I had gotten my industrial bar piercing here and I loved it very nice staff made me feel welcomed and very chill people. It was done quick and clean made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Will come here again if I ever want any other type of piercings in the future.

This is the 3rd time getting my belly pierced. The last two were at a different shop btw. The first two were done incorrectly, and ended thinning out my piercing area. This 3rd time though….. KATIE IS AMAZING!!! I literally did not feel anything at all…. and I’m not the type of person who isn’t scared of piercings but she was incredible. She took her time and worked with my previous belly piercing damage. Overall, 100% recommend! Thanks again Katie !

Took my daughter here today to get her navel piercing, Katie was awesome, staff was friendly. They got is in and out quick. My daughters piercing looks amazing! We will be back.

I cant speak for the quality of piercings done at this studio, but Im very disappointed with the quality of the jewelry sold here. I came in a few months ago to purchase solid titanium jewelry for previously healed lobe piercings. I spoke to the piercer and made sure to let her know that I was looking only for pure titanium and had had severe allergic reactions to other metals in the past. Since these hoops were so expensive I was confident that I would be getting my moneys worth, but when I started them it only took 24 hours for my ears to begin swelling up and bleeding. When I took them out I noticed the metal posts were discolored and tarnished which shouldnt happen with titanium. Im not sure if this is an actual issue with product quality or if the earrings were just accidentally switched, but either way the resulting allergic reaction is not what I was looking for.

I Got my first ever piercings done today and I overall had a great experience. The patience, understanding and professionalism were one of the many amazing qualities this place has to offer.

I got both a bridge piercing & a horizontal lip piercing at this shop, which lowkey turned out to be a mistake. both piercings were very uneven and not proportional whatsoever. i ended up taking the lip piercing out because i was so unhappy with it. not to mention the piercer having to pierce my nose and lip TWICE each, because the first two times were just so uneven. she is lucky i’ve a high pain tolerance as it was like i was in a death trap being tugged around so hard by a needle, with blood dripping all over my face. i don’t normally leave reviews of any kind, but this service was just very unsatisfactory.

Me and my friend got piercings today and got exactly what we wanted! covid-conscious (masks, sanitizer, new pens to sign in), great customer service, the ladies that helped us were super friendly and professional, and practically painless it was so fast (i got a conch and my friend got two lobes and a cartilage). 10/10 recommend :)

I’ve been to Katie for multiple piercings. I even took my daughter to her to get her ears pierced. She is very professional, QUICK, polite & clean! I will continue to trust her with any other piercings I want in the future.

So i had a appointment with this place, and it was my first time coming i got Lost and contacted the assistant that i was running late because i was lost she then said okay and to call the shop next time!! i find the place and soon as i get Up to the building I’m told my appointment was canceled after being told by the assistant that it was okay, i drove 40 mins and explained this to her i couldnt even get accommodated for the drive i wasnt even told i have to pay extra at least or anything. She just basically told me oh well in so many words i was really upset with my first visit to her because again a 40 min drive and reached out i was lost! i would Never come back here again. There’s a lot going on in the building nobody had on mask!
