My trip to this paint store was seriously the best!!! I had gone online and figured out which color finish, and level of paint I wanted beforehand so I was able to get in and out pretty quickly. My paint was for antique chairs and an accent wall in my newly built house. I wanted the Emerald Designer Edition paint and asked the associate if he thought he was glide pretty well over the sanded down chair as well as the slightly textured walls. He told me personally he enjoyed the finished look on his own project and that I would be happy with my choice.*YES, Emeral Designer is amazing! It is silky and doesnt need a second coat unless you just need to fill in missing spots. If you happen to get it on your windows, skin, wood floors etc, it wipes off very clean. Its absolutely the most perfect paint I have ever used! I am hooked.Thank you for the easy transaction and beautiful mixing of my Green Onyx paint! I will post pictures of my walls and chairs, truly a dreamy color.

Larry is hands down the best sales associate/customer service associate I have ever dealt with. I have always believed Sherwin-Williams paints were the highest quality, so I would buy them anyway, but Larry makes the trip to the store a pleasure. He goes out of his way for customers again and again.I wish this store had a larger selection of stains and paints for other surfaces, but overall its a great store. Larry is wonderful, but all the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend visiting this location for all of your paint needs.

This particular store always has the best customer service... on the phone and in person. We use Sherwin Williams for the property I work at, but thankful we work with this store.

Larry, our salesman, was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and calm under pressure. It was very busy because it was the last day of the 40% off paint sale. Yet every customer was treated as if they were the only one there and had his full attention. No one minded waiting because he was so attentive when he did get to you. Even though his location didn’t have the base necessary for the dark paint I chose he said it would be there the next day. He promised to locate it at another store and pick it up on his way to work. He carried the heavy box with 4 gallons out to my vehicle. Sure enough, Larry called today to say he had my paint at the store ready to go and the 40% would be honored since it wasn’t my fault it was unavailable. That is good service and a great company representative.

If you couldn’t already tell by the many previous reviews, Larry is awesome. We have never had anything other than phenomenal service here. Thank you for being kind, courteous and professional every single time.

This store is very well prepared for social distancing and made me comfortable. The service and advice was greater than my expectations and gave me confidence. To top it off my color match was dead on, the best I have seen.

Today was girl power day with a team of two cuties who were surely as good as the guys. As always SW is the only paint store in town.

Not pleased with the service at all. coaching opportunities for this staff needed . We came in for one gallon paint-needing color matched. right away the gentleman with the pony tail advised thats its going to be a long wait. He stated if we needed it in somewhat soon, that we should visit another location or company. ... we asked how long and he stated he had two guests ahead of us (1 gal paint, 1 gal stain), which isnt out of the ordinary. Two guests for one gallon each is not a busy to where he needs to continuously give us excuses. Seemes like he just doesnt want to work. We have never been to a sherwin Williams anyware around the dfw where we had to make an appt or come back at a later time. Before we left, he explained hes also new. So Im guessing all three employees there standing around the counter also do not know how to mix paint.As per his request, we are heading to pick up our products at another company.Please send a manager to up train employees. The service I received while shopping for paint was top notch at this location. I went in because I needed some paint for a dresser I am working on. Larry helped me with a ton of information on what type of paint would work best for a surface that would see some abuse such as keys being tossed on it and so forth. Along with the paint suggestion he was very informative about using primer and which brushes would work best to apply the paint correctly. Along with helping me find all of the items I would require he also let me know that they had a promotion going on and I was able to save quite a bit of money which helped out a lot. I was intending to only get one color but due to the savings I was able to purchase two. All in all a very enjoyable shopping experience!

Best paint around. Better than the selections from Lowes or Home Depot and the customer service is far better to!! The staff actually listens to your needs and wants when it comes to what you are painting so that you get the correct paint finish along with the correct amount of paint and supplies needed to start and finish your painting projects.

Greeted through the door with smiles and offers of assistance. Wow! Rare service these days. Clean bright stores with prices comparable with the big box stores. SW won me over.

I went to the store to pick out some colors for my new home. I was greeted by great staff. Sharnell helped me and she was great and very knowledgeable. She was able to help me pick out the colors and the match was perfect. I am very indecisive a lot of times, but she was able to help me in less than 15 minutes. When I get ready to do my bedroom, I will surely be back.

Good paint! Everything in this store is expensive. Everything is clean and in order every time Ive visited the Store. The staff are helpful and friendly.

As soon as I walked in the door they were eager to help me and took set up an account and then mixed the paint. They were very helpful, and sell the best paint too. Im glad I came here.

Always get great prompt service at this store. And in my opinion, no other paint brand compares to the quality of Sherwin Williams.

I have a company and i spend i lot with sherwin williams, all the store is very good, take a care with all my problem but in that store wayner is very bad, i have 2 or 3 problem with him, is not good. They need to change or not going to there.

The sherwin williams store is good, what is bad is the staff that attends, wayner is not friendly and does not solve problems, on the contrary it gives you more problems, he thinks that you are playing like him, they need to place attention with that employee. You arrive at 6 and it takes you out because its going to close.

Jake and Jacob are great guys, will help you with anything. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
