I had to give 1⭐️ star not for my customer service agent “Gabby”who deserves five stars and the manager who deserves five stars. Gabby called or texted me every 2-3 days with updates. My replacement car was delivered by ENTERPRISE Car Rentals. It was a very smooth transaction and they brought the car to me atCaliber Collision Auto body shop (CC).THE RECEPTIONIST - (what not to Do) who answers the phone and 😌 greets customers gets the 1⭐️.I AM a new customer at CC walking in to their beautiful facility and the receptionist is arguing with another employee. She proceeds to use the the F word and informed him that she is not going to talk to him the rest of the day (I could care less who she talks to any day).It’s definitely not a way for a customer to see you behave representing the company.To top it off she let me know that she had to go, “tinkle to the little girls room because she can’t hold it any longer,” and she proceeds to jump up and run down the hall to the bathroom leaving me standing at the counter. I did not feel comfortable signing a document because it was holding me liable for the charges when in fact another person ran into me and they had for insurance why would I need to sign a document stating I would pay all charges. The person I have been speaking about snatches the paper from my hand and proceeds to say, obviously you don’t understand and proceeds to read the document to me and then said, “ sign, sign and date and if you don’t we can’t do your work.” Lastly, I almost forgot my appointment was at 10:00. I was pulling in their driveway when she called me at 10:01 AM to state they will have to reschedule my appointment, because I am late. Seriously, give me a chance to park and I will be inside. Trust me they did not reschedule my appointment and I spoke to the Manager. They have had my car for two weeks.It’s not their fault, but VW’s fault Because all of the replacement parts that have been shipped have been damaged. I don’t mind waiting for perfection. Check back Friday for the big reveal

Hats off to Fred Canen, Ron, and Alan for being excellent Customer Service professionals and turning my vehicle around quickly and efficiently. It came out perfect and I cannot be more thankful and happier from the outcome and their professionalism. First class!!!!

It took more than 2 months to get the repair done then they missed a couple of places and did not clean the new parts they installed. Look at the images. There is no way I will use this place again.

The staff at the Caliber Collision in Indian Trail are top-notch. Today I stop by at Indian Trail Caliber Collision. I had not made a previous appointment. The nice lady at the front desk told me that they are busy but tell me what is your concern. I said my daughter kneeled on my mini van bumper while taking grocery out and my whole bumper came out. I was able to push in back majority of it but needed professional help so that it is secure completely. The nice lady calls her general manager Mr.Scott to take a quick look at my van and give his expert opinion. He took a look and got underneath my van with his nice clean clothes and pulled and pushed the car bumper and 5 minutes later good as new. Mr.Scott did not charge me anything even when I offered money. I was speechless, wasnt expecting good things or good people to come my way on Monday morning. Thank you people at Indian Trail collision I will definitely recommend you all for your kind heartedness and professionalism!

I just wanna mention that I have had my car serviced there an older car service there from being damaged at the station that was putting on new tires and they did a great job so I went in there because I recently bought a brand new car and my son pulled the Christmas tree off the top of my car and it scratched the back end of my car I was so upset and beside myself that I couldn’t wait to get to them the next day when I got there young lady by the name of Gabby greeted me looked at my car she did something she fixed it she buffed it out it was no longer there I was surprise that she did not charge me at all so that was the sweetest thing in the world I was so happy that She was able to get my car back to the way it was when I bought it a couple of months ago so hats off to Gabby sweet person she just looked at it and said I can fix this and she did and she was great so thank you so much not to mention my daughter just had her car serviced someone hit it while it was parked took it there and they fix my daughters car as well and they did an amazing job so thank you

I was called advised my vehicle was ready when I advised I would not be able to pick up until Monday as they close before I am out of work I was hung up on by the service advisor. Very unprofessional and rude.

Used them after hitting a deer. Service was excellent with superb communication. Honda sent the wrong parts and Caliber let me know the completion date was going to be slightly delayed. Our van looks better than it did before we hit the deer.

Absolutely a waste of space in the front office talking about your desk lady, all I wanted was a estimate and I had to pull a claim number out then the lady was upset I sent my insurance company pictures of the damages as if they didnt ask for them to find out who was at fault. Then she said we cant give you an estimate another store can because they work with the other persons insurance company.... If I had no insurance only cash would I still bickering with a orange office lady or would someone be outside like I have been for the past month under the sun taking pics and writing down the vin of my car that takes 12 mins to do then go inside n start on a estimate. Im no cow so I dont know who you are trying to milk. The caliber closer to Monroe or any other business that does body repair is a better pic than this place.

They did a fantastic job fixing my car and even buffing out and eliminating other dings that werent even part of the wreck(that wasnt my fault). They were also great in dealing with the rental car, and communicating with me throughout the whole process. In other words they made the whole experience much less of a headache than it could have been.

In February I bought my first car and it was my dream car! I was beyond excited and not only that I was able to go on a road trip too test her out. Within 2 days of my vacation I got hit on a highway and pushed into a car. I was beyond destroyed and my heart was broken. It took the drivers insurance who hit me 3 1/2 months to even get back to me. They were rude, had me calling 10 different people and finally I was fed up! I called my insurance and this location was a Geico certified body shop. Within 24 hours they had my car looked at, got my estimate back to me and kept me updated along the way. My car was done in 48 hours and it looks better than it did when I drove it off the dealership lot.Scott’s customer service was beyond incredible! He kept me updated on what was going on the entire time and stayed late so I could pick my car up.The front desk woman worked with me even when I didn’t have a mask with me and the nice older gentleman who came outside to talk to me while I waited.This whole experience 48 hours experience made up for the horrible past 3 months.Thank you to everyone at Caliber Collision! I will definitely recommend and speak highly of this location.

My car was damaged by an inattentive driver and their insurance company, Geico sent me here to get the repair work done. My car came back PERFECT. They did an incredible job of repair and painting and doing it very quickly. They released my car in pristine cleanliness and the finish of the exterior looks like new- not just in the repair spot, but all over. Highly recommend.

Took car in for bumper and truck repair. they took it right in started repair, did a good job, was done when they said it would be.

My truck wasn’t done properly, a rude guy tried to fix my dashboard by just pushing it with out any tool! and obviously he couldn’t fixed it so I had to leave my truck for more time., unfortunately I ended up paying extra money for my rental car since they didn’t notified the Insurance Company about the extra days BAD EXPERIENCE.

Went into the Indian trail store to ask a favor about cutting a piece of steel which had nothing to do with the auto shop itself. They couldn’t of been nicer and did me the favor and I certainly will look at them if I need any repairs on my cars. Facility is beautiful, clean inside, very nice waiting room and I appreciate their help so much.

My interaction with this business was extremely professional! My Geico rep was very thorough and even had the decision of what was to be done literally within one day. She worked with me and though my car wasnt fixed, I was happy with the interaction. The women up front were absolutely amazing as well! 5 stars all the way around!

Got in an accident with my van, $6000 worth of damage. I let them know that my family and I needed the van in one week, if possible, since we were leaving for vacation. They fixed it in 3 days no problems or questions asked, when they had originally quoted me one weeks time to fix it. Their mechanic knew it was important to our family and stayed late to work on the car. Plus, their costumer service is impeccable. 5 stars doesnt even cut it, they deserve 10!

The caliber, no pun intended, of skill at this business is remarkable as well as everyone working there. My sons car was hit by a medium sized light pole coming out of a truck traveling down the highway and busted the windshield and scratched up the headlight cover and the hood of his car. From the moment Caliber received the car they kept in contact with us and Geico. Their workmanship is incredible. They were able to buff out the many scratches perfectly. There is no way to see any scratches, the paint is perfect and they didnt have to re-paint the car. It truly is amazing. The ladies at the front desk are professional and friendly and Scott who handles all of the Geico claims is great. He is so professional, friendly, knowledgeable and pays attention to every detail. I highly recommend this company. You cant go wrong bringing your vehicle here. I am totally impressed.

I took my car to Caliber Collision on last Thursday Chris and Gerri (from Geico) were awesome. I wish I could give them 10 stars. They were very professional and took great care of me. They had my me and my car in and out within 30 minutes. What I thought was major damage ended up being very minor. Thank you Chris and Gerri.

Caliber Collision was recommended to me by GEICO and I could not be more pleased with the service and results I got there. Their workmanship is excellent--the repair to my Infiniti turned out great--and they went the extra mile and fixed at no extra charge a number of minor rock chips and blemishes. Communication was excellent. I got a daily text message advising me of the progress on the repair. The people are friendly and easy to work with. Chris is fantastic. It certainly is convenient that an Enterprise rental office is right there in the Caliber Collision facility. All in all, an outstanding experience. Highly recommended.

Starting with 5 stars & the review as my service starts as well. My vehicle was damaged due to a bundle of sawed limbs sticking out in the middle of the road, unavoidable damage; hit the trees or another car. Geico is sending me there this morning, Black Friday, to drop my car off and obtain a rental. I have coverage for the repair and the rental car, but the Geico representative mentioned a possible deposit. I will not be happy if the deposit is high, due to the coverage I have.As it is Black Friday, I spoke with a chat representative who couldnt verify the hours of the location for today. She could only speak of the regular hours and stated that someone would call me back. Well, if they are closed then no one will be calling me, I would assume. Lets hope this is incorrect. I am already not pleased with chat support but after reading the reviews, its obvious that the business cares and only has one employee I would consider a liability. I will update my review as the process moves forward.

Work done was satisfactory. My contact person, Jason, did not respond to emails even after I called to see if he received my email and was told he did receive it. When I picked up the car there was an issue and they did fix it immediately. At that time Jason asked if I would be able to give a good review and I said I would and could. A few days later I opened my hatch (this is where 100% of the work was done) and found that it was filthy. Remnants of the work were scattered all over my hatch, yet the rest of my vehicle had obviously been vacuumed out and wiped down. I called and emailed Jason about this and NEVER got a return phone call or email. Leaves me to believe that service after the sale is not important.

Quick turnaround for the amount of work needed along with updates along the way. Would have wished that Caliber would have plugged in my rear view mirror when installing everything. Had to drive to my local Caliber Collision to have them fix that along with a loose front bumper.Also noted that Caliber replaced a clear rock guard on my lower body panel but left the OEM rock guard next to it so now its an eyesore.

Dropped my car off in the morning and had it back that evening. Awesome customer service!! Thanks for the speedy service
