Ive been taking my Infiniti to SAC for 15 years now. These guys are honest and the best thing is they GUARANTEE their work. Ive had to drop my car off for service and they have given me a ride back home many times. I now have two cars and will start taking my Genesis to them. I am always recommending SAC to people for their car repairs or oil changes or even inspections. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly.

My boyfriend took in his 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 and they did an excellent job. Not only did he feel at home from the moment he step in the office but they took the time to let him explain the problem. Hit a curb in my car and also had some electrical problems going on, went in there with my 2005 trailblazer they told that there was a series of things that needed to be changed and so I had them changed. After they put it all together they tried to align it and said that the tires that I had on the car was too big and they would have to come off, when I explained to them that I bought the car like that they told me that it must have been really messed up when I got it. This car drove perfectly before I had an accident and now Im having trouble with the opposite side that I had went in to have worked on for so now. Also they tried to charge me $500 for a new starter i told them i would put the starter in myself, and when I picked up my car they told me that it was just a fuse that needed to be replaced. I also still have a electrical problems and Im out $2,100 and do not have a functioning or driveable car.

Ive had that car for 5 years now. Its been great.Theyve even sent my car back to me for no charge when they couldnt find anything truly wrong with it. I trust their opinion, expertise, and their integrity when it comes to keeping a vehicle running safely and soundly. Ive never had a bad experience here.Im looking at a tune-up, maybe some tires in the next year, now that my car is hitting 130,000 miles. Who knows what else might come up, but Imust hoping to drive it another year or two.Whatever happens, theyre close to where I work, and its always been important to me to have a mechanic I can trust near work. My experience was horrible. The timing belt broke in my car and they said it would be around $400 to fix. I asked them if they could fix it because I had heard that on vehicles like mine that if the timing belt went out it cause an engine interference and and it wouldnt feasible to repair. They assured me that wasnt the case with my car, then 2 days later they told me that there was indeed the problem I had asked them about, yet they wanted to get paid for the timing belt. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Plus, to top it off, I have asked to be removed from their email list and still receive emails and check up reminders for a car that they know I no longer have. Very unprofessional. Go elsewhere!

I am very disappointed with the service I received there. I took my KIA van in to get it looked at they they were going to charge me $1200 to fix it. I questioned it and said I didnt think the service they were going to do was needed at first and they assured me it was. I didnt have that kind of money so I ended up bringing it back home. That same day I took it to another mechanic who said he couldnt fix it but that I should take it to the KIA dealership because it was one of 6 sensors that needed to be replaced which is exactly what I did and they were able to fix it for $500. The worst part is that the thing that was fixed wasnt even what Susquehanna wanted to charge me $1200 to fix. So if I had left it there I would have spent twice the amount and it wouldnt have even fixed the problem.

They are not very bright.. told me every thing was fine. When I got a second opinion. Things was not fine...also they forgot to tighten lug nuts on right front tire and I was able to loosen all nut by hand. They could have caused me to wreck.

They take for every for something so small to do waited over an hour for an inspection then they lie about stuff that needs to be done on the vehicle so they can fix it but I went to another place an they passed the my vehicle insepction with no problems. This place is not honest with anyone would not trust this place never going back.

I took my car in to get a diagnostic because it was overheating. Being that they are the experts I would expect to get results then and there. They left me with inconclusive and told me to return after continuing to DRIVE THE CAR knowing it was overheating. Every other mechanic has pointed out that that was a terrible idea. Why would I continu8e to drive a car that has a potential problem????? Finally my car overheated to the point that I blew a head gasket and wala 1,300 later they have ptonetial to suck a lot of money out of me. First of all I know that AFTER they sent me away to drive th ecar is when the head gasket blew and not before because it started smoking and weezing. BEFORE it was more than likely a smaller problem that wouldnt have cost me so much money!!!! But they will continue to say that they wanted to be sure in order not to charge me so much money. On top of that when they lef tme with inconclusive results they STILL charged me the $49 or so it takes to dip my car in a chemical test. How do you charge someone money for leaving them with inconclusive results??? I might not have said something there becaus eyes im a female who knows little about cars and they are supposed to be the EXPERTS but I KNOW what they did was entirely wrong. What did mechanics do before a chemical test??????? Did they just send the car right along. IM sure they DIDNT . Go somewhere else !!!!

Complete garbage. Charged me $250 to change a brake line and didnt bleed the lines at all just leaving nothing but air and making my brakes not work. Dont EVER go to this place. Theyre dumb and overpriced as hell.UPDATE: Wife took her car there to get her battery replaced. Charged her $278 to replace a $130 part. $148 in labor to switch out a battery is absolutely unacceptable. Quit scamming people.

Terrible! I was making phone calls to get a quote on how much it would cost to get my front brakes changed on my 93 Mercury Grand Marquez and it would of cost me $180 whereas most places I called average around $80-90. Overpriced.
