Every written detail reviews About this store it’s absolutely true. This store has treated me right was “one day” as far as i can remember...there always out of stock, they don’t like to be asked questions, they don’t assist you till you show them that you need to be assisted. I thought all Sephora workers act like that. There’s this one time, I visited this Sephora store at Bethesda they were really nice...I mean super nice i was even smiling walking out there...but this PG mall one always makes me feel horrible about my self...This is my first time writing reviews about any store, but this one i needed to tAke it off my chest

They have the worst customer service. Two sale associates decided there conversation was more important than helping the 2 customers they had at the present time. I gladly took my business to Ulta were i was able to purchase the items i needed

HORRIBLE!! RUDE workers who judge and refuse to assist customers. I have been told several times they do NOT do makeup which is a LIEEE! And they have judged multiple times the foundation colors I have purchased. I am a makeup artist and buy several foundations in a range of shades for clients and each time I purchase from here the worker tells me I am buying the wrong shade. Mind ur business, I know what Im doing!

There is a reason why this particular Sephora keeps getting bad reviews. Every where else I shop at Sephora I get amazing customer service.The associate that work Danielle was are rude and unprofessional. She isn’t the only one who has been rude. It’s impossible to get any service and when you do they give you attitude the whole time. This is very upsetting having to wait then the associate Danielle helps someone else when you were waiting first. I never was greeted and after I told her I been waiting and I was before the guest she just started helping she said ok rolled her eyes and continued to help the other guest. This isdespicable behavior. I will never be shopping at this location ever again. Word to the wise ...DONT SHOP AT THIS SEPHORA.

Bought a foundation here because I didn’t have time to go to the original Sephora store in the other malls. The shade the lady picked for me was totally off. I looked ten times darker than my regular shade. But it’s alright, I can just exchange for the other shade. I forgot the receipt at home the next day I came to exchange but I was thinking it should be okay they can pull it out from my beauty insider account. Turned out I’m so wrong. There was only 1 person worked there and after asking for my driver license she told me the price of the foundation was only $19 something, which is ridiculous. I bought it for the full price. The return policy of Sephora jc penny is probably different than the regular store. But still it was just the exchange. And I have my record in my beauty insider. I spent too much money on Sephora to go through this hassle. I will never come back. Would rather purchase online than go to another Sephora in jc penny.

Since ULTA did not have my orange lipstick I tried Sephora next door in Prince Georges Mall. Not much selection. Did not stay long.

Messy store. I bought a Target Eyelash curler then got home and realized it had already been used (it had eyeshadow/mascara on it). Their baskets were all over the place and dirty.

The service is always rude or dismissive. Not to mention they never have anything I need in stock. The lady Kay seemed like I was bothering her so I left. The location by Chinatown is the best around the dmv.

The associate was nice but the store it self was horrible. There was no organization. There werent any good samples on the shelves (dried up and/or dirty) or werent any at all for that matter. It was DIRTY. No selection whatsoever. The make up station was disgusting.

The customer service is absolutely horrid at this location. Ive been to this Sephora on several occasion. However, I only go when I know exactly what I want, because the associates in there are absolutely useless. They dont greet you or ask if you need assistance. When you do ask for help they act as if youre bothering them.

Terrible customer service. I asked for an exchange because a product was broken and instead the cashier returned it. When I questioned why shes returning it, she said that I asked for it. When I tried to say that I never said that, she gave me a negative attitude. It was really unnecessary and there was no apology for receiving a broken item

I usually dont write reviews about my store experience, but I had to this time.I was very please with my visit, was helped by Brittney the manager, a true gem!

I was not greeted once until I asked the cashier a question. There were about 5 customers in the store and 2 employees working. I ended up leaving my purchase on the counter after standing for about 8 minutes in line with not so much as a someone will be with you shortly.
