Worst experience I’ve had with motorcycle maintenance. Domestic issues between owner and helper, no clear ETA on completed work, and overall just unprofessional. Would not recommend visiting for repair needs for motorcycle not do I plan on doing business here again. STAY AWAY!

Craig is THE best motorcycle mechanic you can find. Honest work and knowledgeable about everything. Not only has he repaired my first bike, he taught me a lot along the way. It was night and day difference riding the bike after he was done with it. I got into an accident and crashed it. He brought the bike back from the dead with his amazing skills and I was back to riding. Now Im on my second bike and hes the first person I went to after buying it to check it out. Hes done the first tune up on it and I wouldnt trust anyone else with it. He even has the ability to pick up and tow your bike if you cant get it to him. Fair prices on everything and he will tell you up front what you need and what you dont. This is the only shop you need to go to for all your motorcycle needs!

Id give 50 stars, my bike stalled on the highway at 108 degrees, I looked up nearest bike shop, Craig showed up in less than 5 minutes, FIVE minutes.. I couldnt believe it. Not only did he tow the bike he diagnosed it within 20 minutes of being in the shop, about the same time it got me to get home. If you are in the Hurst Euless Bedford area and need a quick fluid change, or anything bike related, you should definitely check Craig out, He is extremely professional. Every detail is laid out plain and simple to you. You know exactly what the wait time, status of your bike is consistently. Customer service is insanely good! Prices arent too bad either😉

Craig is by far the best motorcycle mechanic I’ve met, he helped me through a couple of insurance claims and has done regular maintenance on my bike. I highly recommend him and his shop for all your motorcycle needs.

Ive known Craig for several years now, from when his previous shop was in Grapevine. He has helped maintain my 1982 Yamaha Maxim 1100: cleaned and rebuilt the carbs, tuned and synchronized it, replaced tires and has taught me a lot along the way. Carburetors are his specialty, and anyone with an older bike knows youll be visiting a motorcycle mechanic yearly if you dont treat each tank of gas. Ethanol is the enemy. These guys are great! I recently bought a couple of 3 wheelers that needed some work. Some of it mechanical some cosmetic. Craig and his crew did a great job and I was able to stay within budget. I highly recommend Craig’s Cycles.

I was having problems getting the rear sprocket of my cbr250r. I called ahead and Craig said to bring it over. I was in and out in 20 minutes with the old sprocket off and new sprocket on. Great service, Ill bring my bikes here!

I would discourage anyone from doing business with this place. They had my bike for 3 weeks and never touched it. When I dropped it off they said that they would have it fixed within a week and 3 weeks later it was not fixed. The helper is awesome but the owner is useless and rude to my girlfriend which was the cherry on top of me going and getting my bike.Bikes that came in after mine got put on the rack before mine. All I know is the owner sucks and his helper should just go open his own place
