Fantastic customer service and on hand inventory! I stopped in because my current office chair was no longer functional and it was starting to cause damage to my hard wood floor. I wanted something quick so ordering something and waiting for delivery was not very appealing to me. I was immediately assisted as soon as I entered the store, asked what I was looking for. The sales representative listened patiently asking appropriate questions to help her understand my personal situation and then presented me with various options to fit my specific needs. I happily made my purchase then the sales representative helped me carry out and maneuver my purchases into my compact car (it took some skill). I missed getting her name but will remember the help and refer others to this store with confidence.
