I showed up at this location today, drove an hour one way, to get my wedding ring inspected to maintain my warranty. Both google and the zales website shows this location as open. This location is inside a mall and is permanently closed! The storefront had bars over the doors and there is nothing inside the store. We walked the mall to see if it had been moved and could not locate another storefront. We attempted to call the number listed and no answer. Also attempted to call another location and they also did not answer. It would be nice if they would update their website to show correct store information.

We ordered a ring in August 2020 online and chose ship to store to this location. The ring had an estimated delivery date of 10/05/20. The date comes around and I still haven’t received any notification of it being delivered so I called the store number multiple times-no answer. I google the store location and google said it was permanently closed! I called customer service and tell them what is going on. She looks up my order and told me the ring had been shipped back (2 weeks ago!) and I should be receiving a refund in 2 weeks. First of all I was upset that I didn’t even receive an email letting me know what was going on and also that my refund would take another 2 weeks. Two weeks passes by, no refund. I call and they say the refund shows as pending. Two more weeks go by and still no refund! I call and they say my call has been escalated. One week later, still no refund. I call again and all they can say is that my call has already been escalated. Finally, December 1st, 2020, we get our refund! The first time I called the lady gave me a ticket number so I could reorder the ring at the same price. I honestly really like this ring but it’s online only and I’m too scared to reorder!

I ordered a ring online early October 2020 to be shipped to the store. I never got any email and out it being shipped and nothing regarding pick up. I chatted with someone on 10/30 on their website. They said that it was delivered on 10/22 to the store. So I called the store 5 times when I got off work. Rang and rang with bo answer and went to a busy signal before hanging up. I went up to the store and realized it has closed, for good from the looks of it. Completely cleaned out. So I called their customer service and they told me the same thing it had been delivered on 10/22. I told her I’m standing outside the store and it is closed and no way for me to get this ring. She said she would open an investigation. I didn’t hear anything back so I chatted once again on 11/5. Was told it was delivered to the store and the rep Karin G. ended the chat. So I immediately chatted with someone else. She started to do the same thing, I was able to tell her the store was closed and she said it’s not permanent and would have the manager reach out to me. I have a feeling I’m not going to get the ring I spent almost $2,400 on and will never be shopping here again unless they make this right. Why is corporate not aware that this store is closed and still allowing order pick up here when it is a very empty space????

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a promise ring, diamond necklace, engagement ring, and wedding bands from this store. First, I bought wedding bands of different sizes and someone else bought the corresponding sizes so they switched the rings without asking me. Second, my rings were stolen and now they are refusing to cover even any of the cost because they are saying they have cancelled their theft policy. Oh and when you leave the store the professional people behind the counter will stand there and talk about you to other customers when you leave and then when you come back in and hear them talking bad about you, they bold face lie to you and deny it. Lets just say I will NEVER buy any jewelry from this store again.

Go to any other jewelry store than this one. My fiance ordered an engagement ring and when it came to the day of pick up, it wasnt there. He told me that they said they didnt have that specific ring anymore (although thats what he ordered and already paid for), and until he was upset enough did an employee actually go look for that ring. Then they didnt have the ring until the DAY BEFORE he was going to propose, and when he picked it up it was a size too big. He went ahead and proposed the next day, just for us to turn around and take it back (we live in the country, over an hr away from the city). They told us it would be resized for free and that it would take 2 weeks. I get a call almost 3 weeks later, just for them to tell me that it got resized too small and that they have to send it back; itll be another week. So here I am, engaged for over a month now, with no announcements to family and friends due to Zales awesome attention to detail and promptness

Don’t be FOOLEDDon’t be fooled into thinking you are going to save money with the so called credit card discount after signing up for Zale’s Credit Card. There are so many exclusions and restrictions that the discount only applies to about 10% of their inventory (which is often extremely overpriced). Even though nearly 90% of their inventory is supposedly “marked down” you can often find the exact same item elsewhere for a much better price (if you just take the extra time to look).After I realized that my so called “discount” was nearly worthless, and especially when I discovered that I could get the exact same item for a price that was LOWER than Zale’s, I have decided to rip up my card and cancel my account. Zale’s is NOT the only jewelry store in town!

The diamond fell out of my engagement ring and they were so nice to me when I brought it in and got it fixed quickly. Plus, when I got it back it looked like they had refinished the gold and it looks wonderful!

The bottom diamond fell out of my pear shaped engagement ring and they got it repaired and cleaned in half the time at no charge! Everyone is so friendly everytime Im there!
