DO NOT but anything from them! Terrible customer service! Check ✔ their Facebook reviews and go elsewhere! Our seatbelt was locked up on our new ATV that was under warranty. So they said to bring it in but ended up charging us because it needed a cleaning they said and said that isnt covered under warranty. When we refused to pay $56 for that they said they would lock the ATV up in their shed until we came back and better come back with cash only! Unbelievably rude! Never would go there again.

After talking on the phone with Bob, several times, we decided to take a chance and drive 5 ½ hours to buy a motor for our pontoon. No one in our area had one thus, the trip. We were greeted upon arrival and they had everything ready. This was a top notch experience for us. Decided while we were there to buy a pontoon trailer and they went above and beyond to get us ready for the return trip home. It is so nice to know there are still good businesses out there that care for their customers and show it. We sure hope the local folks realize what a gem of a business they have right there in Hutchinson!! If we could give a 6 star review, we certainly would!

I just purchased an ATV from these guys and all I can say is WOW!!! I have never been to a place with such great service and they really do go above and beyond for their customers. My dad drove over an hour with his trailer to get my ATV to my house only to find out the ATV was just a little to wide to fit. As my dad was about to drive back home to do some modifications to the trailer and then come back they offered to let us use their trailer instead. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great products, amazing service, and just to have some good friendly conversations.

This place is awesome. From the first time I called for information about their products the people there are first class and super friendly. They went out of their way to make this a great experience buying a side by side. They opened on a holiday weekend just to allow me to look to see if the unit was the right fit for me and the family. The buying process was extremely friendly and unpressured. Upon pick up the machine was ready and they had a mechanic go over the machine and show you the ins and outs of the unit. I was told if there are any questions to call and given a personal phone number. This place really does it all from start to finish was the best experience I have had ever had buying a recreational vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. If I ever need a newer model this will be the first place I will go.

Bought a 2021 CfMoto 600 Touring with a plow from Bob. He answered all of the many questions I had on the ATV and that made my decision to go with brand and model. Process from start to finish was very smooth. Put a deposit on it on Monday and brought it home Wednesday morning. When I picked it up I was showed how everything works on the ATV. I would not go to this place for boat repairs if it was free. Please do not give this place business. I was purchasing an older boat and brought it in to have it checked out prior to purchase and they said it needed $1000+ in repairs. I paid the bill and went on my way. Went to take the boat for the first trip and the boat almost started on fire. I had three kids in the boat and my dog so it was a bit unsettling. Once off the water I found a bunch of rubber in the intake area which is simple to remove but aparently removing this debris was not included in the $1000. I brought it back to see what had happened and I received no info. I would call on progress and nothing. A month or two later they called and said it was ready. They handed me a bill for $2000+ and I was shocked. They never called with an estimate and I would have never allowed such a repair. They held my boat hostage for months attempting to sell it to both get our money out of it I ended up paying them $1000 for the $2000 in repairs. I have paid them $2000 for the so called work they said they preformed. They did nothing for the $2000. It was winter now so no use for the boat, so in the spring I went to start it up and could immediately tell it was not pumping water. I then went to Cabellas and bought a $56 Impeller kit and installed it myself. The impeller I removed was all chewed up and had not been replaced recently. Shocking this office guy has some skills and got the job done. Thank you YouTube. The boat has worked perfectly since. I called Bob to see if he wanted to make it right and he told me to F-off basically.

Bought a Bad Boy mower from Brent and Yamaha Motorsports in 2017. Have had no issues with it until this week. I showed up with no appointment and their maintenance tech Matt got it fixed in 30 minutes. New parking brake and tire repair in under 30 - A+ Guys !Much Appreciated

First off these guys were closed New Years Eve and I called curious cause holiday hours vary. They answered, said they were supposed to be closed but they were helping out a couple other people with their orders, asked what I was in search of and I explained, they said to come on in. I called around noon, my kids needed to nap quick, woke up I called again like the wonderfully nice lady instructed me too do, answered and said come on in. Got there and it was a wonderful experience. Bob was a great guy. Tan through their line up of CfMoto atvs. Gave me really great prices. He put up with my kids running through being in their own little world. Answered all my questions and then some relating to the competition. I left at 5pm knowing I will be back to purchase a new 600cc or 800cc CfMoto from them. The help was amazing. Not pushy, he said the facts, didnt feel like I was bsed at all. These guys are worth the drive and looking forward to purchasing the wheeler from them and having a growing relationship with them for years to come. Never ever go there ! They promise they will take care of stuff and never did. Charged me to charge battery on my pontoon then brought the pontoon out and the battery was dead. They tore my cover and promised to replace it and never did. Go anywhere else but not this business.

Took my 4-wheeler in because it was running rough occasionally. Thought it was a carburetor problem - it was. Not only did Matt, their mechanic, fix the problem. He also checked the entire machine out, even down to the tire pressure. And, it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Well done Matt! I like this place.

Its no coincidence but rather a patern is emerging with this company. Please read all reviews below before purchasing. I owned my tractor for only 1 hour before something went wrong. They did not honor the warranty or treat us with respect when we requested support. My brother stopped by the location to request support in person. Again they refused us due to my review here, (original 2 stars). Then told my brother how Im a bad guy because of this and that, which has nothing to do with this purchase.But if I change my review hell work with us. (Holding us hostage).Dont get me wrong, I like the equipment.To be continued, you may request video proof

I purchased a new lawn mower and was very pleased with the service I received. I appreciate the family owned business. They have a surprisingly large inventory and were able to show me many different models. Very fair with the trade in price and took time to walk me through all the machines features before I took it home. Many ATVS, watercraft, scooters and accessories also. They have decades of experience yet keep up with the trends and changing models and parts. They are willing to go the extra mile for their customers....even trying to hunt down replacement parts for a 15 yr old machine all the way overseas. Ill be giving them my business when Im ready to purchase a new wheeler.

Purchased a used atv. Seemed good tell I got home and it would not start. I asked before had if there was any problems and was told there was none. Electirc start wont work. So I pull start no big deal. But after idleing for no more than 2 minutes it will just die. Reached out and got no reply. I hope they will fix this if not so be it.I did not spend 1600$ to get a problems not even 3 hours after purchase.

Great staff and had my ATV repair done fairly quick

Not good at pleasing customers. I ordered parts from them, they took a few weeks to come in. When I did drive to the shop to pick them up they ordered the wrong part because they pressed the wrong number they said. I needed parts for a Yamaha Blaster but the parts were for a Kawasaki Dirt Bike. Luckily I looked at the packaging for it otherwise they never would have noticed. I had them re order the correct parts and those finally came in a few weeks later. The parts were over priced but finally they were the correct parts. Normally I wouldnt be frustrated by this but considering I missed 2 races because of the delayed parts I will never do business with them again. They were not even willing to throw in a container of oil or anything to compensate me for all of the hassle. Will not do business again with them

I have bought a few brand new machines from Yamaha Motorsports Marine, this includes motorcycles, atvs, and a SxS. I will be also looking at a Badboy lawnmower for a future purchase. I have recommended many of my friends who have also made purchases. They have always greated me with a smile and will always be my 1st stop shop for motorsports and service.
