I was contracted to work for interstate truck center in south Florida to remove a damaged door from a trailer to unload on a Saturday. They have dodged my calls for payment for the past week. They show no sign of paying so I will continue with legal action. Do not use them for any type of service!

I currently work with the company as a mobile tech. if I’m being honest, this is an okay company to work for. Starting out with this company was honesty a pretty bumpy road but they give you a company work truck and a tablet for work and some tools in the tool boxes, other tools you would have to provide yourself which this job is a self-starter with at least 3 years minimum of experience and have accumulated tools. This company provides at least 75-80% of what you need to be a mobile roadside mechanic, the other percent you would have to provide yourself. Other than that this is an okay company to work for

No way. I would only work for this if I got a minum $500.00 dollar deposit up front before you leave the shop.. They play headgames with vendors and send you on calls and then cant answer the phone or have no idea who dispatched you to the jobsite. The address they gave was no good and there was no trailer to work on. They lack integrity. They are also advertising in my area heavily and are taking work away from the good independent repair shops who have excellent Google Reviews and Better Business Bureu profiles and giving the work to vendors who dont even have a reviewable business.I would work for this company by deposit only and read the Google Reviews throughly before you get involved.They yanked me off paying work to drive an hour to a call that doesnt even exist. Be careful!

We echo what other vendors have mentioned. Vendors stay away! They refused to pay our callout fee for weekend service call and shorted paid us on the spot. We are fair but not in the business of arguing over what we charge. It was a holiday weekend as the kicker. We chose not to do business with them moving forward. Tried calling the manager, but nobody ever answers the number for the boss and no option for voicemail. Phone reps just continue to provide the same number to nowhere. Shady business practices.

Worked for this company and was brought in before a military graduation for a family member then the boss said it was best to part ways and plus I was fired on to tow for them but I never touched a tow truck for them because they never had it fixed to even be out on the road.

At 2:19 pm we received a call from brad to go on a job that was 3 hours away round trip. At 2:51 we called them to give them an updated ETA due to the fact we have high priority calls in town rather than running a third party call 3 hours away. They then ignored our call so we contacted the driver driving a Penske truck. We then received a call from Arian or however you spell her name at 3:34. They then proceeded to let us know that we are a scam, we will never go anywhere, and they will make sure nobody ever uses us again. The two individuals need to be corrected IMMEDIATELY due to the fact they’re extremely rude and unprofessional. Going off on my dispatchers, making sure they belittle people and making sure that they feel empowered because they’re a “nationwide truck repair company”. They obviously can’t trust their techs or they are advertising in places they don’t have techs. If this issue isn’t handled I’ll be making a stop in independence on my way to dodge city in order to make sure that the company hears my concerns. Thanks!

Called for a tractor trailer tow within 10 miles. I was told by the ITC dispatcher the cost would be $1700-1900 dollars. Please do not trust this company.I called Independant of ITC to the same company that they were to dispatch and was charged $410 dollars.Please don’t use ITC they are not honest.

If you are a repair shop and they sublet work to you be careful I have recorded phone calls pictures of the work we did this is II time they did this to us the first time it took two weeks to get and the only reason why they paid us we notified the company that we worked on and this time stay told us we charge too much I have my invoice pictures and mileage and call sheet to show you beware they only paid of the invoice then touch with me if you would like to hear the phone calls and see pictures of job beware dont do work for this company

Great experience going to Kansas City to start with these guys. They paid for my flight to KC as well as my hotel and food while I was there. The training they had set up was great. They took time with all of us to make sure we were all up to speed on the way the do paperwork. They treated us all like they want us to succeed and went the extra mile in making sure we felt welcomed and apart of the team. I am now 2 months in with them and could not imagine working for another company.

I was dispatched yesterday 2 hrs roundtrip away. Completed job sent the invoice. Now all of of sudden their computers are down. the kicker part is I do my own advertising and I missed two immediately paying jobs . i cant even get them to pay. I have been apart of this company for 2 1/2 months now and it has been what they said they where. Being in this field of work for over 17 yrs. this has been 1 of the best companies to work for. The service tech manager seems like a great guy. He was friendly however all I needed was for them to check out and fix (if possible) a hydraulic leak ... was told they can usually fix them same day.The company I work for uses a fleet management company for billing. When I went in to get it fixed the lady at the front just kept saying “do they pay same day because we can’t release the truck till it’s paid. we can’t release the truck till it’s paid. we can’t release the truck till it’s paid. we can’t release the truck till it’s paid.“I work mostly nights and got up very early to bring the truck in just to hear the lady say “we can’t release the truck till it’s paid.” over and over. Dude.. it’s a national fleet management company... they’re going to pay you. I don’t work for them. Just call them and figure it out. I just need my truck fixed.They seem pretty busy so they’re work may be pretty good but I didn’t get past the front desk lady who rather than listen to me just kept saying “we can’t release the truck till it’s paid.” over and over. It was very annoying.

We were called by Interstate to perform a road service on their behave. We advised what our billing rates were and they agreed. After the call was completed (after hours no less) they refused to pay the bill, stating it was too high for a dry run. If you are a service provider, get paid before you go on a call for these thieves. Also, Trevor will lie and deflect for days in order to avoid paying what his people agreed to pay.

They run a SCAM BUSINESS trying to get 3rd party vendors to pay to advertise through them. Once they get you signed up eventually they call you for a service call but never pay the bill. They give you a run around every time you call them never getting anywhere. We emailed the invoice probably 6 times with no payment back. We finally got ahold of someone in the office to give us an EFS money code 2 months after the invoice had been completed but instead of it being for the amount of our invoice it was for the lower price they wanted to pay. When we tried to authorize it it would not go through how convenient for them. Needless to say I wont do business with them ever again and if you are smart enough to read the bad reviews on a company I hope you make the right choice yourself! They only want your money!!

FAKE COMPANY! CROOKS! They claimed to do repair services in areas they don’t exist in. They call 3rd party vendors out to do the repairs and then they mark the bill up and charge the customer. The worst part of it all is they try their hardest to avoid paying the vendor that did the repair. Avoid working for this company at all costs.

I had one of these guys come to work on some wiring issues on my truck yesterday. After waiting 90 minutes for him to get there, He took the headlights out and went to get wire from oReilly. He called me 10 minutes after leaving to tell me that his boss sent him to do another service call for swift while my truck was left in pieces on the ground. What a joke operation. We ended up calling another service truck with knowledgeable mechanics to do the job right. We should have just called them in the first place.

Had a plesaent encounter with a mechanic in san antonio today. Dident catch his name, just truck number. #143. The man was amazing at his work. Very polite and professional. He knew exactly hiw to handle my issue. Showed up on time and called to let me know he was on the way. I hope my company continues to use this company, and i hope i get the same mechanic again.

Wife of Diesel MechanicMy husband has worked for several diesal companies over the years. It is a high stress job, dangerous, and very very demanding. We have had a different experience than some of these negative reviews. He gets plenty of hours but when he needs to sleep he calls and lets them know. It is never a problem.Many other companies were always threatening to cut paychecks for downtime and basically stealing from their techs. Thus company has been a blessing to our family and my husband no longer dreads going to work. He is given positive feedback from courteous dispatchers most of the time. That is not the case with previous companies. In other companies it is a lot of tech its dispatch with techs getting the short end of the stic. Interstate dispatch is more courteous with more if a team mentality. This job has possibly effected the entire family by minimizing unnecessary stressors from a high stress job.

If you need assistance on a problem- ask for Grayson. He took time to look into a billing issue when others seemed to brush it off. Tried to solve the billing issue on a Wednesday, took till Friday to get someone to handle it. The service provided was adequate- but if your running a company, having a strong office staff is encouraged (it’s a 2 part equation.)

This place is the best place I’ve worked in the 7 1/2 Years i been a mechanic, I’ve only been here maybe 3 months and I can already tell this is where I want to be, they treat you fair as long as you follow directions as what you are told from orientation. Dispach is always nice and respectful and will always call and get you some hours to make some money and if your to tired they understand very nice and friendly staff! I enjoy my employment highly at inter stand and plan on continuing my efforts here as long as they will keep me in my books as a tech that works with dispach daily with calls I give this company 50 stars !!

This review is written in response to a mechanic that we brought in just last week may 2nd. We flew him in at our expense paid his hotel bill and also paid for his food each day. He misrepresented himself as a competent diesel mechanic. Through our orientation process we found him to not have the patience or the ability to accomplish the tasks set forward for his job description . He is inept and questioned all of our procedures.He did not follow instructions nor was he capable of even the simplest tasks. We as a company have Mechanics nationwide that are excellent mechanics that do work for almost every major trucking company out there. As a recruiter I followed up where he had worked prior and they would not hire him back for anything reason, though they could not share why. We are perplexed at why he would think we were not on the level he never worked for us so he knows nothing of the quality assurance and the expertise of our mechanics. In fact his only concern seemed to be whether he would receive enough hours.. He did not have the knowledge to handle our paperwork and procedures nothing personal, but all employers beware he wasted our time and our money because he misrepresented himself and we as a company feel it was unfortunateto have ever met him.

Locked up my front differential on a Friday morning. Had me going by Tuesday with a reman. They were adamant that input seal on rear diff should be changed as well. Also all ujoints. Seemed like they were doing things right until i paid for it and left. Made it to st. Joe and saw new diff leaking oil all over. For some reason they didnt change the output seal even though it was leaking badly and the yoke was loose. I had to stop twice on the way home to add over a gallon of oil. Was worried the whole way I was going to ruin my new $6k rear end. Ordered part when i got home and we fixed it right in my shop. Also noticed none of the 4 new ujoints they put in were greased. Would have gladly paid a little more to know it was done right. Shouldnt have to tear it apart again. Nice people. Just too bad they didnt finish the job.

Old grumpy lady manned the counter and refused to allow me to talk to a tech. Totally clueless about big truck needs when questioned. When asking about specific services the only thing that came out of her mouth was $110 per hr! To feel out how honest they were I asked her how much it would be to replace a sleeper air bag on a Kenworth. She said 2-3 hrs. THAT IS A RIP OFF PURE AND SIMPLE FOR A JOB THAT CAN TAKE LESS THAN AN HR. I have done repairs myself and was checking to see how honest they were. They had full intentions of trying to rip me off. Even on the parts. Go to a Petro.

Ms berry is a very nice lady who goes above and beyond finding the cheapest prices on parts and there labor prices are reasonable they are fast and to the point, if you want good service and fast friendly service I recommend interstate truck service.

Clearly these bad reviews are from disgruntled ex employees. I couldnt have better thing to say about them. One of these people that wrote a bad review worked for us for less than a day. Anyway if I could put 6 stars I would.
