I will always be loyal to this place. I brought 2 different vehicles to be serviced here and each timeI was blown away as a customer. From the oil change to the brake pads and rotors, each service was affordable, fast and hassle free. I never felt like I was paying for something that I didn’t need. They even showed me each time the condition of my brakes and why I needed them done. I called just to get a quote and my phone call was missed and can you believe they called me back!! I would’ve gotten 4 new tires here if I still had my other car. I appreciate a business like this who knows how to treat people. I’m so grateful for the help guys!! I love it here ♥️

Never buy a vehicle from these people! My fiance and I came to look at a car that they were selling. They bragged it up on all the work they did to it and how wonderful it ran. I have to admit, they are very friendly family-owned business but I think thats what breaks my heart the most that they can be that friendly and knowing in the back of their mind what they were selling us. It was overly priced but we trusted in what they said they did to it. Not even an hour on the way home the inner fenders started falling off throwing pieces all over the Busy Highway. I had to finish taking the last fender off and the bumper because they were only being held on by two rivets. Who knows why they didnt put them all back in. Before we got home it started having trouble starting up. We have already replaced so many things that were wrong with it and a lot of it was things they said they already replaced.Weve already poured another $200 in to it worth of repairs and we havent even owned it for a month. I feel so stupid being taken advantage of. And the sad part is I have been saving this extra money so my bride could have a reliable car to drive but now I worry anytime she goes anywhere with it and wondering if shell make it back. Thank you very much for nothing.

Speedy Lube 24 is the best! Especially the owner. I took my Audi Q5 to be looked at (something 95% of Independence repair shops wouldn’t do) after losing coolant. The owner was dedicated to find the problem, went above and beyond to repair the extremely difficult issues and spent countless hours searching and traveling to different cities for the auto parts. The owner and his crew repaired multiple things at a fair price and my car drives brand new! Very knowledgeable with domestic and imported vehicles, honest and great hard working people.

Being open on Saturdays is the number one reason I chose this place. They also seem to be the only shop that actually answers their emails. Rates seems about average and they were able to diagnose and repair the work quickly.

Needed a brake light replaced on my Fiat. I sent an email around 06:30 and it was answered by 08:00 when they opened. I couldnt have it replaced until after work and as soon as I pulled in, the gentleman that greeted me already knew what I needed. He remembered me from the email earlier! I didnt have a wait time, he got started right away. He got it done and had me on my way in no time.

Went here about 3 weeks ago. My little mazda 3 developed a misfire in cylinder 3. I was stumped in figuring it out so I took my car to Al and I must say they did a good job my car is running back to normal. Speedy lube was very clear about the issue and had me back on the road in 2 hours. Dont pay no mine to the bad reviews on here speedy lube is a good quality shop.

We took both of are cars to this shop the same day after oil change my son car stop on the highway.. no problems before this issue took to shop motor gone little oil...the man at this location is rude and thought it was funny would not provided corporate number. Could not find any info online..My other car service light came on took it to the shop today they didnt screw the oil thing all the way on under the car.. all my oil was in tht under the cover underneath car..one more drive it would have missed up my motor also.. Dont go here!!!

Went in to get an inspection done for my vehicle, I was in a tight schedule and was desperately trying to get it done, called Speedy Lube, as busy as they were they were able to squeeze me in and within 30 minutes my car was inspected and taken care of. They didnt tell me what things would cost before doing the work. I ended up paying for something my truck did not need. I was not informed what needed done before they started doing any of it. They told me things were messed up that were not and charged me for it. I would not recommend going here. And if you do demand they tell you what they plan to do before they do it. Waste of time and money!!

They were all very courteous and helpful. Turns out I needed my brakes changed as well so they helped with that. They were very timely and polite. A customer came in with an issue and they were able to solve the problem professionally and respectfully. Definitely will be coming back.

Great mechanic shop. I was ready to pay 500.00 to 1200.00 for the bill, when I heard the total bill is 50.00, I was shocked😲, its missing coil, easy fix, small bill, thanks to the honesty of the owner, as a female, no knowledge of mechanic problem, lucky enough to have this shop to fix long time problem. Theres garage everywhere, but not many honest owner,By the way, my truck running like brand new again.

Poor service... they checked my brakes and left my brake reservoir cap off and also gave my car three new dash lights that won’t come off because they broke my wheel speed sensor and don’t want to admit it so now I’m even more money out of my pocket. Terrible service never go there for brake service

Me and my wife were stopping by late on a Saturday to quote a problem and get it looked at. We thought get a price and schedule a time... NO NOT HERE. He looked at it fixed it and stayed open past hours to get it done quoted the price and stuck to it. AMAZING manners and extremely nice. Called around to look at other prices and literally couldnt find any shops near that would do the same great work.I would refer anyone here

So Ive been having some problems with my car the past few days and I went to calverts to get an estimate on what needed to be done. They told me it would be over 1600 dollars to fix it so I was desperately looking for another option. I stay behind speedy lube and only checked it out once because I had a flat tire and needed a repair which went perfectly with great customer service. After I came from calverts, I stopped at speedy lube and they gave me an estimate of around 350 dollars. This place is a life saver!! Quick and very professional. I will continue to give this place my business.

Worst place I’ve ever been! I went there to change my breaks and paid for brand new breaks and this guy gave me one old used break. On top of that he tried to tell me I needed new rotors when I just got new ones the week before.

Went in to get my brakes and rotors replaced to find out who ever worked on the car before really tweaked on the bolts and calipers, they was all so stripped and had other bolts welded onto them it was ridiculous. The guys took their time in getting them off so I didnt have to dish out more money to replace them too. They were all very nice and kept me very informed every step of the way n I appreciate that. They definitely have a loyal customer out of me!

They left the brake resevior cap on my windshield, and gave me a quote that was way over priced when i just did it myself for $100 bucks then they put three new dash lights on my car and told me that they would go away and they didnt. Dont use them for your services.

I was across the street when my check engine light came on, so I immediately just pulled into here. Two guys where working and I wasn’t even acknowledged. My engine started smoking about four minutes into waiting and one one guy just held a “hold on a second, we will be right with you” finger up at me. MY ENGINE WAS SMOKING And it was getting worse but very visible. Backed up and pulled into the auto zone in a connecting parking lot and an auto member came out immediately to ensure it was not a fire and took care of everything within a timely matter after helping the guy who was here before me. They said the place next door (this place) was So new they didn’t even know if they did inspections. Not a good way to start a business or get regulars. It was terrible y’all.
