I have always had an amazing experience, and have been helped on different occasions with health issues. I love their knowledge and appreciate an alternative option(s) of healing versus being on medication. I highly recommend the Herbal Pumpkin Patch!

I’ve went to this store occasionally to get products but discovered that I can buy the same products online or at other stores a lot cheaper. This store is way overpriced. Plus I went in wanting a product for a certain health issue. I asked for information and they wouldn’t help me unless I had this lady, Bev, do a scan, which was $75. The scan could be made cheaper, but only if I bought $35 worth of products. What a rip off. I called and asked if they had a certain product and they said they didn’t, but they could order it for me, so I had them do that. After not needing the product anymore, I never went in to pick it up. A month passes by and they repeatedly call me even after I told them that I no longer want the product. You’d think they could just send the product back to where they got it or keep it for someone else who may need it, but instead they call and harass me telling me that I have to pick it up and I am responsible to sell it if I no longer want it. I am no longer giving them my business. Poor salesmanship. Overpriced stuff. Gimmicks and rip offs.

Disappointed. Heard rave reviews from friends, was excited to check it out myself. Went in seeking detox/cleanse options and products, they refused to give me any product knowledge unless agreeing to a $75 consult with Bev. Would have considered it but there were 3 people in line ahead of me and she refuses to make appointments.

Its great for herbal supplements and oils, but this is NOT a place to by raw, dried herbs.I was very disappointed, not to mention most of the store was gift shop more than a metophisical store.

Very over priced. Im new to oils and needed some help trying to understand some things. The gal Im pretty sure had no idea what I was saying. She suggested a book, I bought it, got home..... Not even clos to what I wanted and now I cant return it because they have a no return policy

Great service and lots of herbal organic choices. Bev was very helpful as usual.

If anyone in our family is having health issues, Bev at The Herbal Pumpkin Patch is normally my first stop. She is AMAZING. I tell everyone about her.
