I went there to get a used tire&they got me right in got the tire changed&I was out of there.They were quick.

Seems like everywhere you go these days there is a lack of help. It is the case at cooper tire.We showed up at a scheduled time. They said they were behind an hour to an hour and a half.Those guys have such a hard job to do in this heat.We have been customers of theres for many years without incident.However this time...We had a flat the next morning on one of the tires they ?fixed?.

Arrived at 20 mins before closing time and they had our tire in stock, were fast, courteous, and dedicated! Got the job done! Thank you all!!

Fabulous Trustworthy Quality Services an tires today and always.

I called they ordered me some tires and worked me in the next day and did a fantastic job.

Scheduled an appointment for 4. When i arrived they informed me that they did not get the tires ordered. No apology offered, just the excuse that they had missed the 11am ordering cutoff by 3 minutes, despite me setting this up at 8:30am.I drove over an hour to have my time wasted.

I went with 3 stars because they do good work but will try to scare you into other repairs while your vehicle is there. At least if theyve tricked you into these repairs, chances are the work they did was fine.

Got a brand new tire last week and its already flat. Called and manager pretty much said they wouldnt stand behind their work and replace. Now having to pay another 200 just to replace somewhere else. Would not recommend.

Very quick service service but the fix I needed couldnt be done in house and the item needed to be sent off to be welded, my home town tire shop fixed it with a epoxy cement kit and its been fine ever since. The guys at my home town shop couldnt believe they told me to weld it.

But the guys at Cooper Tire know their stuff, you can set up a payment plan without paying 1,000s of $$s too much for tires, (like that place on 30th).Uh huh..that one. Dont fall for that scam..

Usually have great expierence with the Tire Side, The Alignment side has a different attitude. Tried to get an appointment via email on a Thursday got a reply email stating they would call shortly to confirm an appt. I call Monday to find out what is going on and get a Smart A&& on the other line, I stated to him I emailed and got a reply email with no call back, I asked what is the best way to get ahold of you and that I tried to email, He laguhed and said apparently that didnt work did it

I agree with the other reviews.. The tire side was ok but the alignment people seem to be kinda rude, at least the ones Ive talked to. Was told they were booked til Monday for inspections so I call back today and he says I dont have any openings this week, Im in vacation next week so that means its 2 weeks out .... Ok thx

I do not go here, but have heard all the same things that I read here. That tire side is friendly and alignment side are a bunch of rude a#* people.
