Had a woman who works here set up my service (internet and basic cable). Told her I only watch CBS, FOX, NBC, and ESPN for football season. She was very helpful except when it came to this. Because I walked out of there with her telling me, Yeah youll get all those channels and more. I never got ESPN and its an extra 40 dollars a month for it. Nah. Not worth it. Aside from the misinformation, the lady was very helpful. But maybe increase the knowledge of what channels come with certain plans.

I spent over an hour on the phone getting an additional box added to our account and asked if I needed an appointment to pick it up, No was the answer. I am currently a caregiver for a liver transplant patient and my time is very valuable. The staff refused to work with me and stated that call center does not understand their store procedures. Tried to explain my situation to the person checking people in employee Hazeeb only to have him explain his policies to me.

The customer service for xfinity can take a while but my problems are always resolved. I pay 3 days late every month and they still appreciate my service. The only reason i dont give a full 5 stars is that even tho i have the fastest package available i still run into slow speeds and glitches from time to time

Do not get comcast. they WILL scam you. they do not tell you about the hidden costs such as the data limit which any streamer/hardcore gamer will burn through in a few weeks and charge a dollar for every gig you go over. they do not tell you your upload speed (literally requires their $200 internet package to have a decente upload speed). service constantly goes in and out. if you are a streamer or gamer avoid comcast like the baby momma you owe child support to. they WILL scam you.

They were very polite and helpful. Made sure my father was taken care of and received the service he wanted including paper billing and removed the fees associated with the confusion that was created when the company opted all customers in to paperless billing without ensuring that was optimal for the customer. They even offered their military discount recognising his hat from his service. Despite the issues that arose from the company assuming liberties on their customers behalf that did not align with the customers wants or needs the manager and staff at the Independence Center location did a wonderful job covering them from their oversight.

I got in quickly because I had an appointment set to pick up internet and streaming equipment. Theyre getting 3 stars since someone forgot to put the coax chord in there and I had to make another trip. Otherwise, the few I spoke to were friendly.

Extremely poor service from a guy who had an attitude before he was even connected with me. I am a nice person, but 2 hours on an automated system that wont let you talk to a real person can make the nicest guy a straight up villain. So it didnt help that his sass sent me over the edge. Called the next day after I cooled off to cancel my service. Took less than 3 minutes. Best part of Xfinity was leaving it. They still have yet to get the line they were going to bury from my yard.

The absolute worst WiFi you could possibly get. Billed us an extra ~$70 a month for a landline house phone that they NEVER MENTIONED ON THE PHONE and refuse to give us our money back. Most likely corporate and not this store but please do not spend money with this shady and shiesty company. You pay 2x what people using their competitors would pay and get 1/3 of the internet. Not to mention the service didn’t even work for the first month we had it, to the point we had to have a new modem brought to us.

They are awesome at the STORE. Calling tech for issues is horrible they dont gave any idea what they are doing even spoke to a so called manager. She was worse then the agent. I decided to take my modem in an exchange it to see if that was the issue. It was but everyone at the store was professional and so nice. Made it reassuring for me to stay with Xfinity. It was my modem. The new one solved my issues. Tech support needs to listen. How else do you think your suppose to help someone. Reading a script that doesnt make sense for what I need help for. Overpriced with poor customer service. Very difficult to get ahold of a human; they always send you to a chat with an agent or a robot. I asked for my service to be disconnected on a certain date and it was disconnected 19 days prior to my requested date, even though I confirmed this date multiple times with the chat agent. Very displeased and would never get Xfinity again.

A bit of a grabber but honestly it made us at ease at having him in our home. Made him more human. He was very knowledgeable and fixed our issues and all our concerns with the product. Well, due to my age Im slowing down more and have found that tv isn t so bad after all.I called Comcast and Sara, the sales representative was very helpful explaining how it works. I was an Xfinity Internet customer for years and happy to get their cell service. I had to move with no choice to a town without Xfinity and was informed I had to pay $20 extra per line for the cell phones. It’s still a pretty good deal, so despite everyone telling me that was unfair, I stood up for them. I decided I was done with iPhone and wanted to switch back to android. They said I can’t get a new phone. That’s only for Xfinity customers. She kept repeating that. It was snarky she said that, as if it was my fault the town I moved to does not have their service.

They did a poor job of setting appointments up for service. The service tech tore insulation out of rafters and left hanging. Never put it back .cut cables and left them hanging down. Comcast, now xfinity, has the worst network and customer service!! I had them years ago and switched as soon as I could. Unfortunately I moved and xfinity is the only option for my needs now. As soon as google comes to my area I will be switching. Had google for years with minimal issues and I was able to talk to a live person; not chat, not bots etc. Xfinity currently has an outage with their PODs and it has been going on for over 24 hours and they have no fix insight or an ETA. If I could rate a negative I would.

The fiber network that just came to my neighborhood is cheaper by about $40 a month, offers more permanent incentives like hbo max, free no hassle range extenders and excellent customer service. 3rd trip down here to have security system installed. First time they added tv channels we didn’t request and forgot to add the security system. Second time they managed to still not add the security system, that is scheduled to be installed Friday, and they took off our tv package, leaving us only with internet. Today, third trip. We have been waiting outside for 30 minutes so far as they have to β€œsocial distance” staff and customers, yet employees are wearing their masks below their nose and some below their chin!!

At 9am I had issues with my WiFi, that was already paid, and I called just to be told I had to come into the store. That being said, If you want to waste your time your entire afternoon you came to the right place! Make sure you come 11-1pm where the employees stand around and have people who walk in after you go before you. We waited for approximately 45 minutes to ask one question that took 3 minutes to get answered. The only reason we finally got seen is because we told ask the lady at the door when we were next and β€œall of a sudden” our turn was next. I would like to thank the management for their timeliness and running such an efficient store.

Went to the Independence store to cancel cable and upgrade our internet. Ted helped me and was extremely friendly and very helpful. We found an upgraded plan that worked best for what I was looking for. Ted told me that I could always check online for the latest promotions and deal and if I saw something that I liked better I could always call in and have my plan changed. I left the store feeling like my goal was accomplished and I was satisfied with the level of service that I had received from Ted!A few hours later I received a call from Ted, he told me that looking through the offered plans and that he had actually discovered a plan with the same internet speed that I was looking for, only it was $30/month cheaper!! I feel like Ted really went above and beyond for me. He didn’t have to call me back, the deal was already done and I was already satisfied but Ted made it a point to make sure that I literally got the best deal possible on the plan that I was looking for!This employee really needs to be recognized for his customer service skills! I’ve had serious customer service issues with Comcast in the past and before going to the store I was bracing myself for disappointment! Ted definitely changed my feelings towards this company, for now!! Thank you Ted!!
