Easy process, HIGH QUALITY SERVICE. My car looks brand new! took about 5 days to fix my cars entire front end. I am Very happy.

Traditionally, I have not had the most luck with body shops so I wanted to take the time to give credit where it is due and send some praise to New Design Autobody. Not only did they turn my car around more quickly than expected, they did an excellent job with the repairs. From the kind lady at the front desk to my dealings with Sr. and Jr., the owner and son, I felt as though each person was taking their time with me and ensuring I had the best experience possible. This was the first positive experience Ive had with a body shop and I recommend anyone looking for shop to look no further. When I have future needs in autobody repair, paint, etc. I will be coming back to New Design Autobody.

Very professional work and friendly service. Only one of my headlights needed to be replaced. Instead of leaving my car with one light looking new and the other looking old, they buffed the headlight that wasn’t damaged, too at no extra charge! Really appreciated that!

This Place Is Amazinggggg, I took My car in their for repair, and they did some extra stuff on Their that was very well needed, I feel like I got a new car!!! Theres a lot of miscommunication between them and rent a car. Be prepare for a long waiting time for your car rental. They are very unprofessional.

The quick turnover from start to finish of the work done to repair a damaged rear and left side of my car, along with the newest materials used to repair it, gave me the highest satisfaction that New Design Auto Body is the leading premier collision repair shop in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.I thought my car was in drivable condition prior to my initial arrival at the shop, but clearly had extensive damage, let alone unsafe to drive. The manager reassured me that I could leave the car with the shop, and the receptionist immediately called Enterprise Rent-A-Car to pick me up. Since I had not been involved in an accident in a long time, the turnaround to get me driving and the steps required to do it can be very complicating and worrisome. New Design let it happen with a graduating ease for all my friends and family who rely on me.

OMG! This place is amazing. I was extremely skeptical at first because of the location. My nerves were already shot because I had never been in an accident this severe. I was so confused and didnt know where to start. They made me feel extremely comfortable as soon as I arrived. I was supposed to do the two-step method where I come in for inspection and estimate then schedule a drop off and bring it back. Due to my work schedule I could not afford that. The manager Wayne said no problem and I brought it right in and dropped it off. They also called Enterprise for me! I told my job I would need to be at least 2 hours late. After everything was completed including getting my rental ( which was directly next to my house) I was only 45 mins late. Not only did New Design call my at least twice a week just to update me, they sent me updated pictures three times a week. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The staff, managers, mechanics EVEN THE OTHER CUSTOMERS were extremely pleasant, patient and helpful. I hope to never see them again due to the circumstances but as life would have it if I do, I wouldnt choose any other place! Thanks guys!!!

New Design is still on 52nd Avenue but before you cross the railroad tracks. Their entrance requires a left turn onto Sims Lane driving southbound on 52nd Ave.I took my car there to repair damage from an accident. The front office is very friendly and has a good working relationship with local car rentals if the shop has to keep your car awhile for repairs.Regarding their body work. I was impressed with them when the shop advised me that the insurance adjuster recommended the use non-OEM parts because these parts are cheaper than original (OEM) parts.It was noticeable with my car that there were fitment issues with certain non-OEM parts, which generally do not fill as well as parts from the car manufacturer (OEM parts).I immediately understood that they take pride in their work when they made sure I understood the fitment issue between OEM and non-OEM parts and how it can affect the aesthetics of the car.They did their best to make the non-OEM parts fit but there is only so much one can do trying to place a round peg in a square hole. In the end, they recommended I reject those parts and they spoke to the insurance adjuster into paying for the proper OEM parts, which the insurance did! Many thanks to New Design for making sure I was satisfied with their work.
