They have done multiple repairs for me on different vehicles. They always came in at or below the quoted price. Always a great job. always a first time fix and in the time frame they quoted. A couple times I was in a hurry and had emergency repairs popped up on my way out of town and they got me in and out quickly. and the price is lower than anyone else Ive found and much better quality.

We lived in Independence for about 10 years. Thankfully, someone recommended Waits to us soon after we moved there. They serviced, inspected, and checked out our vehicles time and again. They were always honest and very reasonable in the prices. We really appreciated having a trusted auto mechanic. We live in Texas, now and as we look for mechanics here, I decided to write a review. Great knowledgeable staff great pricing.this place doesnt take advantage of you. I usually do my own service work endless to buisy.so I have idea of what the jobs should take to do. They always come in above expectations and quicker and sometimes cheaper than doing it myself. Getting where Im just letting them do most of my repairs these days.
