Love the flavors and the service! Everyone in our group absolutely loved all the different varieties! I tried the seasonal pumpkin chocolate chip ice cream and it’s my new favorite! 10/10 recommend if you’re in the area!!

We were surprised to see that Mad Mike opened a second location near us. Of course, we had to stop on in and were excited to find that it is just as good as the original and that it is owned and operated by the same family. They are always inviting and take great care of us!

Simply amazing! Homemade ice cream. Initially the choices can be overwhelming, cookie monster, apple pie, cinnamon, single double, waffle cone, what toppings, what color spoon?! Staff is there to make things less crazy. I wanted to sample everything but after trying the apple pie I was done. Apple pie ice cream with caramel and whipped cream, if there was a way to add the sensation of warmth itd be like the real thing! There are combinations of flavors on the menu or try combining flavors to make your own creation, take home a bowl or if you like a pint or quart. I cant wait to go back!

My family love this place. This family owned ice cream shop is so good. I love chatting with the young lady that usually works when we come. She is so friendly and makes us feel welcome like we are eating at her home. Im pretty sure she said its her husbands parents business but dont quote me. Y’all! I’m amazed at the quality of taste here. Mike’s soon runs it with his wife and we just chatted like old friends. They surprised me when they said they’re is no added sugar, just the sugars found in the dairy and fruit or chocolate. They’ve recently expanded to other locations, and they are absolutely worth your time! Handmade, homemade, all the things. Cones, ice cream, dairy free options, enjoy it all!

If you enjoy homemade ice cream Mad Mikes is the place to go. Philip and his wife have made this our go-to place when wanting something sweet after dinner. They have a variety of flavors to choose from. Philip is very patient as he lets you taste test while trying to decide.We love this place and highly suggest you give them a try.My two favorites are Strawberry and Lemon Crunch. I actually poured some Sprite over my Lemon Crunch to make a float. Yummm.......

This place is awesome. We have been here twice and we met the couple who owns the place.The wife, came up with all kinds of combos. They are fantastic.Ice cream is all homemade and delicious, very smooth. They also make their own waffle cones, waffle bowls, and cookies.

We enjoyed all the flavors we sampled and the 5 we bought. The staff (Philip and Lydia) were so helpful and patient and had great suggestions. You can sample as many of the 24 flavors as you want and can even split a scoop into 2 flavors if you cant decide. They offer great pairings of different flavors such as mixing the cinnamon and the apple pie flavors together. The icecream is homemade so its very creamy and fresh tasting, as are the homemade wafflecones.

Just went to Mad Mikes for the first time and it was absolutely delicious! Good quality, creamy textured ice cream. We got a scoop of Butterfinger and Reeses and both were packed with flavor. We use to make the drive to Melt Ice Cream in Ftw and grateful to have something high quality, family owned close by. Also great service and prices! Cant wait to go back!

I have to say in my life I have eaten a lot of ice cream, and without question Mad Mikes is some of the best, has a home made taste and every flavor I have tried has been wonderful. They are also always coming up with new flavors to rotate in to their excellent base. If you havent tried you need to you will not regret. oh and did I mention they make waffle cones/bowls fresh daily as well!I am a fan and this has become a regular place for my family. SO glad they opened location in Hurst.

What an amazing ice cream store! Great ice cream and the sweetest owners. In Texas we are lucky enough to have lots of icy treats to pick from but Mad Mikes truly stands out. Homemade taste (no preservatives and they only use natural flavors/ingredients) and southern hospitality, makes them a true gem. Be sure to try some of the combo flavors...you will not be disappointed.

So glad Mad Mikes opened in Hurst. We are big fans on the one in Pantego. Their ice cream is wonderful. They have seasonal flavors. I has Cupids Arrow. It was excellent, havent had chocolate with strawberries before. It was excellent but i think it will be gone today.
