I would expect friendly helpful experts in a service area.Unfortunately this is not the case, and I won’t get worked up over it.Did not argue, went to another another retailer.Had I done my homework I would have seen their overall ratings and got the message from there.
My contacts were delayed by two weeks, yet I still received them and was notified via phone call/voicemail. Just as a note, hours should be updated on google. The vision center is closed on Tuesdays. Overall service was good, and I received the product I purchased.
I called yesterday to find out if my glasses were ready and what time they close. They told me they close at 5:00pm. I was there at 4:00pm and all the lights were off but they were still there. I told her that I was there to pick up my glasses, so she gave me the glasses and expected me to try them on from outside the store with the lights off and with a simple hand mirror, I told her that I was not able to see like that and she said that they were about to close and that she was just doing me a favor, I told her that they told me over the phone they close at 5:00pm. I was about to leave the store when I noticed I could not read anything with the glasses on so I went back to tell them. It was 4:30 and the other girl told me the she had already clocked out and to come back tomorrow. Worst customer service ever and I will never do business with this place again.
Okay.... This lazy lady behind the counter refused to book an appointment for my son unless I was wearing a mask. I explained to her that I wouldve made the appointment over the phone if they would answer it; and that Id been trying to call for days. I wont be back.
I had a wonderful experience! James (Jimmy) helped my family and went above and beyond. I had a less than pleasant experience at a prior eye doctor, which I related, and had the complete opposite service here. I am now a loyal customer and refer all my family and friends. James took time out for us, made me feel like a valued customer, and I felt that he appreciated our business. I also saved money! The other clinic wanted an exorbitant amount. Go here if you need eye care!
I love this place! James (Jimmy) did an excellent job in the measurements for my noline bifocals. Theyre the most perfect ones I have ever had. The customer service is great.
I have no time to walk in and set up an appointment so I tried to call and make an appointment for my next day off. I spent 3-4 days calling 2-3 times a days. No answer. The day they finally picked up I told them I wanted to schedule an appointment I was transferred to 2 different people and the second person gave me a number to call to set up an appointment. That’s ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to call several people just to schedule an appointment. I called America’s Best, and they scheduled me a same day appointment the moment I called. They didn’t have to transfer me to anyone the set it all up right then and there. and they had me in and out in roughly an hour if that! I will never use Walmart eye vision center ever again
No one answers the phone so good luck trying to make a appointment with them.
This is a Walmart owned eye center with mediocre customer service. They lack enthusiasm, & could not bother to stand up and greet me. Never smiled. Made it seem to be a effort to do their job. Fortunately, they dont accept my insurance... LOL which made it really easy to walk away. I never said what I thought about their lame & less that genuine, quasi professional demeanor...to their face. I suspect they would not care either way.
I take my business else where and you should too. I wouldnt touch it with 10 foot pole. This place is completely beyond help.
Its unfortunate I can not give this place a 0 star rating. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The optometrist I saw argued with me about my prescription and made me put on contacts that were not my current prescription only in the end give me the ones I said I needed anyway. One of my contacts got damaged and I am over my yearly eye exam time frame so I asked if I could have a single replacement until my later eye exam date because I drive and I do not have glasses. The optometrist and the secretary said no and the secretary laughed and giggled at my misfortune. I wouldnt piss on the place if it was on fire.
Wonderful staff great experience and saved money
Excellent customer service. And to the AH reviewer above with one star, the optometrist is completely separate from the Vision Center.
Hours posted are not the Internet are not accurate. Call before you go!
Horrible customer service. Staff lacks efficiency. Saw customers walk out due to no service. Disappointed and will not be back.
