My apologies, I was not the actual customer. My son - in - law had some work done. We arrived after calling to see if it was done. We were there all afternoon. Your part was good but people doing alignment did not. Then there was an issue with paperwork that was completed and approved prior to even starting this work and had to redo everything. That was a mess . We spent hours waiting and fixing paperwork thats why I give it 3 stars. Again your actual part of the job was great that I give 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bought wheels and tires from another local shop and thought everything was good until I kept getting a vibration. I took my truck to the same shop and kept getting the same issue. I finally went to NSK to get a second opinion and they told me they weren’t balanced properly and they never put the spacers on. NSK is the shop to go too very professional, explains everything that is needed before they work on your vehicle and they are HONEST. They are going to cover the spacers. Decided to try NSK after dealing with other tire stores around town and was disappointed with their customer service and workmanship. Had a set of Nitto Ridge Grapplers installed and I am extremely happy. Initially had a balance issue but Brett was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and he took the time and helped work me through the issue. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was a loyal customer at richline while Brett worked there, I also tried to buy a wheels shortly after Brett left. While I was trying to buy my wheels they just kept passing me around and telling me they couldn’t get the wheels I wanted when I needed them. I hit Brett up and he told me to come chat with him, so to NSK I went. I was in and out in about 45 min, got exactly what I needed and had them within a couple days. Excellent customer service! Had to order tire and it was there when they said it would be and when I got there I was in and out.

5 STAR company, customer service, people and final product.This entire company treated me amazingly as soon as i walked through their doors. I contacted NSK for a brake kit installation. I explained to the owner that my truck had recently been lifted a total of nine inches that included the leveling kit and lift kit and that it needed better brakes. My brakes were worn out and needed replaced anyways. He said that they could take care of that without any issue.I brought my vehicle in later that day. The owner saw my truck drive up and wanted to do a courtesy walk around and inspection of the lift and how it was built. Within 10-15 minutes he was able to show me that:- the brake lines were not secured properly- the brackets holding them were swinging freely, which should have been bolted to the frame- the brake lines to each wheel were not properly fastened either- the differential bolts were loose- one of the differential bolts and washer was in the wrong place- the control arms were not set up properly and barely had any threats showing- my truck still had bump stops, which should have been cut out- along with a few other issuesThe owner kindly advised me that this may not be the safest vehicle to be driving at the moment. I left the truck in his hands to fix all issues and also install the brakes.From the time that i left that vehicle there until i picked it up, i received a call every two hours giving me an update of how everything was going and if they ran into any other problems. (I did not ask for these calls, but once again, this company has some of the best customer service i have seen in a long time)My truck was redone and put back together the right way within a day. Before leaving, the owner of NSK and one of his mechanics done another walk around with me and showed/explained to me everything that they had done. I thought that was an great gesture in doing so because they wanted me to really understand what they did and show me that they made this vehicle safe again.Not only did they do it right and within a short amount of time, but their pricing was unmatched. For the amount of work that they had done to my truck, no one in the city would have done it for what they did.I greatly appreciate what this company and their employees done for me in making my vehicle safe and look and ride great again. I WILL be going back to NSK KUSTOMS for any further business i have with my vehicles. I can proudly say that I am a NSK customer for life and thank you !

I Do Not Recommend NSK in Independence. I bought some tires for my racestar wheels from them and they scratched 2 of my wheels. When I brought it to their attention they tried to tell me that its a manufacturer defect. So I called the manufacturer myself and they confirmed that it was not a defect on their behalf. I understand things happen but when you dont stand behind your work and try to make up excuses instead of just doing the right thing to begin with is very appalling. Then to top it all off I went to NTB to have a tire replaced because I ran over a nail and low and behold all of my lugs were loose. Thankfully none of my wheels fell off or I could have been seriously hurt and out a ton of money.

The owner was very helpful, spoke with me, walked me through some books, called some people that could possibly offer me wheels. The man was helpful! Highly recommend!!!!!!!! Great customer service, Happy and knowledgeable, and willing to work with you.
