October 27, 2021, I called this location to get some dry ice. A female representative from the store, Queen, answered. Due to supply shortages, they did not have any dry ice in stock However, she kindly took ownership of customer care and gave me a resource to help me find other stores that may have some dry ice still in stock.

During the Corona Virus OutbreakThe young man awnsered my questions over the phone as I sat outside the store in my car. They were social distancing and masks were required, and entrance was still blocked. He opened the store up for me about an hour before closing time, he was helpful, polite and very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. Needless to say I spent a few hundred dollars that day! Ill definitely be back soon! 💯

The store is on lock down the public can not enter According to the CDC businesses are supposed to be open. I called their corporate office they said someone would open the door I sat here for 30 minutes no one came

Great customer service....a little expensive compare to Roberts oxygen.and parking no so crowded because parking its only for airgas.unlike Roberts with other business right beside.
