Chevy notified me on a vehicle recall..schedule appointment, dealer said they had part needed. 1 1/2 hours later, told no part, did get oil change also scheduled . To be paid later, Im told...hope dealer throws in for free, due to mix up....stay turned for part 2......Part 2.;...not only did they charge for oil change ...they did not allow for my coupon discount...because not valid 3 weeks later....didnt matter too them that when oil was changed 3 week ago..thats customer SERVICE...sat for two hours told they would charge me for oil when my recall part came in ...assured me my coupon would be honored... but nope, nope, will I go back....NOPE!!!

Went in for an oil change that I scheduled at the last minute this morning and they were able to get me in the same day. It was relatively fast for as many cars as they had in the service bay, it took about an hour altogether.(I opted to wait until the next oil change for tire rotation) Before returning my keys they aired my tires back up to optimal PSI, and placed a new sticker in the corner of the windshield to notify us of when to bring it back for the next oil change. I love the service we receive each time we go to Cable Dahmer.

Made an appointment for a certain time and was told it would be 2 hours when I showed up for the scheduled appointment time. I understand they were busy, but schedule the appointments accordingly. Our time is just as important as yours. I would expect to wait 2 hours as a walk in, but not an appoint that was scheduled a week before.It’s sad that after over 9 years of taking my car there, I now have to go somewhere else. Unacceptable service.

Just visited the parts department at the chevy dealership, would be willing to drive 30 miles out of my way to avoid dealing with the counter people again. You would think they would value their customers after buying one of their highly over priced vehicles

Great car dealership. Did buy an Equinox from them and have been very satisfied. The only reason I didnt give it five stars is because there is so much walking and so many stairs that you have to walk up and down to go into different offices and to see the cars. Otherwise Im very happy with them.

Got some free oil changes due to dealership selling us a car they didnt have the title to. We were paying to take our car to another dealership for oil changes as it was closer to our home. Finally used one a few months ago only to be snapped at because it had been a year since we received them. Fyi theres a pandemic things are tight for everyone. You are the ones who didnt do things on the up and up so your making things right was free oil changes then get harassed for using them. Not how business should be done.

The service guy really helped me with my tire and gave advice on the oil change which saved me a TON of money. he genuinely wanted to help but had limited ways to do so because it was a saturday. He actually cared about educating me on what I needed to know about my car and saved me money in the long run!

This place!? This place?! Great place.If you buy a car and make they sell, Bring it here for reapairs or warranty check.Been bringing my car here for couple years. They will try their best to take care of your car problem. Bought cars elsewhere, other dealership dont give a eff about your needs. Trust me. Sal been taking care of me for a long time.

Overall bad experience. Brought vehicle in for what I thought was a free oil change, apparently it was not. Advisor attempted to call an old number on file vs the new number I left for them. Couldn’t get ahold so did it anyways and tried to charge me. In the end he did not make me pay. Though they did not reset my computer for the oil change, I reset it myself but the “service vehicle soon” message won’t go away. Not sure if I would bring it back.

This is for the service department. I was driving cross country and in a hurry. I had stopped in town to sleep for the night and woke up to a bad transmission leak. While they couldnt get me in because they were booked, the service advisor really helped me out and called all the local dealerships and found somebody who could get my gasket replaced and ensured i was priority so I could hit the road asap and continue my journey. So kudos to this place! They went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care which is hard to find these days.

Do not stand on their “guarantees” or advertisement. My car was misdiagnosed three times over the many visits I’ve had and this time over a simple unaligned axile that was about to break. Along with a few other things that needed to be fixed but a licensed mechanic that works at the dealership should be held at a higher standard if your charging over $100 to misdiagnose something as simple as an issue with the axil and a swing bar link... I had to take the car to another mechanic pay again but atleast I didn’t feel played and like I just got ripped off. My service person told me no charge when I asked the price I needed to pay when coming to pick up the car. His words were “no charge since no work was done” then I get there he is not there and I’m told the Fee for checking the car is $127.55.. what happed to the “ free courtesy check”. Or just the fact of what I was told.. you need to be clear on what someone should expect to pay, it should not be a surprise to find out your paying $130 for nothing to be getting fixed and for the “professional” to misdiagnose the car. When it boils down to it they needed to get paid either way basically. I am always an understanding customer through all the ways around their false advertising you should not offer a coupon for a oil change if you know the car needs a synthetic blend oil change that does not qualify for the coupon your sending them that displays the mileage on the flyer.

The guys in service were great and helpful..however parts charged me $80 for an old fashion key (I programmed myself) if I was in a semi, I could have gotten one for $35 at the most. I know because I have to get them all the time all over the country for various types of trucks. Kinda a rip off

Hi there! I‘ve got a little technical issue ... here’s my 50 : ATM 8Speed, 8 Zyl, = 10000 mls.When I drive calm about 1500 to 1800 RPM sometimes I feel a vibration like driving across the white line at the right of Highway but I don‘t. Also the RPM turns 100 RPM up and down, up and down. Does anybody got the same experience?GM said is normal. A kid knows that is not normal

They have finally fixed my tire, but please folks check KBB before buying. I paid 3 grand over market value and the salesman I have delt with, has continued to be unpleasant and continuing to state my tired were fine. Yet every time I brought it in there WAS something wrong. Now there Is a continuing hassle of this paperwork is missing or this wasnt signed. Cable Dahmer Chevy is not a pleasant place to buy a car.

This place has to be the worst car company ever. Staff are unprofessional, lack of knowledge, lairs, disorganized, just not the place Togo. If only i had time to type what all happen with vechile i purchase. Vechile not driveable within first month leased. Contract, paper work, was final and they took car from me within the second day purchase due to their lack of knowledge had to wait for their manager approval

I test drove a car on Saturday. Asked for a couple things to be looked at by the service department. My salesman, Sammy, said he would have the car looked at and call me Monday. By Tuesday I hadmt hear from him so I called. Sammy stayed the car was sold. Went back in on Wednesday to drive a different car. Called to tell Sammy I was 20 minutes away. He said ok I’ll meet you down there. Got to the dealership and no Sammy. He was called and we waited 15 minutes. Test drove the car. Since I use a cane to walk, I didn’t want to walk up all those stairs again, I Texted Sammy when we got back and asked if he would come outside. Texted back “sure”. Waited around and no Sammy. I put the keys in the car and left. Apparently my business isn’t needed at Cable Dahmer. I went to another dealship and they are happy to sell me a car.
