This place is amazing! The last time I went, the first thing I saw was a My Hero Academia area and I started freaking out! This place is my number 1 favorite place to go.

Employees were very helpful and very nice, and my daughters were very pleased with the experience and with the items they bought.

I absolutely love this store. The employees are always nice, the atmosphere is welcoming, and their merchandise is so cool! The only thing that might be wrong is that its packed so tightly, the walkways are a bit narrow and I kinda feel like Im in the way just standing there. HOWEVER, that may just be my anxiety

The staff is always nice and helpful. The manager even went as far to try and help us with a status on an online order we made. Were always able to find great stuff there and they always have great deals running. One of our favorite stores.

This will forever and always be my favorite Hot Topic. The team there is incredible. They make you feel welcome and wanted the second you walk in the store. Theyre always happy and commenting on things you like or want to buy.

Nice people great service

I love the items in this store!! However, during this pandemic, they are only allowing a small number of people at a time into the store. Which I get. The problem is that half of that number are employees so the lines and the wait is terrible! They have helped this a little by putting a kiosk outside the store. So they are trying. We are all learning how to deal with this nightmare.

Reasonable prices and awesome clothes. I got a pink MGK tee and a black frowny hat and I live the fit!

I absolutely love the products, the employees were really chill and helpful and the sales were great. But the space is so cramped its just hard to not be in someones way all the time. Otherwise its awesome and a great place for last minute gifts.

Compared to the other stores at the mall, the jewelry was reasonably priced

Love this place and the staff is amazing!

Prices can be a bit high, but they often offer good deals on certain items. If you see something you like, get it! Their stock rotates and you may not see it again. The music is sometimes grating (death metal screaming lyrics), and doesnt reflect the wide variety of fan gear for sale there.

Good selection of Funko Pops. Its almost always possible to find new releases in stock days after they hit the shelves.

Anywhere that requires face masks lost my buisness, starting with this place because they actually came up and asked where mine was. My body my choice.

I hate Hot Topic after they shipped back my Harry Potter funko pop advent calendar. If someone pays for something, you hold it regardless of if it takes them 2 weeks to pick it up. Do not ship things to this store! They sell it off and make no attempt to contact you. They say they have no access to your contact info, but it is right on the slip. I’m sure one of their employees happily bought it and they don’t care that they made me cry. They can look up my name and number in their member info. They just don’t care about their customers.

This store is always so awesome. They are very nice and fun to have a conversation with, and they always carry two of my favorite bands, Coheed and Cambria and Dance Gavin Dance! Jake and Aly were super nice and fun to talk to! Thanks guys!

Why couldn’t I see both? I felt obligated to buy the one she brought down.

When I first entered I was like “This place is for emos” and then I saw the nightmare before Christmas and looked inside the store and now. POP! OBSESSED!! I’ve Bourne many thing from the store and though the prices can be high... I’m all in for the AESTHETICS 🤪🤠✨✨

It is a tiny bit goth if your not ok with that then many dont go but it is mainly popculture oriented and is very fun it has alot of manga and anime related items if your into that and the workers were very polite

To all those saying they werent greeted while there, well, did you greet them? Kind of one sided if you ask me. Customer service or not, everyone is human *shrug* unless you actually needed help looking for something or in need of a good greeting, why not let them know. I honestly used to love this store but now the only thing I buy there is earrings and surprise boxes. The staff is still awesome but the products arent what they used to be.

This place has the worst customer service ever. Normally when you walk in to a store you get greeted or when your looking for something they ask you if they can help you. Well not one time have I ever been greeted when I walked in there

Went there for a promotion they advertised in Las Vegas and the one here in Idaho Falls was not doing it until the 17th.

I must be getting old. Styles are changing. This isnt the Hot Topic I had growing up 20 years ago. Dont recall seeing staff. Never was greeted or asked if I needed help with anything.
