Mike and staff have never been anything but friendly and helpful. They helped us upgrade a 20 year old system with modern technology and also sent us out a sensor when one of our zones quit working. Highly recommend. Their customer service is excellent.

Their customer service is graded at a C-, however their response times to alarms have been perfect over the last 10 years. That is what is important.
