Stoped at Auto Zone located at 500 S. J Stree, in Imperial Calif to borrow a tool so I can troubleshoot an issue on my vehicle.I was told that of all the tool they have to lend, the one I needed was not available to lend out.I was directed to the aisle where the tool was for purchase. The clerk was not too helpful in my time of need.Needless to say, I was very disappoint with their customer service !!!

Bought an antenna for an older car, tried it while there and it didnt fit. We went back in and they let us exchange for another that worked. Friendly, helpful staff and good prices.

We were lucky to be next to the Auto Zone when we broke down being on the road. The staff were very helpful. the manager and his staff. They really care.

Always got what part I need

It took me 30 minutes to get in and out of there to just buy a bucket of bearing grease. Instead of using one register for customers who dont need to lookup parts, every customer had to wait for those who needed assistance. Next time Ill go to OReillys.

Great place to find good car parts for less price

Went to autozone in Imperial this evening to purchase a taillight only to find that they decided to lock the doors a few minutes early and when the employees saw my husband walking up to the door they turned the lights off and continured chatting amongst themselves never even acknowledging he was standing there. I admit we arrived right at closing but it wasnt 9:00 yet and it was quite rude the way the employees acted....horrible yet sadly typical customer service for the valley!

Bought a filter and was sold wrong one. apparently there were two different sizes of filter, parts guy did not ask which style it was only sold me the one in stock. frustrating after struggling to get filter off and find out it was the wrong size.
