Ann is awesome! Her customer service is on point! She knows me by name whether I call or come in, and remember is whenever Im looking for something! I noticed that its their job, but the fact that she can remember a small conversation we had months ago and remember that they had something come in just of what I was looking for is pretty awesome! Theyre affordable, work with you, have bought many items from them now, and never been disappointed!

More expensive for cheaper products compared to rent a center or Aarons, but nice and friendly customer service.

Mom needed new recliner because old one had a coffee stain and mom goes manic over those things anyhow thanks for helping us get slate gray color because mom was upset she was going to have to get all new furniture to match the current decor. Anyhow I will see you when we have to pay lol

Use discretion when dealing with Rental City on 24 Hwy! They misrepresent their items, blatantly lie to you and the customer service rep doesnt know how to use the hold button properly so I found out Ann likes to call people out of their names. In dealing with the area manager, he seems to care less about maintaining good customer relations. The are suppose to be locally owned, home grown, treat you right people. That is the farthest from the truth you can get. It may have been the case when the parents owned it but evidently brother and sister Chuck and Lynn plan on running their legacy into the ground. Beware! !

Got the best bed set I couldve found from here and love it! Ann is the most helpful employee too; always stays in contact with me for everything and love her positive attitude!!

This place offers 90 days same as cash. T.v, beds, londry, sofas, fire places, and much more. This is a place of real people and work with you unlike there opponents. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I ordered a 4 piece bedroom set with a mattress, it was set to deliver on Feb 2nd and since I work late and they don’t deliver when it’s gerting dark I had my sister stay at my house to wait for the delivery. It didn’t come, they called and said the driver was sick and they could deliver on Sat so I stayed home Saturday waiting for the delivery then they called AGAIN and said they couldn’t deliver until Monday. So I made arrangements to leave work EARLY Monday for my delivery and they called 30 mins before it was supposed to be delivered and said they couldn’t deliver until Thursday. So I cancelled my order to go through someone else AND NOW they are telling me they don’t do refunds and I would have to accept store credit but when I told ANN I wanted to cancel she never said anything about store credit but that DOUG would speak to me about whether by refund would be back on my card or in check form. WHY WOULD I WANT TO CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ?! Smh

These people are absolutely stupid! They keep littering my car with reminders to pay when I DO NOT rent anything from them! Ive called them about this and they say it wont happen again but they keep doing it! Im reporting them to the BBB for harassment and if I ever need to rent appliances Ill go elsewhere!
