This is a great spot if youre looking for a rehearsal hall. Availability can be tight which means business is good. Its conveniently located and you dont need to bring any gear, John has it there for you (except bass, guitars, trumpets, etc.). He has drums and all the PA stuff, speakers, mics, etc. Its pretty laid back, there is a restroom (clean) and he even has drinks and water for purchase. Once youre in there, John just makes sure the equipment is turned on then youre on your own. No one bothers you which is awesome. Highly recommend it!!!
