweet but not more than needed. I would have liked more cinnamon flavor. Hubby was a happy man with this place. Its small so hopefully it will expand soon. Id like to bring the littles here but there not enough seats.

Very first time trying out Cinnaholic. Staff was friendly and quick. Pricing was a little on the high side but the treat was delicious!!! I got the Cookie Monster and my wife got the blueberry bun. Would definitely go again!

Absolutely love this place and I remember when I was waiting for them to open a few years back and they had delays, I kept emailing them and asking how long now. They were SO worth the wait. Everything here is delicious and fully plant based. No animals had to suffer or be harmed - its ALL vegan and did I say delicious :-D.

My family and I ordered through the online portal and got txt messages stating it would be ready for pick up at 5:30. The order was placed at 4:40. My wife and I drove to pick them up with the rest of my family waiting at gone for Father’s Day and when we walked in they hadn’t even started making our order. There was only 1 family in the store waiting. No one called to say it was delayed there was no apology. They just said “Ok, we are going to make them now.” So now we are sitting in the store waiting for 5 cinnamon rolls when we should have already had them, drive home and had people enjoying them. What is the point of online order and pick up times if they just do things when they want to?

So today, my future daughter-in-law was in town to shop for her wedding dress at the wonderful and historic Dar-Lynns Bridal in Sun Valley. My husband wanted to make the morning special for her, her mom, and her sister who both traveled from out of state so he ordered cinnamon rolls from Cinnaholic. That doesnt seem like a big deal except that the owner came in 2 hours early to make sure we had hot-from-the-oven rolls for breakfast! We added delicious cups of coffee and cocoa for an amazing and tasty way to start the dress shopping. Thanks to the owner/manager for going the extra mile!

This is the best place ever! I had a cinnamon roll with cookie dough, brownies, and marshmallow. You can choose from so many different flavors. They even made gluten free brownies for my husband since I called in a day ahead and requested them!

Today was my first time at Cinnaholic and it was absolutely amazing! On top of the fact that the cinnamon roll I ordered tasted like heaven, the customer service was superb. The young lady that took our order was pleasant and patient and we had a very short wait time. I recommend Cinnaholic to everyone!

Love this place! We drove all the way from Charlotte to come here- and it was totally worth the hike!!! Staff was super friendly and attentive! Alfredo gave us wonderful recommendations, we got the “s’more roll” per his suggestion and it was amazing! The classic roll is the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had!

I ordered through doordash and the driver was running late picking up the food (but only like ten minutes, nothing unusual). Cinnaholic left an apology card about inconveniencing us and extras goodies with our order. Thats incredible customer service. The food was delicious as always.

What is there not to like about Cinnamon Buns? Cinnaholic is a custom build your own . Or you can order like a whole circle platter custom made of the way you want it to bring to a gathering or something or in my case just to feed a large family for a few days. Lol.The one in my picture is a cream cheese frosting, topped with apples, a drizzle of caramel, and pie crumble.

I live in Charlotte so Cinnaholic is about a 30 minute commute. I’ve heard great reviews so I wanted to try it for myself. You can create your own cinnamon rolls. The classic comes will vanilla frosting however you can choose from a list of frostings if you prefer for an additional cost and then add toppings to your cinnamon roll as well. I chose the banana cream frosting and added brownie bites.Pros: My roll was baked fresh and was still warm when I got it. It was so delicious. The fat girl in me had to eat the whole thing. Some people say they are large but maybe I’m just greedy because it was just the right size for me. It was one of the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. Flavoring was perfect and I enjoyed the contrast of the banana cream and chocolate. It is really sweet so if you have a milder sweet tooth, choose the original. They also offer minis, brownies and cookies as well. They are plant based but that is not mentioned anywhere in the restaurant which I assume may be a way to not turn people off who have stigmas around plant based foods. They also have a rewards program that you can sign up for.Cons: The distance if you live in Charlotte. The workers do not seem to have a cohesiveness about how they work. They offer free frosting samples so someone could have been passing out samples to move the line along. Instead they all seemed to be huddled behind the counter and my cashier yawned as she was taking my order and didn’t seem to be completely focused on work. She did apologize. I still gave a 5 Star because the roll was good enough to make up for that and they were giving out a free cookie with purchase.

The cinnamon rolls here are only so-so. We had to wait 10 minutes for the cinnamon rolls; we watched them come out of the oven, get dressed and handed to us. The cinnamon rolls had the texture of being stale and lacked cinnamon, QT cinnamon rolls have more cinnamon.The cream cheese topping was broken and the carmal topping lacked carmal flavor.For $23.60 there are better cinnamon rolls at QT and Your Moms Donuts in Matthews, NC.

Cinnaholic has made me an aholic 🤤. I discovered them in Atlanta a year ago and was so delighted when they moved near me! The flavor combinations are endless. The ENTIRE menu is vegan and they are way better than another place that begins with cinna that shall remain nameless. Love this place and I will always choose this place to satisfy my sweet tooth! 😋

The Cinnaholic was amazing completely delicious and I didnt realize their Vegan! I was parked outside and smelled the deliciousness so decided to walk in. They had a very friendly staff and way too many options! (Make sure to taste every frosting you may like before making your decision) I went with cake batter and it was not a bad decision at all! They have a rewards program too so make sure to sign up! I believe the pricing is fair and the quality of the cinnamon roll was perfect. Its not a chain so everything is freshly made and the cinnamon rolls where definitely worth the wait! Ill go back sometime this upcoming week to provide a photo of this greatness!

Very impressed by Cinnaholic. I remembered seeing them on Shark Tank and couldn’t believe that it was vegan friendly and it was a Cinnabon shop. Finally got to go for our first time and it was great. I got the basic cinnamon roll and my wife did a custom. It’s a good size for one so if you can share I would recommend sharing. They also have coffee which goes great. It tasted just the same as a regular cinnamon bun. Will definitely return.

I fly up to Charlotte from Florida to see my grandkids and always stop in at Cinnaholic. Its just awesome and kind of glad there is not one near me since I would be in there all the time. So many sweet goodies!

AMAZING!!! This store is literally the most delicious dessert Ive probably ever had!! I love Michelle and her staff who can always help you pick out exactly what you need! They offer so much more than just dessert, its all vegan and everything is made in house, so no worries about allergies or harmful ingredients! The store is so friendly and inviting with a lounge area to just hang out and play games in! Highly recommend for all your dessert and catering needs!

The cinnamon rolls are okay... tons of icing and topping options. The taste isnt anything phenomenal like Cinnabon. I expected greatness because the presentation of their buns are so aesthetically pleasing, however dont expect much. Bland and boring flavor. They do have a giant sized chess board that is fun to play while eating.

Lets face it, its just a cinnamon roll... this (to me) is like the whole cupcake craze, crappy carbs on top of crappy carbs... they count on people being blinded by all the flavors and not realizing that some store bought rolls are just as good. YUM

This was my first time to Cinnaholic. I really didnt know what to expect. They are so many toppings and choices. It was mind blowing for me. I tasted my roll. It was very flavorful. I had coffee with it, and it was a nice balance . The staff was very kind and helpful. I have no complaints, definitely recommend! 😊

Beware! Walking in is mouth watering. Extremely clean and owners were on site obviously taking pride in every aspect of their service. I didn’t know how many delicious options were available in cinnamon rolls. I noticed gluten free and vegan options too. Definitely will be going back. Great place.

Oh. My. God. Charlotte Agenda hyped this place up and it totally lived up to it. This is definitely the best dessert Ive ever had.I did a custom cinnamon roll with peanut butter and raspberry icings and marshmallows, strawberry, banana, raspberries, and pie crumble for toppings. It was incredible. The cinnamon roll was gooey and delicious.There are tons of toppings and icing flavors to choose from. I had a bite of my husbands and friends and they were both amazing as well.Everything is vegan, but you would never know. Im not vegan and they were the best cinnamon rolls Ive ever had.I cant wait for them to open up a location closer to Charlotte! Its definitely worth the drive all the way out here. I highly recommend making the trip out to try it!

This place is over and above delicious. For a sweet vegan treat this is where it is at! And the customer service is top notch. Abbie and Alfredo are so friendly...it was like going to see old friends plus they have divine cinnamon rolls! Run, dont walk to go see them and get the best cinnamon roll you will ever have!

Ive been to this place at least 4 times since it opened and Ive NEVER had a bad experience with the staff or food (as mentioned by a post I just read). So here are my two cents on what my experience was. I encourage everyone to go try Cinnaholic.The rolls are way more delicious than I expected. Their customer service is superb! The day I went the owner was working as cashier and was very helpful letting me try samples of a few types of frosting (I always have a hard time deciding flavors!).The rolls were fresh out of the oven. Perfect portion and so tasty. I recommend to add fruit as topping if you want to balance with the sweetness of the roll. My favorite is the roll with cheese cream frosting (I ask them to put half of the regular amount) and raspberries/almonds toppings. Cant wait to go back!

It was amazing! I just had the basic cinnamon roll with caramel drizzle, and talk about heaven!!!! Oh my, good thing that place is not close to my home. I would not have any control over myself. It just melted in my mouth, and they sure dont skimp on icing! Absolutely DLish.

My wife really likes this place. I dont like the cost. The rolls are delicious but I think the value is not there. Thats why the 3 star rating. 5 stars for the tolls, one star for the oruce; that equals a 3 star rating.

Wasnt what I expected. The actual cinnamon roll didnt wow me. I love a melt in your mouth roll like Cinnabon. This one was a little tough & lacked flavor. Im vegetarian & enjoy vegan desserts so I wont say its because theyre vegan. I love the concept. Just may have been a bad batch. The toppings were a nice add & fun to pick.

No where else can you get such delicious cinnamon rolls! The food is great and they have a staff to match! The location is also great for me so I can drop in and get one every morning before work. Im not a vegan myself, but they also happen to not contain any animal byproduct which is very unique in the area at least. Great place! I hope they can move to a new building with a little more space soon, it does feel a little bit cramped with a couple of customers, in spite of this the staff keeps everyone moving at a healthy pace so Im never in there more than a few minutes.

Fun place to overdose on sugar. Neglected to tell me that their store is lactose-free until after I already ordered and paid for a cappuccino. Without frothed milk it isnt a cappuccino, better come up with another name for it. Not sure how the cream cheese frosting is made without lactose?? Odd.

Cinnaholic is an incredible business. Not only is their service fast, but everything is clean and the employees are polite despite being so busy. Every detail seems to be well thought out. Even the bathroom is super cute!

I dont have a very big sweet tooth but the smell of this place was irresistable! The baby buns are amazing and perfect for sharing especially if you want to try a few different icings and its always a bonus to not have to clean up a sticky kitchen. The staff and owner of this place were incredible and you can tell that they are truly passionate about making people smile. An absolute must if you are in the area, or even not in the area. :)

Absolutely love this place! I’m so grateful I found this place. Came all the way over here from fort mill, sc, where there is no love for vegans, and it was worth. I had the cream cheese frosting with strawberries and it was absolutely delicious! There are so many options for toppings and frostings that you can come here everyday for a whole year and be able to create a different combination each time. Customer service was great. We were greeted at the counter and the employee explained everything on how to order. She was polite and informative. Nice decor and ambiance. Definitely will be coming back especially since Fort Mill and Tega Cay SC offers nothing for vegans. I LOVE ❤️ CINNAHOLIC!!!!!!

Dont waste your time or money here. I was very excited to try this place. There was a line when we got there but it moved quickly. Then we waited almost 15 minutes for our rolls, while the 5 people who ordered after us all received their rolls. However, the most disappointing thing were the rolls themselves. We watched them pull ours out of the oven and they still tasted stale. No flavor to the dough part, almost no cinnamon flavor, and the caramel frosting had no caramel flavor. I have had better rolls from a tube labeled Pillsbury. If you want an amazing cinnamon roll that will remind you of what grandma makes go to Your Moms Donuts in Matthews.

We ordered a cookie monster roll which is one of the signatures. After leaving when we sat down to eat we noticed that it was just a roll with frosting and no toppings. We drove back and showed it to them and they took the same roll that we had taken home with us back to the kitchen and put the toppings on it and gave it back to us cold. That doesnt even seem sanitary to take it back into the kitchen after a customer handles it 🤮

First, let me say that the cinnamon buns we had were very good. One of the kids got chocolate frosting, the other two went with the regular, and all three really liked them.The selection is incredible. Almost any flavor you can imagine, they can deliver, from peanut butter to smores to lemon to berries to bananas, etc, etc.My issue is the price. Four cinnamon buns cost almost $25. Thats right at twice the price of Cin... the other big name cinnamon bun franchise. These might taste a bit better, and they have many more options than the other guys. But the other ones are bigger, and almost as good. Id say just as good unless you want a flavor combination you cant get at the other place.So, theres my experience. Good, but not really worth $25.

Im not sure how anyone could ever give less then 5 stars here, while yes the lines may have times that they get long but that is because of the deliciousness thay awaits. I have been recommended this place by 4 separate individuals in the Monroe and Indian trail areas and they were dead on the money about the choices and flavors. I will be back as soon as I am back in town and every time Im in town thats for sure.
