Honestly really nice people, the lady that sold me the car was really friendly. But I purchased a Grand Marquis from this place 2 months ago and the AC went out, torque converter in my transmission went out, front tires were rotted. And my air ride suspension might be leaking. I really trusted these people with selling me a good car that I paid a lot more than what I should have for it, cause it’s not worth all the work I’ve had to do. Just know that they aren’t all that honest but most of the time they are I guess. Good luck.

We purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion that we saw advertised on Auto Trader. We thought they were closed and just got out to look at the vehicle. Graci happily came out and talked to us about the car. Due to the time, we went back another day to test drive. They allowed us to take the car to a mechanic of our choice to get a pre-purchase inspection. Graci was very professional, personable, and walked us through their process every step of the way. Graci does not pressure and understands the customer. It is a no haggle dealer but the prices were in-line with Kelley Blue Book. We usually have great experiences with our car purchases throughout the years and Graci can be added to that list.

Searching for a car for a son who just came back to the states from Germany, and got a new job 6 states away can be a bit of a challenge- especially when your son is not physically with you. As luck would have it, we went to look at a car for sale at another dealership (it was a bust!) and decided to walk over to All City 1. The vehicles were very nice, and the salesman was great. He didn’t have quite what we were looking for, so referred us to All City 2. This is where we met Graci. Graci was very helpful. We looked around the lot and found the car we had been looking for! There was just one problem.- Since it was going to be our son’s car and he was going to be transferring his WI license plates, he had to physically be in NC to sign the paperwork. Graci knew of this issue, and made an exception to hold the car until our son could make it to NC from WI, and she even made sure he had temporary NC plates to drive back to WI. Our son picked up his “New” car and drove back to WI. He says it’s perfect, it fits him, and he LOVES it!! If we know anyone looking for a “new” used car, we will definitely recommend All City in Indian Trail NC! Both dealerships are Top Notch, and Graci is the best!!!!
