Ice was tasty! BUT, the girl working the window was definitely NOT in her happy place at 7:10 p.m. on Saturday evening. Rude, short and obviously we were bothering her. WOWZA! Only one star bc of the poor customer service.Cash only was a inconvenience.

NOT A SNO CONE! This is sugar water over crushed ice. They do not use syrups they use powders mixed in water. When you get a sno cone you want sweet syrup over fluffy ice, not over priced kool aid.

The Pineapple Express was AMAZING! It was so hard to choose which flavor because they all looked delicious. The customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced and you’re always greeted with a friendly face. Can’t wait to go back and try more flavors!

Tropical snow is such a great date night! We sat outside and enjoyed our Tropical Snow and relaxed in their nice seating area. Very friendly staff and decorated so cute. We will be back for more.

I can’t say enough about this place! I’m 16 weeks pregnant and this is the only treat that cures my cravings!! Sugar free blue raspberry is my FAVE!I can’t wait to try more flavors to make it through the summer pregnant!

I can only say great things about this place! We visit a few times a week! The staff and owners a friendly and the sno cones are AMAZING!! I have tried several flavors and haven’t had a bad one yet!

Absolutely amazing!!! Ordered 2 smalls for my 3 and 5 year old and a large for me. Could of probably just bought 2 smalls and had the kids share one because it was definitely enough for them to share. Loved every bit of it though 😍😍😍. Great treat after leaving the water park!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this location! The staff is incredible and really knows how to whip up a perfect sno cone! They were polite, fast, and help me find a new favorite each visit! I cant thank you guys enough for bringing back a piece of my childhood and going above and beyond the expectations I had for this place!

Tropical Sno has always been my favorite and now Ive passed my love down to my kiddos! Love that it is in Independence now! The staff is great and my kids love the drip catcher, color changing spoon, and gumball!! Great job guys!!

If I could rate 10 stars I would! Kyle is so nice and tropical sno is 100x better than ice cream or any other frozen treat. Definitely recommend!

Service was very friendly. I got the blue raspberry and to me it didnt taste anything like blue raspberry and it tasted like cheap flavoring.

Great place to get a sno-cone in Independence! Plus, they have a rewards program in which you can get a free sno-cone after 9 purchases. On top of that, you can get double punches on the reward card if you reuse the green spill cup. You can pretty much mix and match any flavor and add cream to your sno-cone as well. Note: there is a piece of bubble gum at the bottom of the each sno-cone.
