On Monday I spoke with David and scheduled an inspection of my water system to begin installation of a softer. We scheduled a visit for Wednesday morning. I had been waiting around and at 11am I finally decided to give his office a call. Denise answered and indicated that he was out servicing other customer, she would reach out to him and give me a call back. It’s now 12:35pm and I have yet to hear from either of them. It’s very important to feel that you can rely on a company. Therefor I would not recommend Culligan. Not only do they not honor their scheduling but do not have the common curtesy to touch base with their clients in order to build trust. We opted for Hague. Thank you.

Love my water softener they did a great job on the installation and the water in my home is clean. People make sure you get a culligan water softener its awesome!!
