They have reasonable prices but if anybody tries to get a set of new cooling fans for their vehicle your best bet is to go to Robs garage because you get the cooling fans and relay all in one deal for the same price that you get just the fans from AutoZone and AutoZone makes you pay for the fans by there selves and you have to buy the relay separate Robs garage charge $7 difference for the relay and fans I paid $227 for the relay and fans from Robs garage while AutoZone charges $220 just for the fans

Went the other day and the service was excellent on point in Hutchinson Kansas

They were very helpful. My battery had gone bad and I had to get a jump start to get there. They checked to see if they had the right one and installed it for me too. (Bear in mind, you need to check to see if they can install one for you because it depends on what they have to do to get to it, mine was right on top so very easy)

These people are friendly and helpful. It is twice as far to drive here as the Other name brand parts place but worth the drive.

This place may or may not have what you need but you never know until you waste your time driving there. I have tried calling them several times on different days and NOBODY knows how to answer the phone. Horrible service. Do not recommend!Edit: when I go into the store its usually fine, since I dont live in town it would be more convenient if the phone would actually be answered. Even if its busy at least answer and say please hold or something...

This is a modern, professional parts store with an emphasis on customer service. Once when an associate accidentally gave us the wrong parts right before closing, they kindly stayed 30 minutes or so after hours to get us the right parts that night yet. They even threw in some extra shop supplies that we needed for the repair. However this mistake has not been characteristic of there service. I have found this AutoZone helpful and friendly.

Pretty good set of people little pricey

The parts manager Jill was incredibly rude. We were there to get an entire break package so my husband and daughter could fix her 1977 Chevy nova. I guess she had better things to do or thought 2 women didnt know what they wanted. She kept asking us questions such as what color, engine size and how many doors it has, saying we must know every answer or she couldnt help us. How does the color effect which brakes to give me. I had a detailed list that she refused to look at. It was not a good experience.

Always easy to deal with, great bunch here in Hutch! Better all the way around than the competition, also your Batteries are registered in computer system for warranty if needed.

How incredible are the employees of this AutoZone? Some of the nicest and helpful people on the planet. Brian went above and beyond to help me get my rewards points for a part I ordered online and picked up. Also bought some cleaning supplies and was rung up and bagged up before I got my signature on the pad. Only place I EVER buy auto supplies.

This is my go place for auto parts! Manager was extremely helpful when I went to get parts for an oil change and he was aware of a sale I was not aware of and got me a better oil filter for less money and all on his own accord! Thats customer service that is extremely hard to find anywhere anymore in this day and age! Truly appreciated him! Would recommend this store HIGHLY!

Friendly knowledgeable staff have always helped me find what I was looking for in meeting. This last time I needed a mass air flow sensor. The counter attendant was very interested in my issue and even gave me some additional bulletins and paperwork that came up with the part. Far better service than their competitor I feel.

I go in for my husband (whos a mechanic) and it depends on whos working how I am treated. Some of the men and kids think I dont know anything when I ask for a specific part.I really like getting Sandy Boone or when Ginger was there.

I needed a new battery for my car and was impressed by how fast I was served and out of there. I chose to change the battery while there and I was done and gone in 15 minutes. I could tell these guys know what theyre doing and theyre fast and accurate. Well done.

Great service. Gavin replaced brake light bulbs for me. Saved me $ and time as I didnt have to buy ratchet set and figure out how to do it myself. Fast, friendly, and very helpful.

They are always willing to hook up the sensor when my check engine light comes on which is frequent because of the faulty gas cap I have. I just wish if a customer comes on they would take time to help you instead of sticking shelves. I usually have to wait for 20 minutes or more. Is it because Im a lady? Hope not! I have replaced U joints, pulled an engine, and minor car care type fixes. Not all women are helpless! Very helpful attendants when you make it to the front of the line!

The group of guys they have workin there now know their stuff..And wont try selling you something you dont need..When other auto parts stores hire kids that couldnt change a tire to save their a**..AutoZone in hutch seems to have it figured out.how the guys stick around.

Needed some ignition coils for my car. They tried telling me the coils were $74 each or 199.99 for 4 did a lil research and you can get after market ones which are better for 40.99 for 4 on amazon! A bunch of crooks. Never goin back

Had to replace my alternator so I went in to test it. Tech wasnt that experienced and we had to coach him through setting it up, would have been easier if we just did it.
