Left our job unfinished for a month! And never completed it. We were told they had to get pieces and they couldn’t find them. My husband actually bought pieces himself from Lowe’s to finish the job and still paid full price. Would never work with them again. Carpets installed also have sharp spots from installation.

I worked with Derek and his team to replace carpet with Vinyl flooring. Derek was great to work with, so quick to respond whether it was day or night. He explained everything to me and I never once felt like he was taking advantage of me like other contractors did. The best part was his check ins - he checked to make sure the crew got here (who also did a WONDERFUL job!!) and checked to make sure I was happy with the install. I did contact him about 2 months after install because the stair nose was coming loose, his team came within 2 days and fixed it immediately and made sure it wouldnt come loose again. Other than that, the floors, threshold and mouling have held up really well and look amazing!!!

The owner, Jason Grubb, went out of his way to find a specific hard wood flooring for me as we were trying to color match existing flooring. When an issue arose with the flooring (not his doing) he again went out of his way to correct it. He also carpeted stairs for us in a patterned carpet. His guys did such a good job that another contractor (here for something else) later commented on how perfect the pattern was kept. You will not be disappointed!

We’ve had three GREAT experiences with Discount Floor. Jason is very attentive, meticulous about his guys’ work, and very communicative. We were able to reach him by email with punctual responses and also by phone call or text. (The same night and on a Sunday prior to his vacation, which I consider great for a busy business owner). He was very patient with us when we changed our minds several times. He came out to the house twice for next day estimates. I have now purchased flooring from them twice for DIY installs and just had them install our entire downstairs! Amazing work and GREAT prices! I got less confident after three times they didnt do what they said, so I passed on them.So I stop by their office to get a quote on carpet I needed ASAP. The two people there could not really help me so I leave my information and was told the owner would call me that afternoon. I didnt get a call so I called the number on their business card and spoke to Jason. The owner asked me to text him the information on what I wanted and he get me the quote first thing in the morning. I text him the size, manufacturer, color and style I wanted. They dont carry many samples so I did the work on that.In the morning Derrick calls me to discuss my carpet but doesnt have any of the information I sent Jason. So I go over that again and ask if he needed to confirm the measurements. He said his boss would be back soon and hed come by to confirm what I needed. I literally live around the corner from their store.Derrick calls me back and asked if he could come tomorrow. He had to meet with a rep, pick up his kid and whatever. I told him, Thanks, but Ill go with the other quote I had gotten.As a customer I expect better than this.Addendum: Ive never worn overalls in my life. How odd of you to say that. I never had an attitude with you or your people, so that is a lie. I think I made a good choice with the other company.

My boyfriend and I came from Liberty sc to get flooring from Jason and his dad. They helped load our SUV and our trailer . But it didnt stop there. After leaving we made it a mile down the road and the tongue broke on our trailer. They were both there within 5 minutes helping us put the flooring in the SUV and rig the trailer up enough for us to get it back home over 2 hours away. I love this flooring, but their customer service went way above and beyond what was the norm. I cant thank them enough. I highly recommend them. We will be back. Thank you guys so much .

At first I was skeptical when I found them in Facebook so we drciddd to take a ride down and pay a visit . Amazingly Jason came by the same day later that afternoon and gave us an estimate, which he beat the ithetcstore price and in top of that it was for the plush carpet that I really wanted . Installation took place the following week and we are happy with our decision. The carpet looks amazing and incredibly soft. Thanks Jason!

Jason was nice and helpful during our visit. They have great prices on flooring materials. But we can only give 3 stars because the communication was poor, we never received an itemized bill, Jason’s cell is the only listed phone number, it took quite some time to get the installation scheduled, different from what we were told, purchased on 7/28 installed on 8/13, and We would never want the lead installer back inside our home. He was rude! First thing he did upon entering our home was use the bathroom without a single word to me! He passed every fast food joint imaginable within a mile of our home that he could have stopped at prior to arriving here. Or at least said one word to me first then we wouldn’t have found it so rude! They got liquid nails on our new door. A place that needed leveling in the kitchen was ignored and now we have a sagging spot there. They also put a small dent in our brand new stainless refrigerator! We had covered what little furniture we left in the house with thin plastic sheeting to protect from dust and dirt while the hardwood and vinyl floors were being torn out...instead they uncovered everything immediately prior to do anything thus covering everything in dirt and dust. 5 days later we are still trying to rid the main floor of all the dust. We couldn’t even sleep the first night because of it. Far worse than anyone could imagine! So pretty sure the new flooring is laying on all that dust too! They over cut one of the HVAC vent openings and we’re still trying to figure a way to fix that..it’s right at our entry door, first thing you see! Lead installer got very rude and insulting when I asked why he uncovered our furniture...he wouldn’t be moving it until AFTER the old floors were out. And they also had their music blaring out of their van the entire time they were here despite only being out there to cut pieces of flooring! Doubtful they could hear it over the saw. Luckily our HOA didn’t contact us about that! But our neighbors had plenty to say. I’d say the products are good. The prices are good. I’d buy the material from them again, but I’d hire my own installers....we had planned to do that but Jason assured us that his crew was top notch and had been with him for 17 years...I’m not so sure the crew we had fits that description. The floors look good for the most part and we’re glad it’s behind us...or will be once all the dirt is finally gone! But when we do the upstairs we will hire our own installer.
