Good customer service, but multiple times now they are not open at 8:00 am like the sign says. Employees need to be open and ready when the sign says or please change the time you open. Disappointing.

I dropped off a flash drive, card stock paper, directions and an example of what I needed printed all enclosed in a large zip lock bag. I received a call the next morning asking questions as to what it was I needed done. My flash drive and paper was no longer in the bag and they informed me that their work space was a mess and if I could describe my flash drive that might help them locate it.

When in to have 3 lbs of paper shredded and they charged me $14.58 to shredded it, I questioned the young girl about it but to avail, a week ago I got 3 printer rolls for a ups printer a charged me $19.55 for the rolls and went yesterday to return them and was told they dont give back refunds. Every time I went in the store kids had a terrible time trying to run the cash register and the one yesterday didnt know how to do a refund, I was told to go around to different store to try to sell the printer rolls which was damn stupid advice. I think all the help in there never got thru high school!!!!

Staff was helpful and my package was on the way quickly.

This store is the best option for mailing packages. There is rarely a line or wait and the customer service representatives are always fast, friendly and efficient. Great place!!!

I am having trouble trying to find a place that will print my pictures off on transfer paper I am trying to make a photo blanket for my granddaughterIm not having much luck everythings closed down because the covid-19 or they dont do it I need a printer with ink jet that can print my photos I do have my own transfer paperI went to the library and they didnt do it on the right printer and it ruined three of my transfer sheets which is not cheap its five sheets for $12 if anybody out there has had anything like this done by UPS please comment

Customer service was excellent when I shipped several packages all at once. They packed the items for me securely so nothing would break, labeled the boxes, and shipped them. All arrived on time and intact. Easy to recommend these folks.

I had several odd shaped pieces to ship to the west coast after an estate sale and they were great at finding the most secure yet economical way to ship it back. I was really impressed with the time and consideration they gave to making sure everything was secure and respected my feelings for the items since they were family keepsakes and probably didnt seem like anything special to anyone else. I would definitely recommend this UPS store and use them again.

Daltons knowledge surpassed my expectation when others places had no solution or ideas for me to pursue. He took the time and went above and beyond to further provide information. I would consider his service to this company as exemplary. I cant say enough.

Paid over $30 for shipping. Item was admitted as lost. Manager did everything in their power to help file a claim but after 2 months, UPS would not reimburse my expense of shipping the lost item or refund me for the value of the item. So much for $100 insurance it’s supposed to come with. Horrible business practices, will not use again.

I have had only the greatest experiences here. I had been printing my monthly newlsetter elsewhere and been so disappointed in quality and friendliness and efficiency. But the UPS Store is just so wonderful, I will never go anywhere else! I can send in my printing online and pick it up in store, which is a huge bonus. And I have never been let down by the quality. The staff is beyond kind, even asking if everything is okay when I sent the print job in a little later in the day that usual. Who notices those things? A caring staff!

I was treated with courtesy and given all information that pertained to mailing my package to New York. The clerk was very efficient, answered all of my questions and provided the necessary supplies for safe shipping. The package arrived in New York at the time specified and in excellent condition. Extremely unhelpful and very rude. I had a simple request and the older lady in charge told me “you know this takes time“. As if I wasn’t going to pay them for their services. Too bad that a small town like Hutch doesn’t have more options for printing needs. I would suggest driving to Wichita instead of going to this store.

Just went to send an envelope USPS. It metered $1.06. They charged me $2.27. When I questioned the employee he said they add a little. I fully understand profit in business but, more than double is not a little.My lesson learned. I ship packages to my family often. I wonder what the actual cost is compared to their “little” markup. Lesson learned!
