Had a flat tire at about 4pm, they took mine in repaired it. Even though busy. Treated me like a long time friend. What was amazing was how busy but still took the time with each of the 4 people getting stuff done. Might of been the best experience Ive had at any auto repair ever in 60 years. Go there

John was fantastic!! My wife and three kids were starting a two and a half hour trip south from Cokato. Started their trip with a dead battery. After a neighbor jumped the vehicle I called John for a battery test and he and others were waiting for them as they pulled into the parking lot. In a few minutes they were on their way. They immediately made time for them. The safety of a complete stranger was foremost on their minds THANK YOU JOHN and everyone at Car Shop!!!

The Car Shop is one of those places you go to and feel respected. I may not know a lot about cars but every time I leave there I feel like I really know what I am getting. Jeff describes everything about my car to me in ways I can understand, which helps me make an informed decision on how to best use my money to better my vehicle. Ive never had a repair shop give me such a detailed list of what state my car is in, what needs to be fixed and what preventative maintenance I can do. I also like that when I go to The Car Shop, They can give me 2 or 3 different price categories on how to fix a problem and the effect of each one. It feels good to have that much control over my money. I go to college and work everyday so I didnt know how to get my brakes fixed and I didnt know how bad they were so I went into the car shop and Jeff gave me a few solutions and one was to use a loaner vehicle to go to college while they work on my car, order parts, and have everything done. I didnt think it would be this easy to get my car fixed with my busy schedule!! I feel confident that when I bring in my vehicle to get fixed the car shop does it the right way and that is worth paying for. I dont want to have to bring my car in for the same problem.

My truck had unexpected problems with the clutch and Jeff went above and beyond to solve it. Before they were even officially open for the day, he looked at the truck on the spot and outlined what it would take to fix it. Jeff at the Car Shop went above and beyond again on my most recent visit. He had to take the seats out of the Jeep to get to the problem and before he put everything back he clean it up its currently cleaner than its been in years! This isnt the first time hes done more than I expected though my first visit there was an unexpected valve stem failure. I got a ride to the shop with my tire, and he fixed thetire and drove me and it back to where I was parked and in sub zero weather was on the ground putting the tire back on. I highly recommend these guys, theyll take the time to explain what their doing and why.

During a pandemic you should never agree to a leave of absence and then fire someone via a sticky note in the mail. I would not do business with this company. Family is not first when it comes to them. Its all about making money for them. Want more information contact me via Google! The truth is an ugly thing. (Google makes me give them a star however Id give a 0 if I had the opportunity. )

This place is phenomenal. The Employees here went out of their way to help me out. They resolved my power steering and heat issue, on top of it they explained what was wrong, how it happened and what they did to resolve the issue.. From past experiences, mechanics just say its fixed and send you on your way, and next thing you know you have another problem. I was very satisfied with the pricing as well. They also gave me a loaner vehicle so I could continue to keep going to work.. This is the shop I HIGHLY recommend to people who are looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop.

The staff was very knowledgeable and the prices are fair. I was able to call, get my vehicle in, and get the speed sensor replaced in the same day. I will be coming back here in the future.

Ive had a couple of my cars here several times and the guys here always do an AWESOME job! They even have loaners and free wifi for while I have had to wait or get to work. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Despite having my car fixed at other repair shops previously, I truly believe that this shop finds what is actually wrong and operates in the best interest of the customer.

Just plain lousy. On the plus side, the timing belt/water pump repair was flawless 15000 miles including 5500 to CA and back right after the work. Darn you.....Cant dog the quality, sorry my window issue had to mess up future service.

The customer service is awesome and the repair was a fair price.

My wife was in town fueling up our truck and all of a sudden the truck starting burping up fuel after a couple of gallons while filling, of course this would happen on a Friday Day late afternoon and we were going up north the next day. I called Car shop and talked to Jeff the owner of the shop and told him what happened. He said bring it down and I will take a look. Jeff had the truck for 30 minutes. He found a plugged fuel vent. Problem solved. Thank you Jeff for getting my rig back on the road.

Had an issue with my washer pump on a Dodge Neon the Dodge dealership replaced the pump and 9 months later the issue returned the Carshop was able to find the problem in about 20 minutes it was a bare wire that blowing fuses. Have not had an issue since.

I had a tire breakdown and they went out of their way to fit me in and get me back on the road! Awesome service and treated me more than fair on price!
