Don’t dare take your car here for any LED lighting application. I had gone back over 5 times because of their glitchy work. The under glow light would not turn off on the driver’s side. They tried to do a short cut and replace only one side of the LED lighting and there was a compatibility issue. The lighting was not the same thereafter. It would no longer present a slow steady LED gl but instead would just do fast erratic flashes. The driver’sside undercarriage LED still would not turn off. Finally, after scheduling an appointment to troubleshoot, they tried to tell my to come back another day. After going back and forth they clumsily offered to install new under carriage LED lighting for a charge of $450 bucks citing the warranty on my LED system was expired. This after I took my car in over and over because the lighting was never installed correctly. I was so frustrated I just ended up paying $60 for them just to remove the LED under carriage lighting so I did not have to deal with them anymore. RUN, RUN, they are terrible!

Came here to get my front windows tinted. Simple right? They did a terrible job and I had bubbles throughout the windows. Tech let me know the bubbles would disappear within a few days, they did not. I purchased a warranty with the price of the tint, so I came back 2 separate times and asked them to honor the warranty to fix the issues and they refused. After talking with management, they finally agreed. They need competent staff who knows how to install tint correctly. I would NOT do business with them. What a waste of my time and trust.

I go there for window tinted. They did it terrible. They ask me to come after five day. When i go back again after 5 days they take keys ask me to wait. I wait there for more than 1 hour they didn’t touch my car. I asked them i am getting late. After that they schedule me for another day and when i go back again second time they did the same and didn’t resolve. First time when i go for reverse gear camera they install it wrongly. when i ask them to do it proper way, they fix the camera and then they charge me again.Its a horrible place please don’t go . Waste of time amd money. Specially if u want to go for window tinting and camera installation. Please don’t waste your time and money here.

I recently had my car windows tinted absolutely loved it. Friendly service, and great job this is the 3rd time Ive had car windows tinted and Safe & Sound always come through. For the job they did the job was fairly priced..

They told me that they did work on my vehicle clearly did not provide any actual work they’ve requested that I leave my vehicle for about an hour my mistake for leaving and thinking that they would actually do the work. They claimed to have taken out the dash completely yet there’s no signs of them actually doing work inside the vehicle none of the clips and fasteners were opened as I just checked. They told me it would be $65 if they could not fix it and 85 if they do in fact fix it they were choirs pre-payment in full and refused to acknowledge that there is a difference. I wouldn’t recommend this company

Horrible Customer Service, wouldnt work on my Car till their so called Manager was there after having me seat there for hours waiting on them. This happened twice on Different occasions.

*DON’T GO HERE”. Very over priced and bad quality of work. I went here to get speakers and an amplifier and the guy told me a certain amplifier wouldn’t work in my truck and installed one $300 more. Very unprofessional my panel for my speakers are all scratched and look awful. I was very disappointed with the work.

They wired my Halo lights same day no appointment needed! I went back the next day and had them install my ambient floor lighting would highly recommend this family run business. Very friendly fast and efficient service!

Well, I am here now and so far the service has been excellent. Arturo has answered all my questions. He was polite and friendly. As soon as I walked in I was greated. He waited patiently for me to decide on which item I was purchasing. Another gentleman started working on my car immediately. The place looks clean and welcoming. And they open before the time posted on the door, so that was a plus for me.

Apparently, whoever Safe-N-Sound Auto Systems, Inc. has hired to respond to emails for the VIPER (Remote Start Your Car) system is very rude.As you can see in the attached picture. All Im asking for is if they simply provide me an invoice for the 6 parts (Already selected on the VIPER website) + labor cost; thats it, nothing more via email.Its 2017, customers should not be forced to hold conversation via phone, when an email option is available and used. Why sit on the phone and take down notes from a conversation when what I want can easily, effortlessly be shared via email and without the extra step of taking notes for parts and labor via phone call. Why add an additional step when you can simply print scan or type up and invoice for 7 line items.These people are lazy, rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Hope this company can keep up with the future. Im going to take my business elsewhere, the best part is they are not the only business in town!Goodbye!

They need to get their front desk girls trained right because one gave me a price to get windows tint off my car so I made an appointment to get hem taken off and when I got there after they did it they tried to charge me a different price. And then instead of the manager handling it professionally she started accusing me of trying to get things done free etc and then banned me from going there again. If your employee tells customers a price that is what is expected come on now common sense but as I see that manger has none! I gladly will take my business elsewhere they are not the only tinting place in Maryland.

I got my G 37 windows tinted there. The customer service was great as well as the great tint job i received. They have an amazing kicker display they played for me. I highly recommend you check out safe and sound.

How about you re-do my window tint since your worker put scratches all over it with the squeegee. $180 was what I was charged for window tints on a sedan. I got my truck done around the same time else where for $100, no scratches on the tint and still in good condition.

For some strange reason, only one person speaks English. When they are unable to do the work; it seems like only one person is able to return your money. Its a bad environment for people who do not know Spanish. My friend had translated everything the guy with the hound dog said. He was very rude when he had to explain that he was unable to do the work. They accept cash with no tax cost which I was shock. Beware of this place. The dog seems to be suffering in the garage bay. Be ware of this place...

This place is a total rip-off. They installed a new amplifier in my vehicle that was causing my speakers to get overheated. They did not want to acknowledge the problem and were giving me all kind of excuses. Staff does not seem to know anything about sound, all of them were giving different excuses. Also, unprofessional and rude.

If youre thinking about receiving any service from this company DONT. The customer service is terrible and the quality of work is horrendous. They also do not guarantee their work as advertised. If youre looking to save a dollar or two, its not worth it. Go to a more reputable business and pay a little more. Itll save you the time and hassle. WOW I really wish I had read all the negative reviews prior to getting work done to my car.

I called to inquire about getting a new sound system installed and a woman with a Spanish accent answered the phone. I asked if they were open and she responded I answered the phone didnt I. Caveat Emptor! Initially I was very happy with the sound system they installed in my vehicle. Although I paid double what i would have paid on amazon for the receiver, I considered this the price of supporting a local small business. However a few weeks later I noticed my dashboard lights were out. I had to spend a couple hundred dollars for my mechanic to straighten out the mess they had made with my cars electrical system. I did not realize things could go this horribly wrong with an audio installation. My mechanic ended up rewiring a lot of it because they had done a sloppy job.

These guys are the worst when it comes to customer service, rude and careless! I paid them $80 to remove back and rear window tints on my car so it could pass inspection and they assured me that they were professionals and would not damage the defroster grid on the back windshield and they even tested them to make sure they worked properly before taking care of it, and to my disappointment they did just that they damaged it and when i went to talk to them see if they could do right by a customer i asked to speak to the person in charge and a gentlemen (Walter) i think was his name said he was in charge and was very rude and said that they never removed the tints on my car even after i showed him the receipt which clearly saidtint removal and acted mad saying that we were wrong that they only removed glue from the window and after talking to them politely and seeing their refusal to help on righting something they clearly damaged i called the police and since it was a civil matter there wasnt much he could do but he was nice and talked to them so get it fixed and when he asked for the person in charge a lady said she was (so who knows who is in charge) but safe n sound were not moved on their response at all and said they would not fix it! So i WOULD NOT recommend this place and you would be smart to stay away from these guys since they cannot do their job right and are rude and unprofessional!!Worst place for your car!! Finally i paid $80 to get my car damaged in this horrible place!

I LOVE this place! I get ALL my work done here. The customer service is fantastic. Their technicians know what they are doing. Theres a viewing window and an open garage if you like to watch whats being done to your vehichle. The owners are very accomodating, you can always ask questions if your curious or want to learn more about the equipment you are purchasing. They gurantee there work, In the rare instances i ever had an issue with something installed with my vehichle, if i brought it back they would service it without question. This place sucks they put my radio in and in the process disconnected my head lights when I brought the car back and told them the problem they said no refunds I didn’t want a refund just wanted the problem fixed they refused to fix it also I took it to another shop and they fixed the problem and told me this place disconnected my lights which I already knew I tried to sue them for my money back with no luck because the owner has different addresses basically a lot of shady things hid the true owner from the courts so I lost 150.00 every Spanish person there stated they didn’t speak English once I approached with my problem don’t waste your money or time here
