I visited this store recently Alexandro(excuse my spelling) was extremely rude. I came to the store inquiring about a bike. I had my bike with me when visiting the store. The stores policy is no bikes. I respected the policy, I have no qualms about that. Alexandro was very rude in communicating the policy however. I will like to add that my bike never came in the store. I asked prior to bringing it in. I rode home and returned to the store becuase I was confused to why he treated so poorly. I later found this is just how he is and not to take it personally. I wont take take it personally, but I will not take my money there either. I will visit other shops instead, like Tanglewood who just moved around the corner a and have treated me nicely every time I have been there. Maybe my experience was an anomaly. I hope it was.
