Gari was extremely helpful and thorough when answering my questions today. He provided solutions to my concerns and even helped me sign up for a credit card to take care of the expenses! Extremely customer service oriented and stepped up to help when his coworker was busy. I can tell he is a great person and I hope you give him a raise!

Saw the reviews and thought I would go here for a wheel alignment. Called and setup an appointment. Got there on time.Hate to leave a bad review but…- Wasn’t greeted upon entering (in fact, no one was at the desk)- Lack of staff (is there a manager or at least, someone with experience?)- Waited 2 hours (and would have waited more if professionalism was shown)- Being busy is understandable, especially a Saturday and with current world conditions, but being attentive to customers is important- Overall, I’m sure the people are great and it could have been a better experience, but it just wasn’t on this particular day (other customers expressed this at the time - some were rescheduled and/or canceled their appointments).

Excellent service! In and out same day and they even took the time to walk me through some of the mechanics of tire replacement. Very helpful education and top notch customer service.

Came in for an oil change APPOINTMENT, and a walk in was serviced before me. Made an appointment for 12:15 and showed up at 12:15, my name displayed as next and was still told it would be a few hours before I got serviced. I have been to NTB in several different states and have never had an issue. The customer service was horrible & the lady at the front desk excused this behavior comparing the poor service to that of a hospital. If you plan on making an appointment for your convenience, I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Terrible. I called to ask if they had my size tires in stock. They did. Success, so I thought. I got there and they said they couldnt do it because it was a wheelchair accessible van and it was too low. I asked if they could go old school and use jacks. They said it would take too long and refused. In fact, they said it would take like 4 hours to do it that way, which is baloney. It doesnt usually take much longer than using a lift (heck, if I had a tie balancer at home I would have done it myself). They just didnt want to do the work. So, I went to a better tire store.Stay away if you want good service and/or people to work. And if you have an accessible vehicle, dont even think about it. Terrible service. I just recommend staying away altogether.

The NTB Team at this location far exceeded my expectations! When I woke yesterday I had a flat and needed to have two new tires the same day. When I bought the. At in I was told it would be awhile. When I checked on the car an hour before closing they explained that they were going to be unable to get it back to me that day. I explained my situation (that I was leaving town of the next day) the miraculously juggled things to get me out the door.! Thanks Gary for exceptional customer service.

OMG! Let me tell you what happen to me ( us ) my both kids and my niece were in the car. And out of no where I heard something on the right side! Pulled over & BAM I got a FLAT tire. Google came to play and found “ nearest tire shop’ and got me here at NTB tire& service center! Let me tell you I had a good experience with them by the time I walked through the single door.Mr. Gary assisted me with a great customer service and help with the problem and guide me & top of them he asked me if I had a price range. He was very knowledgeable and gaveMe advice in which tire to go for, Gary was 100% great and BOY needs a biggest raise. I was here no more over an hour especially handling with toddlers that drives me too of the roof!Best NTB I know visit them & tell them Jocelyn sent y’all !! ❤️❤️❤️

I did an online schedule and was rescheduled for another day which is fine, but when i went there the next time i was told to reschedule again or leave the car as there is a 3-4 hrs wait, so i rescheduled it again this time in the morning hours but when i went there they told me the same thing that there is a wait for 3 hrs.This just says how bad their scheduling system is, they will ruin your entire day. I would not recommend NTB to anyone.

The mechanics and associates were nice and they got my car done real quick than I thought, they even advise me to get parts fix.

This has been my go to location since moving to DC. Unfortunately today I was denied service to my fleet vehicle. I scheduled an appointment for 8 am and my vehicle is an ARI vehicle. I was told they do not service ARI vehicles. It clearly states they do.

This is my go to location for my vehicle needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is clean and the deals the company offer help save me a few dollars from time to time.

Ben greeted in the most kind way. I had him to put air in my tires. His attitude was so very pleasant. It makes your day when you meet people like him. God bless him.

Made an appointment for 7:30am. Was told by the clerk (after waiting for 15 minutes while she had a pleasant conversation with someone else), that appointments made online before 8am werent real and I had to leave my car. I made an appointment for a 1 hour oil change and selected the option to wait at the store while it was done. She estimated it could be done by 11am, but would give me no guarantees. Chances are, if you make a 7:30am oil change appointment, you have a few things going on that day. I did, and NTB threw a wrench in my whole day. Avoid this store and go anywhere else.

I had great experience from the parking lot throughout my entire visit. Andre was very helpful with info and Gary assisted me with my services thoroughly. Im pleased, will return and refer others especially to this location

I recommend going literally anywhere else to get work done. They are price gougers and are in it for the money! S and S auto in Hyattsville is the best place to go.

I called in a couple days ago, made an appointment for 8am this morning, and was on my way home by 8:35. They checked the air in my tires and reset my tire pressure sensor. The woman at the desk was lovely and kind.I don’t think this place is as bad as all the 1-star reviews, but I will be honest that I didn’t sense any urgency in getting my very simple issue sorted out (it only needed to take 5-10 mins because it wasn’t a very complex issue at all).I highly suggest to management of this business to consider that when someone makes an appointment, they expect their vehicle to be taken back to be worked on within 5-10 mins of their appointment time. I saw multiple techs walking around doing nothing while I was waiting 20-25 minutes for someone to finally look at my vehicle and fix the simple issue, which wasn’t a great customer experience.

Donya was great! She accommodated me even as a walk in without an appointment scheduled. She had her mechanics stay a few minutes after closing just to finish up my tire change. The best customer service I’ve received in awhile. Great experience!

Gary was super helpful. He thoroughly explained what was wrong with my tire and why I needed a replacement (as opposed to a plug). He helped me choose the best new tire for my SUV.

I came in and was greeted as soon as I walked in by a gentleman named Gari. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the services needed for my vehicle. He also informed me about the special promotion going on that saved me some money. I would recommend Gari services to anybody that needs work done on their car.

Mrs D. took great care of me in making my experience very pleasant. I was pleased that her mechanics in the back serviced my car in a timely manner.

It doesnt matter if you have an appointment or not, be prepared to wait regardless of what type of service you are getting. I brought my car in for a simple tire rotation before my appointed time which was for 10am; However, my car was not ready until 15 minutes until closing. Had I not called to check on my car, I would not have been able to pick up my until the next day. I understand that some jobs take longer than others, but this has been the case everytime I have come here for service at my appointed time.

Had an amazing experience. On of the worker Charles really caters to your car’s needs and were very insightful on what work needed to be done. Received it back in a timely manner as well.

Garikayi was extremely helpful and professional in assessing what needed to be done to take care of a check engine line and low air tire. He gave me realistic expectations regarding estimated completion time and provided a great overall experience.

Very clean pretty nolegable but I feel management needs to be more aware of what their employees are capable to preform as far as what work they can or cannot do before car is brought in for service.

This place is horrible! I had an appointment at 8:30am and was told because they took appointments over the phone that my appointment would be pushed back to 11am. No one could give a good explanation other than saying your appointment is now bumped back to 11am when we arrived at 8:30am. With no call or anything to advise us of this change. What is the purpose of an appointment if you are not going to honor it? Poor customer service and no one answers the phone! Extremely disappointed especially because I requested a simple service.

Unfortunately, I had to come in to replace a tire. It was an unexpected expense, so I was pretty upset about it. Charles was the sun on a rainy day! He was so nice and assured me that his guys in the back would take care of my car. He had great customer service, so much so that Ive decided to come here for my oil changes instead of the dealer.

I had an appointment yesterday. I was called at the last minute to cancel only to be sent to a different NTB. They refused to sell me one tire saying that I had to purchase 4. I would not recommend.

This place sucks. Their service is the worst. I came in for two tires and they failed to balance my tires properly. Im back for my 10am appontment and it 1210 and they arent done. The had may car up on the lift and my hood up messing with something under the hood. We all know that you dont need to go under the hood to balance tires. So what where they doing and why is it taking so long. I dont know but the service here sucks and I WONT be back.I just hope my car is safe.To add to the bad service. They had a lady in here at 7pm to get a new battery and brakes. it is 1213pm and she is still here. These is no reasons for the bad service and for any of this work to take this long. These folks are awful.They need to do better. It just wont be with me.

Brought my car in at 12:45pm. At 5:30pm, 1.5hrs before they close, they hadnt even started on my car. I can understand its busy, but at a least have good customer service skills and call me and tell me you cant do it. I shouldnt have to call and check on it.

Charles and Gary have exceptional customer service. Charles helped me with getting my tire fixed and Gary answered all my questions. My wait for my car was not long at all.

They gave me an appointment. When I arrived, they said they were too busy and asked if I would reschedule, so I did. When I arrived for that appointment, I was told they were too busy again.

DONT SHOP HERE. I just failed a safety inspection in Virginia because the tire was installed backwards and caused it to cup. They will not repair or replace. Just had to replace a 250$ tire after less than a year. Would give zero stars if possible

Must say Im very happy to have found this place. Got a great deal on 4 new tires last year that came with a nice warranty. Today on the way to dropping my son at school and then off to work, my wife blew a tire in a way that required it to be replaced. Ms. Donya was very helpful and caring and made sure we were well taken care of. The tire was fully covered by the warranty as was the realignment. She and her team really helped turn a stressful morning into no big deal.
