He did a great job of supplying a glass lampshade for an oil lamp I had that Ive been retrofitted as an electric lamp. It was a green glass shade with a narrow clear candle incasement around the lightbulb.

I’ve had him repair 3 vintage lamps and sharpen knives for me. I’ve purchased several gorgeous lamp shades. The two he made for me are one of a kind. He is very knowledgeable and has a great eye for detail. He sells quality products and his prices reflect that. I always recommend his establishment.

We recently took our antique lamp we purchased from an estate sale. he did a great job restoring the lamp into what it use to look like. HE rewired it as they did in the early 1910s, fixed the shade, and provided us with excellent costumer service. I highly recommend his service, especially for restoring antique lamps.

Amazing work. The owner really knows what he is doing and knows a great piece when he sees it. Lots of parts available for people looking to do-it-themselves and the owner is easily able to reconfigure and repurpose old parts. Brought a vintage lampshade in and had it mounted on an awesome base as a floor lamp. Great work!!

Such a nice man!!! My daughter found an old second hand stained glass shade that had been a hanging lamp. Amdy transformed it into a cool eclectic electric floor lamp. My daughter was very happy. Salt of the earth kind of guy. Super reasonable price, totally worth getting what you want!

The gentleman who we assume is owner, very professional and a wonderful craftsman.Very nice to see a mom and pop repair shop where the owner/repairman actually knows what he is doing and makes you feel welcome in his shop.We will be bringing some other very old lamps I inherited from my grandmother when she passed in 1987.

This place is horrible. They have so many beautiful things, but their prices are MORE than what you can buy new.I wanted a dragonfly finial. My first visit, he said they were $20 each, but would give me both for $20. (He as in the owner). I couldn’t buy both that day, so I went back. Then I was told that they were $25 each, and he’d lower them to $21 each if I bought both.That’s twice the price he originally offered. I told him that. He wouldn’t budge.He’s not very reasonable, as I told him I could get them brand new in a package from Amazon and have them here tomorrow for $20 each. He told me that he has “very good quality.”Used is never better quality and worth more than new. He couldn’t understand that logic, nor was he willing to offer them at anything of a reasonable price. His idea of a discount is charging $1 more than what you could buy something for new?I can’t wrap my head around it. I wish there were more stores like this nearby that had a good business sense. I’m afraid this one will go out of business with the way he overprices. He would rather have people not buy from him, than be fair on prices.The whole experience upset me so much, that I sat in my car to write this review after walking out of the store.
