Our HOA hired Anchor Painting to do three phases of painting 189 homes and clubhouse in Pine Creek subdivision this year and I was on the Paint Committee working closely with Anchor Painting. They completed Phase 1 and painted 71 houses plus the clubhouse and monuments in 40 days. This company is the absolute best in Florida. I have never used this company. However I contacted them in June to see if they could give me a quote for a small painting job, as I think they have done others in my community. I spoke with Dani on the phone and let her know I was in no rush to get the job done, just wanted to get a quote so I could plan. She told me they were very busy right now but since I did not need the job done soon she could get someone out to quote me in a few weeks. She took down address and contact information (phone & email). Now In July I email her to see if she knows when they will be out, and her story totally changes to say they dont have time to quote me and she is sorry she mislead me, she needed to ask the office manager! So not only did you not do what you said, you did not even contact me to let me know. So I have just been waiting a month for nothing. It is very unprofessional.

I am a member at a local gym here in town and had a horrendous experience with a painter for this company. It looks like this company was hired to paint the building of the entire plaza because I have seen them working for days now. Did not have an issue until the run in with a certain gentlemen of the company. Not sure about his name but he had a very strong accent and was bossing people around like he was in charge. He approached me when I got out of my car and told me you do not need to park there so move? I have been parking in the same spot for 4 years. He did not explain why I could not park there but he said it very forcefully which made me uncomfortable. I am 62 with a lot of health issues and I felt as if it made him happy to bully me. The next day my husband told me when he came home that what sounded like the same man from the company after he described him was shouting out front and cussing in front of the building and patrons trying to walk into the businesses. I do not know who they hire but this man was not a nice person and should not be around interacting with the public!
