What a great place & Such good service. :)

I know these people to be honest,dependable and quite easy to deal with. They know their business. If there is ever a problem with something they do, they do everything to correct it. Easy to contact, friendly folk.

Worst place I have ever lived was their mobile home park in newton off of 12th st. first they seemed nice and friendly and said everything worked in the house, but when we finally got all moved in our heater didnt work so I called them well guess what they said it wasnt covered under any warranty or anything and our kitchen faucet and bathroom shower wasnt working and they didnt fix that either so I had to fix everything my self which is fine if I new that I would of had to do that before I moved in the house and now they want to charge me more then 400 dollars for a water bill that only had 2 people in the house I think not plus I gave them more then 30 days notice before we moved out and they didnt give use our deposit back which we left the house in a lot better condition then we moved in at. so long story short NOBODY should use these CROOKS for anything

I rented from these people in Newton Kansas. The heater didnt work and they said they wouldnt fix it because it wasnt their responsibility but I could pay him to come out and fix it. They left myself my girlfriend and her two young children in there with no heat so we moved. They tried to sue me for 5200 in back rent and damages including fixing the heater. I retained an attorney and they got beat in court. He is a crook and dont let the praise the Lord on his sign fool you .

Great guys to do business with! If youre looking to buy or move a mobile home this is the place I call first.

I have rented from them for over two years, wonderful to rent from. I would highly recommend them to rent from and and any service they provide. Five stars.

Ive worked here many years, and weve always treated everyone with dignity, and respect. We have had countless times when customers have paid us with bad checks that they never even tried to cover, and were always polite and professional!! The review on here from shark chick is a bad check customer from 19 years ago, she never paid us one cent!! Once our company art by contacted her she put a bad review on here; go figure!

Buyer beware!!! If I had to do it over again, I wouldnt buy from them!!! Didnt level home right from the beginning. Now floors are warped and falling thru them. ********************************************I am the lady from Haysville area. You and your crew was too busy with other properties to level mine properly. You would only come when it was late in the evening. It wasnt set up correctly from the beginning. Jim, I trusted you to do the job and correctly. Now I am left with a unlevel home and warped floors. If you are willing to rectify the situation would greatly be appreciated. ****

Me and my husband had them move our home and they did an awesome job we would definitely use them again.

Ive had the opportunity to work closely with HII over the last year. They have done everything they said they would do. Lived up to their name H.I.I.

Hes a very bad crook to sell mobile homes that were condemmed and never pay your money back to the person my trailer they sold me almost caught fire and was condemmed 3 times i had no where to go

The people there will go above and beyond to help you!

Not only is the owner a crook, but so is his own family! They will sell you a home and then set it up on haydites which crumble.I would never recommend them to anyone.
