Love this place! It was my first time here but I was looking for a new windshield for my girlfriends 2014 Toyota Sienna. I must have called 50 places all up & down Maryland & into Delaware & Pa. This was the cheapest place hands down & they knew a guy that would come directly here to put the windshield in for us. In all, $185 for a new windshield & another $100 to install it, I felt like I was taking money from them it was so cheap haha. Seriously though, Im a dialysis patient so I cant really afford a lot while being on disability. This was something I could do & again, since it was 1 stop shopping so to speak it really helped us out immensely.This might have been the first time I got a part from here but Im now a faithful customer so Ill return every single time I need a part in the future. Beltway used auto parts is where you need to start anytime you need parts so make sure you check their wide variety of auto parts! Im sure you wont be disappointed in selection or price!

I’m giving the Beltway Three stars. I was referred to them through another tire company because I had a flat. I called before coming and was told that the tire would be 40 without putting it on and 13 dollars to put it on. I reluctantly agreed because I had already gone to three different places which didn’t have the size I needed. When I get there one of the cashiers charged me an additional $5.00 . I ended up paying $61.00 which to me was pushing it .. So basically I paid $45 for the used tire, $13 to put it on and they taxed me $2.50 for the service. I’ve been places where the tire was $45 for service included. I could’ve went to Walmart and paid an additional $20.00 for a brand new tire with Warranty. I feel overcharged for the price of a used tire. I won’t be back.

Came here to get my tires changed due to a tire blowout. The whole staff was very helpful to getting me on the road and agreed to help me mount an aggressive tire on. They were very careful with my rims (Apex Arc-8s) and were able to get the tires on with no damage to the rim. In addition, they had a 335 in the same color as mine on the lot and I was able to purchase a Space Grey fender from them which matched my car perfectly. Overall, I had a great experience and will be back for continued business.

Chase is a great business represenatative and salesman. Responsive, positive, and most important, he is professional.Once you start dealing with him, you will feel confident that he is the right person to get you what you are looking for. I really appreciate working with him.

So I ordered a used transmission from Mike @ Beltway. Ask specifically to check if the case was broken because thats what was wrong wuth the one in the car we had. Assured it was OK. Get turned over to Tim, re assures me that the unit was inspected and OK. $370 shipping I had to pay for and a transmission with 3 or 4 mounting tabs broken. They even required me to ship the broken part back for any credit. Watch out, these guys are blatant ripoffs and wont stand behind their mistakes. Even pictures of the broken part were not good enough for them . Sad business group.

I drove over 100 miles out of my way to buy an alternator that was bad! Paid the mechanic two different times to put it on and take it back off and they refused to give me a full refund, only store credit! The man that I spoke to said he was the manager he was the most arrogant unprofessional ****. He definitely shouldn’t be dealing with customers!🚨Don’t waste your time or money🚨! This company should take into consideration how hard of time small businesses are going through!🚨Don’t support a company like this!! 🚨

Never, and I mean NEVER buy a motor here. I paid for one and when they loaded it on the trailer it was missing a valve cover. I didn’t think much of it cuz I had the part at home but when I was home and opened up the intake manifold the motor was full of water. I then tried to turn the motor over with the spark plugs out and it was COMPLETELY SEIZED. I took it to my buddy who is a professional mechanic and he said there’s no way he would ever put that in a car, let alone sell it. The hack of a mechanic tried to tell me that it was okay to have that much water in there cuz they pressure washed the motor (which magically makes it okay to have water sitting in an open motor for an extended period of time). If I had sent this motor to a shop I would’ve thrown a grand in the hole having them throw it in only to realize how bad it was. The customer service was friendly and I got my money back but that was the only redeemable quality about shopping here. I hope I am the exception and not the rule for how they do business.

I don’t write too many reviews but I will make an exception for Beltway Used Auto Parts. The owner is a wonderful person that goes out of his way to make sure I get my correct parts. In my business, parts are needed fast and in good working condition. Tim is great. I call him “The Godfather of Used Parts”. Because he makes sure that I get the parts on time and at a great price. Keep up the great work.

So this place seem awesome at first glance but they do straight lie I came in Thursday to purchase a used rim and tire I’m told it will be in next day here comes next week and I finally get a call for my wheel once I arrive I wait for the folks inside to finish talking and eating lunch to have them tell me they didn’t know they were supposed to put the wheel back on the car and start throwing prices for things that were explicitly stated was a part of the service and purchase. Paying for service is no problem but don’t try to mislead for a quick buck.

I was walking my bike with a flat. I saw this place and one of the mechanics filled my tire at no charge.

Cannot begin where to start. One horribly ran. Two rude unwillingness to help a paying customer. They hire cut rate technicians who remove parts unproperly from vehicles and damage items and will not own up to doing so. Building had rats and mold in the corners. Highly do not recommend coming here for parts. Best bet is LKQ

A Nest of Liars and Shysters. Little over a year ago, I stopped in to get a wheel (hub) for my truck. He said it wasnt in stock here but he could have it transferred 1st thing tomorrow. I paid a little over $120. Long story short, they couldnt have it in 1st thing, so I cancelled the order. Thats when he (they dont give names) told me that he couldnt issue a refund but I could use the receipt as a credit. A year later, I call to see if the receipt can still be used as a credit because I have a friend that use it. He said No problem, just bring in the receipt, theres no expiration date! When my friend got there, they wouldnt issue the credit, and he REFUSED to check and verify the receipt. Once you pay for something at Beltway Used Auto Parts, LLC YOURE STUCK- WHETHER YOU GET IT OR NOT, WHETHER IT WORKS OR NOT, NO REFUND! Shysters!

Turnaround time was fast, and they worked with me on the price of the tires and installation. Would come back again.

I came in for 3 minutes out there at the counter while for 4 employees sat there and carried on their conversation without one asking to help nor did they say Ill be with you in a minute until 3 minutes later

I absolutely love this place, saved me many times. They have always had the part I need and are very affordable. If the part is not in store, they will have to order it which typically comes the next business day. There jas literally never been a part.I needed that they could not get for me the next business day, cool people also.

Getting Great Customer Service is all I look for! Ive been working with Mr. Tim about my transmission, and I have to say that hes the nicest person to work with. His tone due to my frustration is welcoming, he actually cared about my problem and really wanted to help as much as possible, but in the end I had to do what any frustrated person would do, I apologize deeply, but I plan on going back to Beltway for my rims and I only way Ill go here is if Mr. Tim stays at this location lol!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY, they will pretend to be nice on the phone but it’s actually the opposite, always pay with your credit card not cash just in case things don’t go well you can easily call your bank to file a claim, bobby’s customers service sucks!!! They will convince you to come to the store and then when you arrive they will deceive you to make a payment without any guarantee on the parts for sale, they will do anything to hold your money and won’t refund or give it back even if they don’t provide the parts, please be very careful. My other mechanic friends have the same complaints Call around and go to other stores, beltway used auto parts is the worst so far!!!!

Dont buy used batteries from there. Mines not strong enough to start my car. However, at the beltway auto parts place, the battery tester read that it was good. Just always buy a brand new battery. Other than that, the people are nice there

I have never come across another used auto parts vendor like these guys. It could have been their weekend was just getting starting.... but they really saved my butt on so many levels. They (Bobby) helped me with a very hard to find part. None of the other yards I called were willing to sell me a spoiler separate from the trunk lid and I needed it shipped. Worked it out with Bobby to pay for the lid and just buy the spoiler, which is exactly what my customer needed.I wish all yards were this intelligent, to take the time to listen to the customer and realize they are willing to pay for the right parts if the salvage yard is savvy enough to engage (and not just hang up when they realize youre not a local). Bobby provided pictures as well, which is huge for peace of mind. Fast shipping to boot and packed securely. Give this man a raise.Cant say enough good things about Beltway Used Auto Parts.

This is a very professional staff with a strong work ethic. I called Beltway asking if they would hold a part for me until I could bring my father in with me to look at it. I work for the federal government and only get one day off a week. Not only did they agree to hold it, but I arrived to Beltway after the store closed and there must have been at least ten employees there waiting patiently for me. I felt no pressure to make this purchase which i confess was a large amount.I bought the part (they waived the core) and told them that day that the following week my dad would come to pick it up, but my dad was unable to get there. I called Beltway asked if they could ship it and how much would the shipping charge be, I was told they would ship it to my mechanic at no charge who has a shop over one hour away. I thank Jesus I found this company. 😘

Please DMV people make this the last place matter of fact there should be no excuse to throw your money into this racket of a establishment theyre absolutely horrible i bought a rim from there hiked the price up 50 dollars cool no problem then they stole my donut, a respectable establishment would at the very least leave the donut in the back seat once the work was done I assumed they put the spare in the trunk no they stole it and tried to sell my donut that they stole back to its original owner.
