I recieved an automated text message around 9 am yesterday, saying my prescriptions were ready. I recieved a similar phone call and voicemail around the same time this morning. I pull up at ~11:40 am, two cars back in the pharmacy drive-thru. When I get to the window, they tell me that my prescriptions arent ready and that itll be another 10-15 minutes. Why am I getting phone calls and voicemails and text messages saying my prescriptions are ready, only to be told they arent? Feels less like a service and more of a nuisance.

Always pretty fast if you walk in. Drive Thur seems to be slower

Fast delivery with Door Dash. Its great to be able to get a red bull delivered. Also getting medicine delivered in an average of 20 minutes is nice when needed. Its awesome that they sell Fudge Covered Oreos.

Their staff is always friendly, helpful, and kind. When items go on sale, its definitely worth shopping here. It is less crowded and less stressful.

Took some prepaid Fedex packages to drop off, as I have done repeatedly. Overweight rude asst manager lady ignored me for the first 2 minutes while she spread paperwork all over the counter, then chatted with another employee in the middle of helping me, then refused to give me a drop off receipt.

Was buying some stuff a few rude older lady come over started yelling at me and the gentleman and his wife behind me told me I couldnt buy certain things in the store after it was already on my card and in the bag and made the poor young checker cancel my order and rerang everything back up and the gentleman behind me said I dont need your stuff if your gonna treat people like this she said why are you here then. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. women was very rude.

I great place around the corner from where I live where I can always pick up exactly what I need!

Photo Dept staff rude! Tore one of my packages open, then opened the other one then threw them all in a bag all still open.....after interrogating me about who took the photos. Never experienced that before at a walgreens, this lady was so rude!!!

Staff are courteous and helpful but it shouldnt take 30+ min to drop off a RX through the drive thru. It would be nice if more staff were available to avoid wait times like this.

I guess not having a check out associate is a thing? While an employee came up to look up something at the register, knew i was there, then walked off?

Management at this location is awful and one manager in particular harasses his employees.

High prices but if you live onn this side of town its a place to grab fast items

I come to Walgreens almost everyday to use the FedEx package dropoff. I have never had a issue, the staff is super helpful.

Its worth it just to go to the mcpherson one!! rude staff, and little selection

Not even a month ago I bought a pair of crutches that costed over $50, the cashier didnt inform me that they could be rented. I didnt even know that they could be until my dad told me after I got them. I ended up losing the receipt for them, and apparently their you need the receipt to return anything, very inconvenient for costumers. Now I am stuck with a pair of crutches I dont even need anymore.

The employees are friendly. Walgreens is overpriced on everything.

THIS IS THE WORST STORE TO GET YOU PRESCRIPTIONS REFILLED. RUDE, DISCRIMINATORY, AND MEAN!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!! A PATIENT FOR SEVEN YEARS AND TREATED WITH NO DIGNITY!
