Jeremy and Casey replaced my rotors and pads in under 1.5 hours so I could get back to work!!! These guys are awesome. They pulled all the stops and even got me a discount for doing an honest review. Super friendly and professional.

Freaking great customer service I love it the place I always go there and get my oil change for my car. Something I accidentally got broke in the process of my one of my visits and they replaced it with no charge. Jeremy was the one who give gave me great customer service thank you so much Midas.

Jeremy and his crew today were awesome! They are fast and efficient and over all honest. This is the best experience I had in a mechanic shop in a while. The prices were reasonable for what I need. Jeremy and Eric helped me out. Its the second time I have been up at their shop in 4 days trying to figure out what is going on with my truck and both times they gave me some very valid information and they seem very honest to where they are jot just trying to make money off their customers.

Got a few things fixed here. It was one thing then another when that didn’t fix the problem. Less than a month later the piece fell off. When I told them, they said I would have to go to other Midas because they don’t have a welder. Eventually the other Midas said it wasn’t a welding problem and Sarah needed to do her job to fix it. I got it fixed. Now another month later my car is making the same noise AGAIN. When I booked an appointment she said she could get to get that afternoon. I dropped it off on time, 3 hours later no call for an update. Finally ten minutes before they close I have to call and ask for an update. Sarah says she hasn’t been able look at it. I ask for a GMs number and was given a fake number.

I cannot say enough positive things about this midas. They went above and beyond on a basic oil change to help me towards getting other major repairs in the works to get my car in the shape in needs to be in. They were fast,friendly,detailed and very professional. Im new to the area but I will say I wont be taking my car anywhere else to be tuned up or repaired.😄

Super great, friendly and helpful staff. Sean was great from the time I called. He got me in and helped me from the start. Cole is a hard worker and super great mechanic! We were on vacation and had a serious issue with our exhaust- 11 hours away from our home. We called 4 other service centers who told us that the earliest we could get in would be two weeks. What I appreciated about these guys (Midas) is that they heard our story, understood the urgency of our need, and made room to get us taken care of. The price was fair and they did not take advantage of us. The head mechanic had us in and out there in less than two hours. We dont live anywhere near MO, but if we did, their customer services alone would have me coming back as a return customer.As a guy who works on 95% of his own stuff, I can appreciate promptness, professionally, and a service tech who was willing to legitimately listen to our needs. These guys will be my first phone call if I am back in Independence again. 100% recommend.

My second time here and the experience was as good as the first. The staff are honest and helpful, and the prices are fair. My CV axle needed replacing and they did so at over $100 less in the end than they originally quoted, and they did it within one day. I will be returning for my future maintenance needs.

Jeremys customer service was awesome. The mechanic that repaired my converter on my 2016 Kia Soul was awesome also.

This place is always coming up with some type of excuses. Im tired of it. I can go elsewhere for the same price and faster service.

We are moving across the country and heard an abnormal sound from our van and automatically assumed the worst. We made a call and talked with the manager who had a soft spot in his heart for us in a bind. He was able to quickly diagnose the root cause and fix the issue and get us on the road in no time. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone with car repair needs.

Im a really busy guy so I usually have to get my oil changes during lunch breaks. Today I went in at 12:15 for a 12:30 oil change and Sarah got my car in as soon as I walked in to the door. She let me eat my lunch and charge my phone in the lobby and even talked with me in between other check ins. Shes tremendously friendly and she was very thorough when she explained that the Mechanic noticed that my engine air filter (?) was really messed up and she got a new one delivered to the store and into my car, and helped me figure out if I could qualify for a midas card (I couldnt lol but thats not on them) and I was out by 12:50. Its the only place Ill ever take my car to from here on out. Big Thanks again to Sarah for everything!

Last year I left four stars. This year definitely five stars.I have a rather large f350 pickup. I came in for an oil change and was treated exceptionally well and respectfully by Cole. Definitely recommend them. And in fact Ive also recommended them several times already today.

Great company. Never been here before. Today was my first day. I was helped by James the manager and he took care of what I came in for. He gave me discounted price. Great guy. He offered more services to me but right now couldn’t afford it. Other guys doing my oil, did a great job. Cole was very helpful with getting my car in. Someone had cut and stole the catalytic converter in middle of the night. He double checked to make sure there were no leaks, he found a couple small ones and fixed them before I left. Runs great and sounds a damn lot better!! Thanks Midas and thanks Cole!!

Sarah went completely out of her way to give me good service I was given the incorrect lightbulb and instead of denying me she called and saw if we could get the correct one ordered and then further went on to explain to me what lightbulbs were needed for each part of the car. I don’t have much experience and felt in good hands it also made me feel extremely proud to see a female on the fore front! Definitely recommend and plan on coming back!

In a time, such as what most may describe as challenging to say the least, and at moments overwhelming, todays experience at this MIDAS brought hope and encouragement. My husbands 2000 Ford Ranger may not be the nicest truck on the road, but the staff at this store treated both my husband and his truck as if they were of great value, and I cannot express how much this means to both of us. Thank you especially to this stores manager, Cole who went far above kind, courteous and professional. He demonstrated a level of caring customer service that I had begun to believe was lost in todays society. Only place that could do my ID/OD. Went to Jiffy Lube, and Valvoline just to be told they don’t do them “at this location” walked into Midas finally to be told yes. Very grateful.

Driving back from STL to Denver yesterday when I discovered my brakes had failed. Pretty scary stuff to be on an 800 mile road trip and find the brake pedal did absolutely nothing. We pulled off the highway limped into Midas and I can’t say enough about Coleman and the Crew at this location. They got us back on the road for a reasonable price and home to Denver without to much of a delay. Road trip nightmare averted. Thank you Gents cannot tell you how grateful we are to have working brakes and prompt service and on the day after Christmas!

Great service, they were awesome

I brought my car in to get fixed and now it’s even worse. It shakes. There’s weird noises coming from the car and smoke from the front. It now shakes and rattles and then dies. There is now a big leak when I wasn’t having an issue before. And now my gas is running out super fast compared to before. There are a lot of more issues now than before. I’m very upset and disappointed.

I believe this place is under new management and it shows! Definitely like bringing my car here now.

Quick service. They did tell me what else was wrong with my car but they didnt push me to spend more like other places will. Free tire rotation and goo conversation. I recommend.

Just spent a pleasant afternoon with Duane the manager. Needed my O2 sensor reconnected to the exhaust system. Duane got me in, and the parts were delivered timely. They found out another part was needed, and even the service tech came to the waiting area to tell me once it comes in, it won’t take long to install. Will definitely consider using them again.

I was coming home from work last week and had two belts shredding under the hood. It was late in the afternoon. I took it into Midas fully expecting they would tell me I would have to come back tomorrow to pick it up. But they didn’t, they were so kind and accommodating. And fixed it while I waited. I was so thankful. Thank you guys for taking care of me. I truly appreciated it. Keep up the good work and customer service.

My brakes were shot all the way to the calipers . It took a few trips back to get it right ( my truck is old LoL ) but they were very patient and professional and the lead mechanic stayed late to get it all done .

Its ridiculous to put out a coupon for a synthetic oil change for $49.99 and end up paying $77 because of the fine print. When they provided the service and you are given you the bill its too late to argue about it or change your mind. I will not be going back to Midas.

Dont use Midas...they wanted to charge $1500.00 to replace a stolen Catalytic Converter. GO To Seeburg Muffler in NKC. They charged us $200.00. Glad we found a fair business and good price !

Under new management and did get me in and out in a timely manor. Pricing on oil changes are best in town and Tires are great pricing too. Need to let them know what tires you are looking for on-line. They do not have enough room to carry all tires like FireStone but the prices are Much better. I promise.

Im unhappy with the service received at the Independence, MO location on Noland.I asked for an estimate for everything and was given an estimate for nearly $500.I just received a call that there is more work that needs to be done, they said brakes are metal to metal. They said its $300 more.I needed to know this at the beginning of services, which is what I asked. I would have gotten another estimate elsewhere. I was told the original estimate would cover everything!Very dissatisfied customer!I just picked up my car and its doing the exact same thing! I spoke with the manager and was told to bring it in Monday. I will update post after Monday.I have money to waste. I came for professional service and received amateur guesswork!

While I do understand it would be bad for business to turn anybody away who comes to get their car worked on randomly throughout the day, I find it kind of pointless that I made an appointment for an oil change at a certain time, two days in advance, and was still told it would be an hour and a half wait when I showed up. If you’re going to operate under first come, first serve, then why even have the option to make an appointment? The very reason I made the appointment is so I wouldn’t have to wait and hour and a half for you to get me in.

Have always had a great experience here lve Been coming here before I had a car with my parents. Always nice friendly people. Justin was very good at telling me what exactly was wrong with my car and showed me things I may need to check in the future and was most helpful. Will be coming back for my future car needs.

Even with an appointment I waited 90 minutes for an oil change that took another 45 minutes. After the oil change I saw that they had not updated the mileage of the vehicle, rendering the mileage reminder window decal worthless. I understand they were understaffed, but this is not acceptable.

The one thing I would have love to see occur, is that I was call and given an update on the progress of my vehicle each day beyond the expected time frame, except I was the one calling each day. Did a good job of fixing my car. I was not happy when they tried telling me I needed a 200$ ball joint which didnt need to be removed and replaced to fix the CV boot. Other than that prompt quick service.

The guys at Midas are honest and thorough. I can always trust them to identify whats going on with my car. They will help you decide what is most critical to fix based on your budget if you have multiple issues with your car. They are nice and respectful, too. Midas is great because you can make appointments online and they send you reminders to get an oil change. I come here every time I need something done on my car.

I love this place I have an 97 Toyota that I take pride in and they have looked after my car with great care. I love the free inspections to make sure my car is running smooth.Just like any car place when its time to get things fixed its going to cost. But me being a college student they worked with me. The cost were better than several places I called. Also the work was amazing they showed me what problems they found so I knew they werent trying to scam me.I took my car to another place after I had been in an accident and they told me everything with my car was fine. But I knew something wasnt right. I went to Midas and they showed me everything I knew what was wrong.They know me by name and make me feel welcome each time I come.I never leave reviews but this place is so amazing I had to.

I had one of the owners working on my car! How often does that occur now a days? The work was done on time with attention to detail. The mechanic then explained the issues wrong with my car. For me it was needing new dust boots for my ball joints. The cost to replace them was comparable to other shops in my area

I dont know about the other Midass but beware of the Midas on Boland Rd. My car failed inspection. Telling me my rack and pinion box was leaking and the whole unit needed to be replaced along with two outer tie rods. Took it to two other places. They told me the outer tie rod was bad but the rack box was seeping and not drip leaking which does not mean it was bad. Midas just wants to get deep into customers pockets and will over exaggerate to make a buck. They said the total cost would be over 1600 bucks. Turns out 435 to have a new tie rod and tune up plus new wiper blades from a reputable garage. Beware of Midas

Extremely friendly. I was told by a competitor I needed rotors on my car with less than 41,000 miles. I took it to Midas were they explained the brake inspection process. They called and explained what needed to be done and surprise, surprise I didnt need rotors. They fixed me up at a great price quickly. I will be using them for all my car care needs. Very friendly service, BUT prices are high. You are paying for the name and not the service. I needed shoes and rotors on front and quoted a price 100-150 above competitors w/ same guarantee. Other repairs would have cost me less if I went elsewhere. No longer will this be my repair shop.

I went to the store today to get an estimate for to manifold exhaust for my Jeep the manager did not want to give me an estimate it was too much of a bother for him all he wanted to do was explain to me how come he has to charge $100 to remove bolts I left I will not shop at this place again I will go to the one in Lees summit beware of one on Noland beware of one on Noland road

I have been here for over, I am back again tried other places closer to home and there is never an issue or something. These guys here recently checked my wifes car and and fixed it while noticing things the dealership missed. They did not charge as much and extra when others wanted to. We are happy and again we will be b we back. The change or most if staff while maintaining the same good quality service is tough to do, but it was done. Greg u think his name has been here for 12 years I came here after he started. Awesome

Love the Midas on Noland. Now I wont go anywhere else. I was quoted $1100 for brake job on 98 Ford Taurus from metro Ford then went to Midas for half price then better service than metro Ford could dream of. Yeah I just wanted to say that
